Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) how to anticipate the incorrect office layout at civil department of Karanganyar state court class II, 2) how to arrange the office equipment which does not place at ergonomically to the officers at Karanganyar state court class II. The research is a qualitative method using a case study approach. Data sources were informants, places, events, and documents. The research sampling was the snowball sampling. Data were collected using observation, interviews and analysis documents. The data were validated using technical triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques were interactive analysis models. The results of this study show that 1) to anticipate the incorrect office layout at civil department of Karanganyar state court class II is as follows, maximizing the use of existing space at the civil department as needed, designing a good office spatial planning, rearranging the office layout at the civil department by paying attention the workflow principle and the flexible arrangement of office layout. 2) to arrange the office equipment which does not place at ergonomically to the officers is the equipment placement next by the officer in order to minimize the waste of time and energy. The equipment is placed in accordance with the workflow which makes the officers easy to work, announcing and training for officers who cannot operate new machinery or equipment.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan e-arsip dilihat dari kinerja petugas kearsipan dan perangkat pendukung penerapan e-arsip di Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar kelas II. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling dengan Ketua Pengadilan Karanganyar sebagai key informan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) e-arsip di Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar ada dua yaitu SIPP (Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara) dan PTSP Plus (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Plus). 2) Kompetensi petugas arsip di Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar masih kurang hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, kesulitan mengajukan tambahan pegawai dan petugas arsip yang ditunjuk tidak memiliki latarbelakang pendidikan yang sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang diberikan. (3) fasilitas pendukung dalam penerapan e-arsip di Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar masih kurang. Cara untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut akan dibahas dalam artikel ini. Kata kunci: penanganan arsip, arsip elektronik, kompetensi arsiparis, perlengkapan arsip.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out: 1) Public Relations strategies in handling negative news in the mass media at PT Lion Mentari Airlines, 2) obstacles encountered by Public Relations at PT Lion Mentari Airlines in handling negative news in the mass media, and 3) efforts to deal with the obstacles faced by Public Relations at PT Lion Mentari Airlines in handling negative news in the mass media.The type of research used was qualitative with a single embedded case study approach. The sampling technique was purposive and snowball sampling. The data collection technique used interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data validity test used was the triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis use interactive technique consisted of data reduction, data display, drawing conclusion and verification.The results showed that: 1) Public Relations strategies in handling negative news in the mass media at PT Lion Mentari Airlines were through several stages, including Public Relations strategies, evaluation, and impact; 2) obstacles experienced by Public Relations at PT Lion Mentari Airlines in handling negative news in the mass media were operational technical obstacles, hoax news spread by the media, and situational obstacles; and 3) efforts to overcome the obstacles faced by Public Relations at PT Lion Mentari Airlines in handling negative news in the mass media were providing compensation in accordance with the applicable SOP, providing clarification sustainably in the form of information and records relevant to actual events objectively as well as establishing good relations with media relations, and arranging coordination between one party and another.

Abstract

The research aimed to find out : (1) Knowing the implementation of Internship Program. (2) Knowing the obstacles of the implementation of Internship Program. (3) Knowing how to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of Internship Program in Christian Vocational High School 1 Surakarta, Automation and Office Management Skills Program.This study is a descriptive qualitative research. The research data is collected from following sources: research participant, event and documentation. The sampling technique used was purposive and snowball sampling. The techniques of data collection are interview, observation, and documentation. To check the validity of the data, the researcher uses source triangulation and method triangulation. Meanwhile the data is analyzed based on the interactive analysis model. The results of the study: (1) The implementation of Internship Program has been well organized and has a positive role. (2) Obstacles that occur such as the distance of partner institutions is too far, less of skills teachers that it cause not all internship supervisors are competent, lack of communication and responsibility of school supervisor. (3) Efforts are made such as election of industry places that are affordable to the student's residence, improving coordination between teachers, performance report to the chief executive.

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem Elektronik-Kinerja (e-kinerja) di Dinas Perdagangan kota Surakarta serta untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi dari penerapan sistem E-kinerja di Dinas Perdagangan kota SurakartaPenelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Perdagangan kota Surakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, peristiwa, dokumen dengan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumen.Validitas data diperoleh dengan tiranggulasi metodologis dan sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif dengan tahapan (1) reduksi data, (2) sajian data, (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun prosedur penelitian dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) pendahuluan, (2) tahap pengembangan instrumen, (3) pengumpulan data, (4) analisis data, (5) penulisan laporan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan penerapan sistem Elektronik Kinerja (E-Kinerja) di Dinas Perdagangan kota Surakarta meliputi: (1) perencanaan kinerja di sistem Elektronik Kinerja (E-kinerja), (2) persetujuan Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP), (3) Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS)  melakukan input data kinerja di sistem Elektronik Kinerja (E-Kinerja), (4) evaluasi data kinerja yang diinputkan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di sistem Elektronik Kinerja (E-Kinerja). Penerapan sistem E-Kinerja memiliki kendala antara lain: (1) sosialisasi tentang sistem Elektronik Kinerja (E-Kinerja) yang tidak maksimal (2) kemampuan IT PNS kurang (3) belum adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) tentang sistem Elektronik Kinerja (E-Kinerja), (4) kurangnya sarpras penunjang, (5) jaringan terkendala. Adapun solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan penerapan Elektornik Kinerja (E-Kinerja) di Dinas Prdagangan kota Surakarta sebagai berikut: (1) sosialisasi ulang tentang sistem E-Kinerja, (2) pendampingan IT, (3) komunkasi dengan Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) terkait pengusulan SOP sistem Elektronik Kinerja (E-Kinerja), (4) pengajuan anggaran peremajaan sarana dan prasarana (5) koordinasi dengan pihak ketiga terkait perbaikan jaringan internet.  Kata kunci: teknologi informasi, PNS Dinas Perdagangan, penerapan sistem E-Kinerja

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine:  (1) the influence of student’s activeness; (2) the influence of learning facilities on the learning outcomes; and (3) the influence of student activeness and learning facilities together toward the learning outcomes at twelveth grade of Personnel Administration subject at SMK N 1 Banyudono Academic Year 2019/2020. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method. The sample taken were 60 students, using Slovin formula, and random sampling technique. The results of the research indicate: 1) significant positive effect of student activity on student’s learning outcomes, t_count> t_table (5.303> 2,00030) significance (0,000 <0.05); 2) significant positive influence of learning facilities on student’s learning outcomes, tcount> ttable (5,071> 2,00030) significance (0,000 <0,05); 3) significant positive effect of student activeness and learning facilities together on student’s learning outcomes, evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable (59,209> 3.15) significance (0,000 <0.05), so Ho is rejected and Ha received; and 4) multiple linear regression equations obtained Ŷ = 30.955 + 0.199 X1 + 0.387 X2. These results indicate that the higher activeness and complete learning facilities together, the better student’s learning outcomes achieved by students at twelveth grade at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono Academic Year 2019/2020.

Abstract

This research aims to describe: (1) application usage One Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) in incoming mail-handling at Wonogiri District Court Office; (2) constraints and solutions to usage constraints PTSP application in managing incoming mail; (3) the effectiveness level of PTSP Application usage incoming mail-hanling. The method used for this research is  a mixed methodology with sequential design and case study approach. The sampling technique in this research used purpossive sampling. The validity test used are triangulation technique for qualitative data and pearson validity formula for testing quantitative data’s intrument. The result of this research shows that: (1) the use of PTSP’s application on incomig mail-handling at Wonogiri District Court only still limited for electronic’s mailing register which in first phase of mailing input to the application then proceed using manual procedure; (2) the constrain of PTSP’s application usage on mailing management is human resource which the employee as the users. The lack of motivation, the willingness and skill to change into PTSP’s application in incoming mail-handling caused the usage of the application is not optimal; (3) based on effectivity indicators there are some indicatorst that are unfullfilled which are targets, punctuality, goals, and transformation that also supported by the avarage of questionnaire result that shows number 56,67 which categorized as ineffective. There are the solutions that tried to resolve the constrain of PTSP’s application usage in incoming mail-handling are motivating, conducting socialization, and attempt from some employee to use the application to handling incoming mail.
