Abstract

The purpose of this study was studied to determine the implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in the UNS Central Library. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenal approach. The phenomena that have occurred are the transformation of ISO 9001, program innovation carried out by the UNS Central Library, and Predicate A for the National University Libraries. The results of this study were reviewed by 10 ISO clauses with the PDCA pattern (Plann, Do, Check, and Act). So that getting a program that has been running includes Processing Library Materials, Cooperation Administration, Digital Library Services, Academic Internships, Maintenance of Infrastructure, Website Management, Book Returns, HR, Information Literacy, Scientific Library Clinics, Library Tours, News Coverage, Environmental Maintenance, to the processing of journals, magazines, and newspapers. All of these programs are the result of implementing ISO 9001 itself by compiling Quality Procedures and Work Instructions for all elements of the UNS Central Library.

Abstract

The research aims to know (1) whether there is an effect of internship program towards work readiness of grade XII students at automation and office governance of vocational high school 1 surakarta (2) whether there is an effect of career guidance towards work readiness of grade XII students at automation and office governance of vocational high school 1 surakarta (3) whether there is an effect of internship program and career guidance towards work readiness of grade XII students at automation and office governance of vocational high school 1 Surakarta. This research is qualitative research. The population of research was grade XII students at automation and office governance vocational high school 1 surakarta which amounts to 102 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling technique with amounts 81 students. The data collection method uses questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis was performed by validity test, reliability, prerequisite test, simple regression and multiple regression. The result of research shows that : (1) internship has positive and significant effect on work readiness (tobs 2,371 > ttable 1,990), (2) career guidance has positive and significant effect on work readiness (tobs 2,874 > ttable 1,990), (3) internship and career guidance have positive and significant effect on work readiness (Fobs 14,589 > Ftable 3,11).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruhi: (1) Komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Pengadilan Negeri Wonogiri, (2) Kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Pengadilan Negeri Wonogiri, dan (3) Komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan secara simultan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Pengadilan Negeri Wonogiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan Pengadilan Negeri Wonogiri berjumlah 47. Sampel berjumlah 47 karyawan diambil dengan teknik sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket dan analisis dokumen dengan melakukan uji coba angket kepada 20 karyawan Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 16.

Abstract

Abstract The Implementation Of Teaching Internship 3 Of  Teacher Taining and Education Facultyebelas Maret University (Case Study Of Final Assessment Internship Program At Vocational Senior High School 6 Surakarta 2018/2019). This research aims to find ; 1) the implementation of teaching Internship 3, 2) the Problems in the teaching internship, and 3) the way of solving  the problems of teaching internship 3 at Vocational Senior High School 6 Surakarta. This research is a qualitative research ith a case study approach. The sampling technique was purposive and snowball sampling methods, the head of the teaching internship 3 is as the key-informant. The data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation. The  validation of data was the source triangulation and method triangulation. The data were analysed using reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show: 1) the implementation of the final assessment of teaching internship program was not in accodance with its  guidlines, 2) the problems of teaching internship, for instance lack of coordination between students, lecturer, UP2KTM, and high school teachers during the teaching internship program, the purpose of teaching internship was not in step with the internship guilines, the quality of instruments of the teaching internship, an inadequate assessment form, and a limited number of student who have abilities in the extracuricular field, and 3) the effort to overcoming the problems, such as increasing coordination between students, lecturers, UP2KTM, and high schools teachers, the evaluation of internship goal based on UP2KTM, evaluation of teaching intership guidlines instruments by UP2KTM, and the evaluation of assement system on extracurricular activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of 1) educational apprenticeship 3 on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of Office Administration Education Study Program, FKIP UNS 2) family environment on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of Office Administration Education Study Program, FKIP UNS and 3) educational apprenticeship 3 and family environment together on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of Office Administration Education Study Program, FKIP UNS. The population in this research were all college students of Office Administration Education Study Program, FKIP UNS year 2015 as many as 51 students. The sample in this research as many as 51 students, using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection technique used in this research were questionnaire and document analysis. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, t-test and F-test. This research concludes that there is a positive and significant effect of 1) educational apprenticeship 3 on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of Office Administration Education Study Program FKIP UNS. 2) family environment on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of Office Administration Education Study Program FKIP UNS, and 3) educational apprenticeship 3 and family environment together on the interest in becoming a teacher in students of Office Administration Education Study Program FKIP UNS.

Abstract

Abstract This study aim to determine the performance of employees, the obstacles faced by employees and efforts to improve the performance of employees at the Regional Personnel, Education, and Training Agency of Surakarta City. The research is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The data used are primary and secondary data. Sources of data come from informants, places/events, and documents. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling  techniques and snowball sampling. Data validation was carried out by: (1)Credibility, (2)Transferability, (3)Dependability, and (4)Confirmability. The data analysis technique was carried out by: (1)Data collection; (2)Data Reduction; (3)Presentation of Data; (4)Drawing conclusions. The research procedures adopted by researchers included: (1)Proposal and Licensing Preparation Stage; (2)Data Collection Stage; (3)Initial Data Analysis Phase; (4)Final Data Analysis Phase; (5)Report Writing Stage and Report Reproduction. The results shows (1)Service orientation; (2)Commitment; (3)Work Initiatives; (4)Cooperation; (5)Leadership. Barriers to employee performance include: (a) Time Management; (b) Limited Human Resources; (c) Infrastructure; (d) Educational Background. Efforts have made to improve employee performance, among others, prioritizing more important work, to support and assistance between employees, providing training to improve employee competencies, and maintaining and improving available infrastructure. Keywords        : performance, employees, performance assessment, work behavior

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are to know: (1) the effect of students' participation in extracurricular and students' communication ability; (2) the effect of learning activeness and students' communication; (3) the effect of students' participation in extracurricular and learning activeness towards students' communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in the academic year of 2019/2020. This research used quantitative method and proportional random sampling to take 85 students as sample from 108 total of population. The techniques for collecting the data were questionnaire and documentation. These data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the research showed that: (1) there was positive and significant correlation between students' participation in extracurricular and communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in academic year 2019/202, (tobtained 9,680 > ttable 2,050); (2) there was positive and significant correlation between learning activeness and communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in academic year 2019/2020, (tobtained 2,795 > ttable 2,050); (3) there was positive and significant correlation between students' participation in extracurricular and learning activeness towards communication ability at the 10th grade of Automation and Administration Management of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta in academic year 2019/2020, (Fobtained 69,413 > Ftable 3,11).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between employee perceptions of leadership style on the performance of the West Java High Court employees; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on the performance of the West Java High Court employees; (3) there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on the performance of the West Java High Court employees; (4) there is a positive and significant influence between perceptions of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of the West Java High Court employees. This research is a research with a quantitative approach with the type of correlational / associative research. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 278 people and the sample in this study amounted to 74 people. The sampling technique in this research is proportional sampling technique with a sample taken of 74 respondents. The data obtained from this study were then processed using the IBM SPSS 24 tool. This analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, H1 shows that the leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, which means that Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected. H2 shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. H3 shows that work discipline has the most positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. H4 shows that leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline have a simultaneous influence on employee performance, which means that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi budaya kerja organisasi di Kantor Pertanahan ATR/BPN Sukoharjo serta mengetahui hambatan dan upaya mengatasi hambatan tersebut dalam penerapan budaya kerja organisasi di Kantor Pertanahan ATR/BPN Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data berasal dari informan/narasumber, peristiwa, serta dokumen yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan Snowball Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dam analisis dokumen. Validasi data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) Pengumpulan Data; (2) Reduksi Data; (3) Penyajian Data; (4) Penarikan Kesimpulan dan Verifikasi. Prosedur penelitian yang ditempuh peneliti antara lain: (1) Tahap sebelum ke lapangan (pra lapangan); (2) Tahap penelitian lapangan; (3) Tahap analisis Data; dan (4) Tahap Penulisan Laporan. Hasil penelitian di Kantor Pertanahan ATR/BPN Sukoharjo budaya kerja yang berlaku adalah budaya Tepat Waktu, Tepat Kinerja, dan Tepat Sasaran kemudian budaya tersebut dikuatkan oleh Keputusan Kepala BPN RI Nomor 277/KEP-7.1/VI/2012 tentang Sapta Tertib Pertanahan dimana isinya lebih terperinci. Budaya tersebut diterapkan secara bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan masing – masing, dan berorientasi kepada pencapaian target, memberi kebebasan pegawai untuk mengembangkan ide dan gagasan yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan, fleksibel, serta mempertahankan stabilitas kantor. Metode yang digunakan untuk menerapkan budaya kerja tersebut sebagai berikut: (1) Pendekatan kekeluargaan, (2) Pembinaan Pegawai, (3) Pelatihan Pegawai, (4) Pengawasan dan Evaluasi. Adapun budaya kerja tersebut dilaksanakan sesuai dengan asas-asas nilai dasar budaya kerja seperti asas tujuan, asas konsensus, asas keunggulan, asas kesatuan, asas prestasi, asas empirik, asas keakraban, dan asas integritas.. Hambatan dalam implementasi budaya kerja di Kantor Pertanahan ATR/BPN Sukoharjo antara lain: (1) Perbedaan karakter individu; (2) Adanya pekerjaan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu; (3) Ketidakpahaman terhadap instrumen; (4) Rasa sungkan memberi teguran pada pegawai senior. Adapun upaya untuk menghadapi hambatan-hambatan tersebut antara lain: (1) Membangun komitmen pegawai; (2) Pembentukkan kelompok kerja; (3) Pembinaan dan Pengarahan; (4)Evaluasi Berkala
