Abstract

Kantor Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) Kabupaten Garut masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan arsip karena proses pengarsipan dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan pencarian dokumen membutuhkan waktu yang lama, meningkatkan risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan arsip, serta menghambat efektivitas pelayanan administrasi. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya penerapan sistem informasi yang mampu mendukung pengelolaan arsip secara lebih efektif, terintegrasi, dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengarsipan berbasis web pada Kantor ATR/BPN Kabupaten Garut menggunakan metode Prototype agar sistem yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan prototype, pengembangan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL, evaluasi bersama pengguna, serta pengujian fungsional menggunakan Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mengelola data arsip dan transaksi peminjaman arsip secara terkomputerisasi, menyediakan fitur autentikasi pengguna, unggah dan pencarian dokumen, pengelolaan data arsip, monitoring peminjaman, serta pembuatan laporan secara otomatis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, seluruh fungsi utama sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah ditetapkan, sedangkan evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat kemudahan penggunaan yang baik, mampu meningkatkan kecepatan pencarian arsip, mengurangi potensi kesalahan pencatatan, serta mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi proses administrasi di lingkungan ATR/BPN Kabupaten Garut. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi pengarsipan berbasis web yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode Prototype dapat menjadi solusi yang mendukung transformasi digital pengelolaan arsip, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, serta mewujudkan pengelolaan dokumen yang lebih cepat, akurat, aman, dan transparan.

Abstract

Surface quality is an important parameter in machining processes because it affects component performance, dimensional accuracy, and service life. In CNC turning processes, spindle speed is one of the cutting parameters that significantly influences the surface characteristics of machined components. SCr420H steel is widely used in automotive components requiring high wear resistance and dimensional precision; however, the effect of spindle speed variation on its surface roughness using a Mazak Quick Turn Smart 250 CNC turning machine requires further experimental investigation. This study aims to analyze the effect of spindle speed variations on the surface roughness of SCr420H material and determine the optimum spindle speed based on the lowest roughness value. A quantitative experimental method with a one-factor design was conducted by varying spindle speeds of 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, and 2000 rpm during the finishing CNC turning process. Other machining parameters were maintained constant, including a feed rate of 0.20 mm/rev, depth of cut of 0.4 mm, VNMG 160404-HQ insert with a 0.4 mm nose radius, and dry machining conditions. Surface roughness measurements were performed using a Surfcom 1800G Surface Roughness Tester to obtain Ra and Rz values. The results showed that spindle speed variations produced a non-linear change in surface roughness. The average Ra values at spindle speeds of 1200–2000 rpm were 3.679 µm, 5.258 µm, 5.942 µm, 5.512 µm, and 3.411 µm, respectively, while the average Rz values were 24.015 µm, 33.640 µm, 36.811 µm, 34.812 µm, and 22.071 µm, respectively. The optimum machining condition was achieved at a spindle speed of 2000 rpm, which resulted in the lowest Ra and Rz values. These findings indicate that proper spindle speed selection can improve the surface quality of SCr420H during CNC turning and provide a reference for determining machining parameters in precision manufacturing processes.

Abstract

This study investigates the linguistic representation of sensory experience in EFL descriptive texts through the analysis of sensory-related lexical expressions employed by EFL learners in descriptive writing. The study aims to identify the types of sensory expressions used in EFL descriptive texts, analyze how sensory experiences are linguistically represented through lexical and descriptive features, and examine the contribution of sensory language to the construction of descriptive meaning. This study employed a qualitative descriptive design with a linguistic analysis approach. The data consisted of 30 descriptive texts written by undergraduate EFL students on various themes, including tourism destinations, people, food, houses, pets, and campus environments. The data were collected through writing tasks and analyzed using qualitative content analysis and lexical categorization techniques. The identified sensory expressions were classified into five categories, namely visual, tactile, auditory, olfactory, and gustatory categories. The findings revealed that students actively employed sensory vocabulary to construct descriptive imagery, experiential meaning, and environmental atmosphere within their texts. Visual sensory expressions emerged as the most dominant category, followed by tactile and auditory expressions, while olfactory and gustatory categories appeared less frequently. The study also demonstrated that sensory language was commonly realized through adjective-noun combinations, descriptive modifiers, and experiential clauses. Furthermore, the findings indicate that sensory representation in EFL descriptive writing is closely related to experiential familiarity, lexical availability, and embodied perception. Sensory vocabulary functioned not only as lexical enrichment but also as an important linguistic resource for constructing vividness, emotional engagement, and descriptive meaning. This study contributes to discussions on sensory linguistics, descriptive discourse, and linguistic representation in EFL contexts by demonstrating how learners transform sensory perception into written language. The findings also provide practical implications for EFL writing instruction, particularly in promoting sensory vocabulary development and experiential language use in descriptive writing practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran role playing berbantuan media terhadap hasil belajar seni drama siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 90 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen, yang melibatkan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenal teater tradisional Dulmuluk, khususnya pada aspek karakter tokoh, nilai budaya, dan nilai moral. Hasil p enelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penerapan model role playing berbantuan media terhadap hasil belajar siswa, yang dibuktikan melalui uji independent sample t-test dengan nilai thitung 5,627 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,007. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran role playing berbantuan media efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran seni drama untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the potential of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the traditional culinary sector in Kampung Saujana Baru, Malaysia, which has not been optimally developed despite its strong economic and cultural opportunities through the utilization of local traditional food. The purpose of this program is to empower the community through training in the production of Palembang’s traditional food, pempek, as an effort to enhance skills, creativity, and the development of culinary-based micro enterprises. The method applied uses an educational, participatory, and hands-on practice approach through several stages, including socialization, demonstration, training, discussion, and evaluation of program outcomes. The results show an increase in community knowledge regarding the history and production process of pempek, improved participant skills in independently producing pempek, and high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activities. In addition, the program also broadens community awareness of MSME business opportunities in the culinary sector and strengthens social interaction as well as cultural exchange between Indonesia and Malaysia. In conclusion, this empowerment program is proven to be effective in enhancing community capacity in traditional culinary skills while also contributing positively to the development of the creative economy and cross-cultural relations.

Abstract

Pemupukan merupakan salah satu tahapan penting dalam budidaya tanaman yang berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan produktivitas hasil pertanian. Namun, petani di Desa Tondomulo, Kecamatan Kedungadem, Kabupaten Bojonegoro masih melakukan penaburan pupuk secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang lebih besar serta menghasilkan sebaran pupuk yang kurang merata. Permasalahan tersebut mendorong dilaksanakannya program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pembuatan dan pelatihan penggunaan alat tabur pupuk berbasis teknologi tepat guna. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan inovasi sederhana yang dapat mendukung efisiensi proses pemupukan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi permasalahan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan alat, pembuatan alat, pelatihan dan demonstrasi penggunaan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi melalui observasi, praktik, dan wawancara. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami fungsi, manfaat, dan cara penggunaan alat, serta mampu merakit, mengoperasikan, dan melakukan perawatan dasar alat tabur pupuk secara mandiri. Selain itu, alat dinilai mudah digunakan, membantu pemerataan sebaran pupuk, serta mengurangi beban kerja petani dibandingkan metode manual. Dengan demikian, alat tabur pupuk berbasis teknologi tepat guna berpotensi menjadi alternatif solusi yang mendukung efisiensi proses pemupukan sekaligus memperkuat pemberdayaan masyarakat di sektor pertanian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by TIMACASE media on students’ learning interest at SD Negeri Pringapus 01. The low level of students’ learning interest, characterized by limited attention, participation, and involvement during learning activities, requires the implementation of innovative learning strategies. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of 48 third-grade students, with 24 students in the experimental class and 24 students in the control class. Data were collected using learning interest questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and Independent Sample t-test. The results showed that the average pretest score of the experimental class was 62.08 and increased to 84.54 in the posttest, while the control class increased from 61.42 to 72.08. The hypothesis test obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant effect of the TGT model assisted by TIMACASE media on students’ learning interest. Therefore, the implementation of TGT assisted by TIMACASE media can be an effective alternative to create active, enjoyable, and meaningful learning experiences for elementary school students.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of the use of the BYond by BSI application on customer satisfaction in Sumbawa Regency, with features, accessibility, and ease of use as exogenous variables and intensity of use as an intervening variable. The research employs a quantitative associative approach with a sample of 100 customers using BYond by BSI, determined through purposive sampling after the minimum sample size was calculated using the Lemeshow formula. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The evaluation of the measurement model indicates that all indicators are valid and reliable. The model explains 68.5% of the variance in intensity of use and 83.0% of the variance in customer satisfaction. Hypothesis testing results reveal that features do not have a significant effect on either intensity of use or customer satisfaction. Conversely, accessibility and ease of use exert a positive and significant influence on both intensity of use and customer satisfaction, while intensity of use has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. These findings affirm that the success of digital banking services in Sumbawa Regency is more contingent upon stable access, a simplified user experience, and the routine utilization of the application, rather than merely on the completeness of features.

Abstract

Digital transformation has changed the logic of competition for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, the consequences of digital adoption on performance depend on the organizational capabilities that convert technology into market outcomes. This study analyzes the influence of digital marketing capabilities, market orientation, and digital literacy on the marketing performance of SMEs in Sumbawa Regency, Indonesia. The research uses a quantitative and explanatory design with a target population of more than 1,359 SMEs registered with local agencies that handle cooperatives, industry, trade, and SMEs. Purposive sampling requires that the business has been operating for at least two years, using digital platforms for marketing for at least one year, and is represented by the owner or main manager who understands the business's marketing strategy. The analysis model uses reflective measurement and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) thru SmartPLS 4 with 5,000 bootstrap subsamples. In this study, data from 100 respondents were used and calibrated according to the sampling design. The results show that digital marketing capability (β = 0.306; t = 5.983; p < 0.001), market orientation (β = 0.293; t = 6.031; p < 0.001), and digital literacy (β = 0.351; t = 6.846; p < 0.001) positively influence marketing performance. The model explains 54.1% of the variance in marketing performance and meets the criteria for reliability, validity, collinearity, effect size, and predictive relevance. These findings expand the resource-based and dynamic capability perspectives by demonstrating that technology-related competencies, market sensing, and human digital competencies are complementary resources for MSME performance.

Abstract

This study develops an integrated model explaining how digitalization of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management can improve safety performance and operational efficiency in heavy-equipment service activities at the Batu Hijau Project. The model combines a socio-technical systems perspective, digital transformation capability, and the safety-performance framework. A quantitative explanatory case design was specified and evaluated with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Because project-level primary data were not supplied for this manuscript-development stage, the analytical model was tested using a calibrated simulated dataset of 132 observations representing frontline, supervisory, technical, and SHE-related roles. The measurement model met reliability and convergent-discriminant validity criteria. Digital SHE management showed a positive effect on safety performance (β = 0.718; p < 0.001) and operational efficiency (β = 0.415; p < 0.001), while safety performance positively affected operational efficiency (β = 0.459; p < 0.001). The indirect effect was also significant (β = 0.329; p < 0.001), indicating partial mediation. The findings suggest that integrated digital workflows, mobile reporting, real-time dashboards, traceable corrective actions, and data-driven learning can simultaneously strengthen preventive safety control and reduce administrative and coordination losses. The paper offers a practical digital-SHE architecture and measurable implementation priorities for mining-service operations.
