Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synergy between entrepreneurship and digital marketing in developing digital platform-based business models through a literature review approach. The main problem raised is the lack of systematic integration of entrepreneurship and digital marketing concepts in building sustainable digital business models. This study uses a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach to journal articles, academic books, and scientific proceedings published in the 2020–2025 period. Literature sources were obtained from the Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Scopus databases, and accredited national journal portals. The analysis was conducted using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns, key concepts, and relationships between relevant variables. The results of the study indicate that the synergy between entrepreneurship and digital marketing plays a crucial role in creating competitive advantage for digital platform-based business models, particularly through the use of technology, value innovation, and data-driven market orientation. Successful digital business models are characterized by the entrepreneur's ability to integrate creativity, digital technology, and platform-based marketing strategies. The study's conclusion confirms that collaboration between entrepreneurship and digital marketing is a key factor in increasing the sustainability and scalability of digital businesses in the platform economy era.

Abstract

Indonesian local products face challenges in expanding market reach due to limited digital literacy and suboptimal marketing strategies, despite social media penetration reaching 139 million active users. This study aims to analyze the effective implementation of digital marketing to expand the market reach of local products through social media. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study of scientific publications for the 2021-2025 period from trusted academic databases. The analysis was carried out through content analysis with a thematic approach to identify strategies, challenges, and success factors for digital marketing. The findings of the study show that Instagram and TikTok are identified as effective platforms. One case study within the reviewed literature reports an increase in market reach of up to 340% and revenue growth of 156%, indicating the potential impact of optimized social media marketing when applied contextually. Content strategies that integrate local wisdom, authentic storytelling, and high-quality visuals have been proven to significantly increase brand loyalty. Cultural adaptation in marketing communication is a key factor in success. The main challenges include limited digital literacy (only 23% of MSMEs have a structured strategy), lack of competent human resources, and uneven infrastructure. The conclusion of the study confirms that digital marketing optimization requires a holistic approach including continuous training, integrated multi-platform strategies, and the utilization of data analytics to increase the competitiveness of local products in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity and solvency on profitability, with asset management acting as a mediating variable in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. The research employed a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the companies’ annual financial statements. The sample consisted of 10 companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 40 firm-year observations in a balanced panel dataset. Liquidity was measured using the Current Ratio (CR), solvency was proxied by the Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER), asset management was measured through Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and profitability was assessed using Return on Assets (ROA). Path analysis was applied to examine both direct and indirect effects among variables, and the Sobel test was used to determine the mediating role of asset management. The results indicate that liquidity and solvency significantly affect profitability both directly and indirectly through asset management. Asset management is proven to mediate the relationship between financial structure and corporate profitability. These findings highlight the importance of efficient asset management in enhancing financial performance in capital-intensive industries such as coal mining.

Abstract

The shift in moral paradigms within the Indonesian National Criminal Code (KUHP) represents a fundamental transformation in the orientation of criminal law reform. Departing from the colonial legal-positivistic framework, the 2023 KUHP increasingly incorporates public morality and communitarian values as bases for criminalization. Through a philosophical and juridical normative analysis, this study demonstrates that the most critical implication of this shift is the erosion of the principle of legality (lex certa), particularly in morality-based offenses whose vague formulations grant broad interpretative discretion to law enforcement authorities. The findings reveal that several decency-related provisions extend state intervention into the private sphere without a clear demonstration of concrete harm, thereby increasing the risk of overcriminalization and inconsistent legal enforcement. While the new KUHP seeks to harmonize local moral values with constitutional principles and human rights, this study argues that the absence of precise normative boundaries weakens legal certainty and threatens the protection of individual rights. The article emphasizes the need for a balanced integration of public morality, legal certainty, and human rights in the ongoing implementation of the National Criminal Code.

Abstract

This study examines how non-conventional communicative performances construct perceived authenticity in TikTok endorsement content. Using Krippendorff’s qualitative content analysis, the study analyzes verbal and non-verbal communication strategies in high-engagement endorsement videos produced by the Indonesian influencer Tante Lala. Findings indicate that regional dialects, heightened vocal intensity, and theatrical kinesics function as symbolic resources that negotiate authenticity and intimacy with audiences. These communicative performances blur the boundaries between commercial persuasion and interpersonal interaction, generating parasocial relationships that enhance persuasive effectiveness. The study contributes to symbolic interactionism by demonstrating how authenticity in influencer marketing is socially constructed through continuous symbolic negotiation in digital environments.

Abstract

This study examines the execution of a court judgment that has obtained final and binding legal force (inkracht) by the Bailiff of the Bengkalis District Court in an inheritance dispute case Number 3/Pdt/G/2023/PN.Bls. Using a sociological legal research method, data were collected through interviews and field observations and analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings indicate that the execution of the inherited property has not been successfully carried out. The main obstacles include physical resistance from the losing party supported by a community organization, as well as financial constraints faced by the applicant in covering the costs of coordinating security measures with the police. These findings demonstrate that the executorial power of court judgments is still strongly influenced by social factors and the court’s managerial readiness in conflict mitigation.

Abstract

The Sungai Jingah area in Banjarmasin is one of the historic residential areas that preserves a wealth of vernacular architecture, one of which is the Bangun Gudang house type. This study aims to identify and describe the forms of cultural acculturation represented in the morphology of the building. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach through field observation. The results show that the Bangun Gudang House in Sungai Jingah is not merely a functional building used as a residence and storage for trade goods, but rather a product of a complex cultural synthesis. Acculturation is clearly visible in the combination of Banjar architectural structures and Colonial architectural elements (hipped/pyramidal roof forms, symmetrical spatial organization, and decorative ornamental details). Strong religious values are also integrated through Islamic architecture, manifested in the form of carved Qur’anic calligraphy on the inner window elements as symbols of prayer and protection. This combination reflects the identity of the Sungai Jingah community as religious yet open to external influences. These findings emphasize the importance of preserving traditional houses as cultural artifacts that contain spiritual and historical messages.

Abstract

This study reveals that the resilience of the DI/TII Movement in South Sulawesi (1950-1965) was not solely based on ideology, but on an independent war economy system. At the core of this system was control over copra commodities, which were exchanged for weapons through a regional black market smuggling network that reached Tawao and Singapore. A special agency, the Contact Post (CP), served as the logistical and fiscal operator that regulated trade, taxation, and currency within the movement's de facto territory. Another crucial finding is the symbiotic relationship between this network and individuals within the state apparatus (see Andi Sose's archives about the Army's copra foundation 1956). However, the system eventually collapsed due to a combination of logistical blockades by the Regional Military Command, internal divisions, and acute weapon shortages. This study concludes that in protracted conflicts, sovereignty over logistics and economic supply chains is often a more vital determinant than ideological factors alone.

Abstract

The Bamandi-mandi tradition within the Banjar community is often perceived merely as a ceremonial ritual, overlooking the organized process of value transmission embedded within it. This study aims to examine the practices of informal Islamic education in the Bamandi-mandi tradition through the lens of educational management, specifically the POAC framework (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). This research employs a qualitative approach combining library research as the primary data source with narrative interviews to strengthen contextual analysis. The findings reveal that this tradition implicitly implements managerial functions: from the collaborative timing of the event (planning) and the distribution of social roles (organizing), to the actualization of religious values through prayer and tawakkal (actuating), and the preservation of values by community elders (controlling). These findings emphasize that local traditions are not merely cultural symbols but systematic informal educational instruments for internalizing Islamic morality. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of Islamic education management by extending the application of the POAC framework to culturally embedded informal educational practices within local traditions. This study demonstrates that management theory provides a compelling perspective for uncovering the profound meanings within local wisdom.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has created new opportunities for delivering cultural information through interactive and accessible digital platforms. However, many cultural education applications still lack adequate attention to usability and user experience aspects. This study aims to design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)–based Indonesian cultural heritage exploration application using the Design Thinking approach to provide an informative, engaging, and personalized learning experience. The research method follows the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The design process begins with user needs analysis, followed by the development of information architecture, user flow, wireframes, and a high-fidelity prototype. Usability evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 10 respondents. The usability testing results show an average SUS score of 76.5, which falls into the “Good” category and corresponds to grade B, indicating that the application demonstrates a satisfactory level of usability and effectiveness. Therefore, the proposed UI/UX design is considered effective in supporting interactive and personalized cultural exploration activities. This study is expected to serve as a reference for future development of digital cultural education applications that adopt a user-centered design approach integrated with AI technology.
