Jurnal ekonomika, menyebarkan pemikiran dalam bidang ekonomi dan pembangunan dari hasil penelitian, dan tulisan ilmiah, gagasan orisinil kritis serta aktual. Jurnal ekonomika, Terbit setahun dua kali, yakni bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para dosen, dan praktisi untuk mengisi jurnal ini. Penyajian dapat berupa tulisan ilmiah, hasil penelitian, gagasan orisinil yang segar, objektif dan ber tanggung jawab. Redaksi dapat menyingkat dan memperbaiki tulisan yang akan dimuat tanpa mengubah isi dan maksudnya. Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris, dengan dilengkapi abstrak, masing-masing tidak lebih dari 200 kata, huruf arial 12 diketik pada kertas kuarto, jarak dua spasi disusun dengan urutan : judul, nama penulis, abstrak, isi tulisan, daftar pustaka dan dilengkapi riwayat hidup singkat penulis.

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and work supervision on the performance of PT Asia Karet Sentosa Medan employees. The research method uses quantitative descriptive. The analysis model used is a regression analysis model. The research results show that organizational culture influences employee performance. Likewise, work motivation influences employee performance. Work supervision also influences the performance of PT Asia Karet Sentosa Medan employees. Simultaneously, organizational culture, work motivation and work supervision influence the performance of PT Asia Karet Sentosa Medan employees.

The purpose of this research is to determine rewards, incentives and motivation for employee performance. The method used is descriptive method, this type of research is quantitative data, primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study was all 73 employees in the company. The purpose of this research is to determine Service Quality, Price and Customer Satisfaction of the Asahan Regency Loise service bureau. The method used in this research is descriptive method, this type of research is quantitative data, primary data obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study was all 73 employees in the company. The sample used is a saturated sampling technique where the entire population will be used as a sample. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. Test results show that the variables of service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the lo ise service bureau in Asahan Regency.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of price, location and product innovation on consumer satisfaction at Waroeng Steak and Shake Jalan T. Amir Hamzah Medan. The population was 4200 people with a sample of 98 respondents. This research uses quantitative data and multiple linear regression methods. The test results show that price has a negative but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Location variables have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The Product Innovation variable has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction

This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the influence of fixed assets intensity, leverage, liquidity, cash flow from operations, and firm size on fixed asset revaluation decisions. The population used in this research is state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2017. The number of samples obtained using several criteria was 100 data. This research uses the logistic regression analysis method with the help of the E-Views (Statistical Product and Service Solution) data processing program version 10. The results of this research show that the fixed asset intensity variable has no effect on the decision to revaluate fixed assets, the liquidity variable and the cash flow from variable. operation has a significant negative effect on fixed asset revaluation decisions. Meanwhile, the leverage and firm size variables have a significant positive effect on fixed asset revaluation decisions

This research is a quantitative research which aims to determine whether job training, work motivation and work ethic influence the sales performance of PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan. This research aims to examine the relationship between monetary policy and inflation in Indonesia. The research method uses quantitative descriptive. The analysis model used is a vector autoregressive model. The research results show that the money supply has no long-term effect on inflation in Indonesia. The exchange rate has a long-term effect on inflation in Indonesia. Interest rates have no long-term effect on inflation in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze the trend of unemployment and work in Aceh Province after the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has led to a higher unemployment rate. This study uses secondary data, namely time series data using the least squares analysis method or forecasting method. The results of this study indicate that unemployment in Aceh Province for the next three years will decrease, while for work there has been an increase in workers. This has a positive effect on unemployment and employment rates in Aceh Province. With this forecasting method, the government should make it to the appropriate investment policies to reduce unemployment.

This research was carried out to determine the impact of efficient use of technology in increasing the production scale of farmers in Nagan Raya Regency. Primary data and secondary data are the data used in this research, where the data used is in the 2010-2020 period. Direct interviews with rice farmers are the technique used to collect primary data while secondary data is obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and regional agencies. The linear regression analysis model is used as a data analysis model to analyze the use of technology that influences rice production. The results of the research show that the use of technology has a real influence on increasing rice production in East Seunanagn District, Ngan Raya Regency. Based on the regression of the harvest area variable individually, the harvest area variable has a significant effect on the productivity of the harvest, rice availability in Nagan Raya Regency.

Indonesia has 34 provinces, of which Aceh is one of the provinces, with 23 districts currently. Simeulue Regency in Aceh Province, off the west coast of Aceh, is a division of West Aceh and with its inauguration in 1999, Sinabang was designated as the capital. The aim achieved in this research is to determine the influence of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) on the Poverty Alleviation Program in the 5 year period from 2017 to 2021. The use of the Simple Linear Regression Statistical Data Analysis method makes it easier for researchers to obtain the desired results, with secondary data from BPS. As a result of the research, a significant regression coefficient was obtained, which means that there is a positive relationship between DAU and poverty, where if DAU funds increase, there will also be an increase in the level of poverty. The large amount of General Allocation Funds in Simeulue Regency greatly influences the number of residents who are on the poverty line. The R-square result is 39.2% to see the magnitude of the influence, which means that the General Allocation Fund in Simeulu Regency has an influence on community poverty.
