Abstract

Kindness in leadership creates many benefits in contemporary organization. It creates healthy relationships, increases organizational effectiveness, and minimizes destructive leadership issue. Considering the positive impact of kind leadership, this article tries to actualize the values of kind leadership in the modern era which are reflected in the discipline of Sirah Nabawiyyah. This was done since Sirah Nabawiyyah is an important part of character education in Islam and it is mandatory to always update it with contemporary issues. This article used literary study as the main method of research. Researcher collected data from credible journals and books related to kind leadership and Sirah Nabawiyyah and then analyzed the data. The results of data collection and analysis showed that there are six capacities that must be acquired to build kind leadership. The six capacities are compassion, integrity, gratitude, authenticity, humility, and humor. These six capacities are portrayed in the leadership pattern of Prophet Muhammad, both in classical and contemporary Sirah Nabawiyyah studies. The analysis of Prophet Muhammad’s leadership also showed that each capacity is connected and supported on one another. The article’s findings are expected to be able to support further studies, especially on kind leadership study which is still unpopular. The findings are also expected to strengthen studies related to historical education-based character education. This study is also expected to be able to continuously update the issues discussed in Sirah Nabawiyyah learning.

Abstract

SARS-Cov 2 is a virus that spreads throughout the world that can cause death and have a major impact on the national economy, especially the City of Surakarta experiencing high economic losses which can lead to increased unemployment. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the process of economic flow in society. Many people complain and the cessation of their mobility and activities due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic. One of the sectors of community life that has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic is the tourism sector. This study aims to describe the impact of Covid-19 on the economy in Surakarta City. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods and the following research was carried out in the Surakarta City area. The impact of COVID-19 uses secondary data, including agency surveys and literacy studies as well as conducting descriptive statistical analysis and data tabulation. The results of this study are the impact of COVID-19 on seven research objects, including tourism, unemployment, inflation, layoffs (PHK), exports and imports, regional taxes, and investment. The decline in several sectors affected regional income, so that economic growth in Surakarta weakened. One sector that shows the affected status is tourist attraction which in 2019 was worth 3,562,551 people and in 2020 it decreased to 354,107 people, meaning that tourist attractions in Surakarta lost 3,208,444 people, this is one of which is influenced by the presence of regulations from the government regarding large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) which result in offices and most industrial activities being prohibited from producing, for an undetermined period of time, and causing economic losses.

Abstract

Presidential Regulation Number 21 of 2019 concerning the National Action Plan for Mercury Reduction and Elimination (RAN-PPM) became the strategy for reduction and elimination of Mercury, then later revealed in the Regional Action Plan for Mercury Reduction and Elimination (RAD-PPM). According to it, a comprehensive monitoring method is urgently needed, neither only related to the elimination of mercury in the ASGM sector, but also for regional development potential. This research is a Research and Development research, which is a type of research that aims to develop applications, which are used as a tool for decision making-a Decision Support System (DSS). Using a descriptive qualitative method, to analyse related documents, interviews with related actors, and calculate System Usability Scale to analyse and see the usability and the level of user acceptance to the WebGIS. The case study is the development and preparation of a WebGIS related to the ASGM sector in Kokap, Kulon Progo. The result of the study shows that an information system with geospatial-based analysis could facilitate data integration, implementation and monitoring of the regulation of mercury elimination, especially in the ASGM sector. As a result of the WebGIS System Usability Scale for Small-Scale Gold Mining in Kulon Progo Regency, it is included in the category of applications that can be accepted by users and is quite appropriate. Nevertheless, synergy and cooperation between various agencies are necessary. Moreover, the data related to socio-economic which is an important information system for regional development can also be mapped in a GIS.

Abstract

The distribution of air pollution in an area can be determined by using remote sensing data. This study aims to (1) identify and inventory the parameters determining the level of air quality; (2) implementing a number of algorithms to measure air quality using remote sensing data; and (3) evaluate the results of air quality calculations from remote sensing data with in-situ data in the field. The map-making process is carried out by processing Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS image data for 1 year starting from January to December 2020 in DKI Jakarta and by applying a number of algorithms. The algorithms used in determining air quality include: the algorithm developed by Othman to measure the PM10 concentration, the Somvashi algorithm to measure the CO concentration, the SO2 concentration determined by applying the Hasan algorithm, and the algorithm developed by Alserory to calculate the NOx concentration in the air. Air quality parameters that can be known by using Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS satellite imagery are PM10, CO, SO2, and NOx. These results are then correlated with the SPKU belonging to the DKI Jakarta Environment and Forestry Service. The PM10 parameter has a correlation of -0,13, 0,26, -0,72, -0,25 and -0,18. The next parameter is SO2 with correlation values -0.02, 0,3, -0,6, -0,4 and -0,3. As for the CO parameter, it cannot do the correlation test because the value of the satellite image processing results is 1. -0,39, -0,34, -0,31, -0,45, and -0,53 are the correlation values for the NOx parameter. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop a new algorithm and make adjustments to certain areas to analyze air quality, so that it can produce reliable and accountable information on air quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze cohesion markers contained in the song lyrics with theme of Covid-19 prevention. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study are in the form of words, phrases, clauses, sentences and stanzas contained in the songs. Data were analyzed descriptively for both lexical and grammatical cohesion. The data sources include the lyrics of the song Di Rumah Saja by Sam Bimbo, Virus Corona by Rhoma Irama, Bangkit by Wan Rahil Apriliady, Cahaya dalam Kegelapan by Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. The results showed that the most common cohesion marker found was lexical cohesion in the form of collocation. This indicates that there is an emphasis on the same meaning in every song lyric. The similarity of meaning is assembled and poured in every line and stanza which is full of meaningful messages for the community, so that the songs function as a medium for conveying messages to the community. The lyrics of the song provide educational value about: (1) appeal to people not to leave their homes so that the virus does not spread further, (2) humans asking God for protection to avoid covid-19, (3) invitation to rise up to fight covid-19, (4) when trials come, humans must be optimistic, pray to God, and share.
