Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the role of DPRD budgeting function and organizational commitment on the potential for fraud. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using the saturated sampling method. The data used are primary data using a questionnaire. Data was successfully collected from 40 respondents who were members of the DPRD Kota Ternate, Tidore Islands City and Sula Islands District. The data processing technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that there was no influence on the role of the DPRD's budgeting function on the potential for fraud in district / city DPRDs in North Maluku Province, there was a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to potential fraud in the budget bodies of the DPRD districts / cities of North Maluku province. In addition, the simultaneous statistical test shows that the role of the DPRD budgeting function and organizational commitment has a significant effect on the potential for fraud among members of the DPRD budgeting in North Maluku province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to build a performance measurement model which appropriate with the characteristics of the RSJ. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The results showed that the RSJ used the BSC performance measurement, while the BSC was limited to four perspectives. So that there is an important aspect that has not been included in the BSC, namely the aspect of care. Nurse care for patients, organizational care for employees and patients as well as additional spiritual healing to accelerate patient recovery. The performance measurement model proposed by the researcher is directly based on the organizational goals of RSJ, it is expected that the performance measurement model that is directly executed from the goal will directly impact the achievement of targets without neglecting the values that have been adopted by RSJ.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to Improve Speaking Ability through the Role-Playing Method of Class B Kindergarten Students Irene Tondano. This research was conducted in Irene Class B Kindergarten. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be stated that the role-playing method can improve speaking skills in Bre Ireine Tondano class students. The role-playing method can develop motor skills previously diagnosed so that this activity is beneficial for students' motor development. Complete learning outcomes in this study were obtained from the percentage obtained by students in Cycle I by 80.0%, in Cycle II by 93.3%, and in Cycle III by 96.6%. These results show an increase and achievement of the expected learning completeness. In learning Indonesian, especially before learning activities using the role-playing method, teachers must pay attention and consider the advantages and disadvantages of this method.

Abstract

This study examines whether concept map and power point influence learning motivation. This study is a quantitative research using a quasy experiment method. The population used in this study is all students in SMKS Kepanjen 2017/2018. simple random sampling is used to obtain 32 students of class X AK 4 to apply mind mapping and 32 students of class X AK 1 to apply power point. Methods of data collection using a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test are employed to analyze the data. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability to appreciate short stories through Student Centered Learning Approaches Class X Students of SMK Negeri 1 Touluaan. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Touluaan, Academic Year 2019/2020 Academic Year of 48 students. The method used in this research is classroom action research. The first round is 47% in the underprivileged category, the second half 62% is still in the underprivileged category, and 80% of the third round is in the underprivileged category. Students' appreciation for the ability to determine the intrinsic elements of a short story can increase if they exchange ideas and discuss together and present the results of each group's discussion to be responded to by other groups. This will make the Student-Centered Learning (SCL) approach can improve students' ability to appreciate the intrinsic element of the Indonesian short story learning. Particularly, in short story learning, teachers must be able to create a pleasant learning atmosphere by implementing effective learning.

Abstract

Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory, the use of e-learning is influenced by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use by adding other factors, namely self-confidence and subjective norms. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of perceived usefulness on the use of e-learning; (2) The effect of perceived ease of use on the use of e-learning; (3) The effect of self-confidence on the use of e-learning; (4) The effect of subjective norms on the use of e-learning. The Explanation Approach is used to explore the data in this study. The population in this study was the 2016 Accounting Education Bachelor Program students, amounting to 116 students. The number of samples in this study were 116 students. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale as a measure of research variables. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, self-confidence, and subjective norms have a significant effect on the use of e-learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Competency Hosted Skills through Think Pair Share Cooperative Learning Models of Class XI Students in SMA Negeri 1 Ratahan. This research was conducted at Ratahan State High School 1 in class XI 2019/2020 Academic Year consisting of 37 students. The method used in this research is classroom action research. The average value is 68 in cycle I. Meanwhile, the average value of class XI in the second cycle reached 79.9. These results indicate an increase of 8 or 11% from cycle I to cycle II. This increase proves the success of hosted learning through the cooperative pattern of think pair share. Behavior of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Ratahan has changed for the better after participating in the learning of hosted skills through a pattern of think-pair-share cooperation. Schools should further maximize the function of multimedia spaces in schools to support the learning of Indonesian language

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of the concept of Public Service Agency at Gorontalo State University to realize its Good University Governance, and to determine the policy/model/framework of its management under the agency mandate. This study population is the heads in the work units of Gorontalo State University, such as vice chancellors, deans, vice deans, heads of institutions, heads of main offices, and several lecturers and or employees. This study used all populations as the samples and the descriptive statistical approach for its data analysis. The findings contended that all stakeholders of State University of Gorontalo generally understood the implementation of Public Service Agency for Good University Governance.

Abstract

The Customary Community of Banceuy is one of customary communities in Indonesia that still maintains and preserves local cultural wisdom based on Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa (The Belief in One and Only God) value to this day. Banceuy Customary Village is located in Subang - West Java. The purpose of this research is to find out why the obstacles in the process of cultural inheritance in Banceuy community are not used as barriers by young people in maintaining their customs and culture, although modernization and globalization have entered into the lives of these people. Besides, this study also aims to know the extent of Civic Education on religious and cultural values. This study used qualitative approach and ethnographic method. Therefore, one of the findings of this study reveals that the obstacles in the process of inheritance are not barriers because Banceuy community has the motto of "Ngindung Ka Waktu Mi Bapa Ka Jaman", which means modernity is followed and tradition is maintained.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of applying the zonasi system policy on New Student Admissions (PPDB) in Junior High Schools (SMP). This study uses a qualitative approach with field observation techniques, documentation, and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of the zonasi system in PPDB in junior high schools had positive and negative impacts are: 1) the positive impact of the zoning system policy is to make schools more sensitive to the diverse needs of students. In addition, every teacher must be able to improve his quality at the time of learning related to the varied abilities of students, and 2) helped students with low minimum test score obtain an education. The negative impacts are: 1) the zonasi system makes good schools less good because the main components in PPDB are no longer based on academic achievement, and 2) limits students in choosing schools.
