This research analyzes the influence of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of quantitative study with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool with AMOS-20 (Analysis of Moment Structure) device. The sample in this study was 105 Regional Secretariat Officer of the Bireuen District government. The results showed that quality of work life has significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction has significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction is a partial mediation of the influence between quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior.

Perintis Lake has an area of ± 11.09 Ha is one of the natural tourism in the Bone Bolango Regency has the potential to attract tourists and travelers both domestic and non-domestic. The Perintis Lake position has become important for the tourism sector, but its contribution has not been significant in the GDP structure of Bone Bolango Regency. This is due to the lack of public facilities, rides and tourist attractions as well as various souvenirs at around Perintis Lake so that serious attention from stakeholders is needed if they wants to make Perintis Lake a tourist destination so as to provide an effect multiplier for tourism entrepreneurs and regional economic. This study will examine the potential and supporting facilities of Perintis Lake natural tourism and their development strategies. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with the research locus on the natural tourism of Perintis Lake in Huluduotamo Village. The research was conducted from April to August 2018. Data collection techniques and sampling were questionnaires and accidental sampling, the number of samples was 62 respondents. The answers to the questionnaire are set using the Likert scale with closed question types. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed with intervals score and SWOT. Generally, natural tourism of Perintis Lake are potential enough to be developed into tourist destinations. The strategy that must be carried out by tourism stakeholders is the SO strategy (Strategic-Opportunity) or an aggressive strategy so that tourism services and foreign exchange outcomes are also optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine effect of manalagi and fuji apples juice on triglyceride levels in in elderly. This study is an experimental study conducted on 39 elderly for 14 days, divided into 3 groups through randomized pre-post test control group design. G-0 was the control group, G-1 was the intervention group administered with manalagi apple juice, and G-2 was the intervention group given fuji apple juice. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work engagement and self-efficacy on credit analyst’s job burnout. The research takes place at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Renon Branch Office. Banking is one of an important sector that related to public welfare. Credit is one of bank’s product that has several types. Credit analyst has to evaluating the data and does other supporting aspects that submitted by the credit applicant in order to making a decision whether the credit application is accepted or rejected. If the credit application does not properly analyzed, it will increase an inability of debtor to repay the credit installment. Job burnout is one aspect that influence negligence in analyze a credit application. Job burnout is a condition with emotional fatigue, physical fatigue, and lack of energy which can cause a person's low performance. BRI is the largest profit bank in Indonesian banking industry and always grows up to 2017. High number of debtors and credit applications can also increase the workload and job burnout for the analyst. Job burnout can be minimized by a high work engagement between worker and their job. Work engagement is a condition when worker easier to manage work relationship and manage stress on work pressure. This condition is needed for increasing worker’s motivation. High work engagement will prevent job burnout. Self-efficacy also will prevent job burnout. Person with high self-efficacy has a good competence to face challenges in their workplace. Ability to perform difficult task will contribute positively to prevent job burnout. This study used primary data source collected by questionnaire technique. Respondents in this study were credit analysts at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Renon Branch Office. Hypothesis was tested by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that work engagement and self-efficacy had a negative and significant effect on job burnout of credit analyst. Further research can use more bank branch office to make a better generalization. The results of this study can be used as a consideration for Bank Rakyat Indonesia regarding aspects that can influence job burnout on their workers.

The purpose The purpose of research to find the effect of short-term debt owned by the company on increasing or decreasing the liquidity ratio and in specializing in research on consumption companies in Indonesia. Methodology, analyzing the liquidity ratio in this case is done by working capital method to total assets ratio. The population of this study amounted to five companies. Procedure criteria of selecting the sample using purposive sampling with the financial statements of 2013. Result, short-term debt has an average value of 45 billion and the liquidity ratio has an average value of 35.1 times, the relationship between shortterm debt and liquidity ratio is positive with the smallest 0.38 and 0.56. Current liabilities have a positive effect on liquidity ratios in the five companies studied The findings ,the value of R2basically illustrates how much the relationship between dependent and independent variables, which concluded shortterm debt can explain the liquidity ratio of 3,9%. The trend of digital marketing is growing in Indonesia. It is also supported by the pandemic season where offline selling is not available as much as before. People start to shift into offline platforms. Unfortunately, with the characteristics of emerging markets where acceptability, accessibility, as well as affordability is still low, study reveals that three-quarters of Indonesia’s SMEs are missing out on most of the benefits of digital technologies. Looking at these opportunities, BIZGO Digital offers digital marketing services which target the business owners and MSMEs to establish their online presence. Due to its replicable services, BIZGO is able to maintain this competitive advantage. As the agency grows, BIZGO is able to take more orders from clients as the systems are already well established. Previously, BIZGO portrayed an advertising strategy which led to failure in promoting a B2B agency. Bizgo realizes the need to implement customer relationship management to increase customer retention rate and cross selling strategy. The industrial revolution has had a profound effect on the world of education. In addition to having a positive impact on several things, the industrial revolution also had a negative effect. The method used in this research is a case study with a qualitative approach, which will be applied in schools. The results of this study indicate: How does the Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan teacher's competence develop content, processes, media, learning resources and assessment of the learning process in the industrial revolution 4.0? After doing research, the industrial revolution provides a change in terms of learning media to learning in the classroom conducted by teachers, through the industrial revolution 4.0, teachers are increasingly motivated to develop learning activities in the classroom and also increasingly diverse learning media.

Good Corporate Governance is a process and structure that is used to direct and manage business and company affairs in order to increase business prosperity and corporate accountability with the main goal of realizing shareholder value in the long term while taking into account the interests of other stakeholders. The objectives of this study include ( 1) To analyze how the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in improving banking performance in Gorontalo Province is. (2) To identify constraints in the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in improving banking performance in Gorontalo Province. (3) To find efforts to minimize obstacles in the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in improving the performance of banks in Gorontalo Province. The research is designed to be carried out for a period of one year using descriptive qualitative research methods with stages of activities including (1) Identification of problems in the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in improving banking performance in Gorontalo Province, (2) Analysis of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in improving banking performance in Gorontalo Province, (3) Selection of alternative problem solving in the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in improving the performance of Banking in Gorontalo Province, (4) Designing a model for implementing Good Corporate Governance in improving banking performance in Gorontalo Province. The technique of collecting data is used by means of observation, interviews, documentation and implementation of the FGD which aims to obtain data in supporting the final results of the study. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Good Corporate Governance banking system in Gorontalo Province in order to improve performance includes, (1). the status of the bank as a branch office and sub-branch office etc. is an obstacle and a problem that makes the application of the principles in Good Corporate Governance not optimal. (2). There needs to be awareness and willingness from the directors, shareholders, and bank management to raise the status of the subsidiary bank to branch office, (3). The failure of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in banking in Gorontalo Province has led to the Bank's performance evaluation by banks is not optimal. (4). Banking performance that is not optimal can be seen from the very high LDR ratio of up to 200%. (5). This ratio is not very contributing to regional economic growth, especially Gorontalo Province. This research empirically want proves that leverage and transfer pricing affect tax avoidance. The phenomenon of tax revenue from the mining sector has been volatile for the past five years so mining companies become the object of research with a research period of 2019 to 2021. This research uses quantitative methods with a causal relationship approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling by setting several criteria. Based on the established criteria obtained, a sample of 16 companies with the number of data processed was 48 data. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis tools with the help of the SPSS 27 application. The results showed that leverage and transfer pricing do not influence tax avoidance. This is due to the research period used by the Covid-19 pandemic which caused restrictions on activities by the government and had an impact on low tax avoidance activities.Keywords: Leverage; Transfer Pricing; Tax Avoidance; Mining Sector; Pandemic.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Organizational Climate on Employee Job Satisfaction with Work Ethics as a moderating variable of the study at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum either directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were 2.057 employees of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum while the sample in this study were 30 employees of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, documentation studies, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the partial least square – structural question model (PLSSEM), Hypothesis Testing (t test and F test), and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study prove that the organizational climate is directly significant to employee job satisfaction and directly work ethics does not moderate the effect of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum.
