Abstract

Abstract The phenomenon of globalization which propagates the values of capitalism when compared with the values and philosophy of life of the Indonesian people which are grounded in Indonesian socialism (Pancasila) is a contradictory value, therefore it can be said that globalization has a propaganda purpose which is a serious threat to the existence of the ideological values of Pancasila. The author feels it is important in studying the "perceptions of Bung Karno University students regarding the resilience of national ideology in the era of global capitalism. This research is based on three objectives namely; First; find a detailed understanding of the resilience of national ideology, second; knowing the understanding of UBK students regarding the threat of national ideology, third; find student perceptions related to solutions to maintain national ideology. This research is a development research using descriptive qualitative method. The data analysis method of this study uses the audience reception analysis method, using a critical paradigm. The research results conclude that; First, Bung Karno University students understand the meaning of capitalism substantially, but have not been able to explain the form of its manifestation in today's real life. Second; students in explaining capitalism in sync with Bung Karno's view that capitalism is in the form of subjugation of the order and regulation of the national economic order, cultural colonization, destruction of national sense of nationality, subversion of science, technology, political system, law, and Pancasila ideology. third; students state that the contradictions of capitalism and Pancasila are not easy to identify because of collisions with complex real life realities and the non-implementation of Pancasila ideology itself, fourth; that besides being optimistic students do not see any ideological threats in campus life but they are aware of threats from individualism, liberalism and capitalism, sectarian ideology including the development of a society that has no ideology. Students see a new threat to Pancasila ideology from games as part of the wa proxy. therefore Proxy war is seen as a latent danger of the current Pancasila ideology. Fifth; Students are of the view that to resolve the degradation of Pancasila values, it is important to have education and a system protector for filtering foreign cultural values that conflict with national cultural values. Abstract

Abstraction Not only does it enter the public space, AI technology also enters the private sphere and human religious activities. Many forms of religious activities are now help by AI. Some religious stakeholders have already used AI in worship services. There has been a change in the pattern of human worship, previously using the role of religious leaders such as priests, ustadz or biksu, now that role is being taken over by AI. If this continues for a long time, the presence of AI can gradually replace religious leaders, and there will be a change in the relationship between religious leaders and congregations. The quality of the relationship between humans and God can decrease, because not relation psychology between AI with human and God. Keywords: Artificial intelligence, humans, religion

Abstract

Abstract Theft of personal data ahead of an election is a criminal act that can damage public trust in the election process and results. The development of digital technology (including electronic election practices) has given new hope for the implementation of elections in the era of cyber society. Election technology provides a new space to support cyber society in virtual political activities of digital democracy. This study seeks to explain cybercrime that continues to operate in many countries (including Indonesia), the weak protection of citizens’ data, and its implications for the integrity of the 2024 simultaneous elections. This study is qualitative with a case study approach based on literature review and finds that the development of digital technology will always followed by an increase in data theft crimes (which are motivated by economic motives), weak protection of citizens’ personal data (a serious digital security problem which should be the responsibility of the state), and implications for election integrity due to data leaks which theoretically hackers use as space to delegitimizing state control over the hegemony of digital election technology.Keyword: Cybercrime, data protection, politik and economic implication, election integrity.

Abstract

Information credibility in the era of digital society as an impact of the abundance of information is no longer a logical and ethical measure in the media sphere. Information truth and news accuracy are now only seen as a matter of public literacy, sharing errors, the negative impact of social media or legal problems; not a matter of fact integrity, news accuracy, and information ethics. This qualitative study with descriptive-interpretive analysis method characterized by virtual ethnography sees the erosion of logos and ethics as the cause of the digital society's easy exposure to the post-truth virus. Logos is the realm of facts, logic, truth, and valid reasoning. In the post-truth era, truth evaluation is postponed if not avoided; and lies have convincingly successfully masqueraded as valid arguments. In the post-truth era, truth and falsehood no longer have clear boundaries. Post-truth rhetoric and political agendas are certainly not only facilitated by social media, but by the reality where lies can wear the mask of truth. The multiplication of media and the spread of information sources in cyberspace are two crucial points that are most responsible for the growth of lies in the post-truth era.Keyword: Digital society, abudance of information, post-truth era, disinformed society

Abstract

Abstract The corona virus outbreak has infected humans in almost every country in the world. Information on this virus is still under development and research continues. Some countries have even exploded in cases like Indonesia. The role of surveillance volunteers is to help process data and communicate to educate about the virus. Therefore, health communication in the community must be done using different methods. However, the purpose of health communication is effectively achieved. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods, in which there is no purpose for generalization. The results of this study include that health communication or, in this case, health promotion is important. The important role of health communication carried out by volunteers is to transmit accurately and uniformly. Since this information must be able to touch the community with steps that were taken inadvertently, the persuasion or health communication was done by volunteers as part of the community itself. There are health communication methods implemented by surveillance volunteers to educate the public about Covid-19, including 1) health communication through an individual approach; 2) health communication through the puskesmas team; and 3) health communication through social media. In addition, there is a flow of information in health communication activities, that is, the information that is processed in the communication process and therefore there is a coordination that can validate the information before it is finally published in the current media and health information is consumed by the public. Keywords: Health Communication, Volunteers, Covid-19
