Abstract

Customer loyalty is a condition where customers make consistent repeat purchases and have a positive attitude towards a brand, are committed to the brand and intend to continue purchasing in the future. The aim is to determine and analyze the influence of product completeness, price perception and service quality on customer loyalty at TB. Cheap Fortune Semarang. The population is unknown number of consumers or customers of the Semarang "Cheap Rejeki" building shop. The sample size was calculated using the Cochran formula, resulting in a sample of 97 customers. Non-probability sampling technique using incidental sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire whose validity and reliability had been tested using data analysis techniques using multiple regression via the SPSS application. The results of the calculations that have been carried out, the t-value for product completeness is 3.849 > t-table 1.985 and the significance level is 0.000, indicating that product completeness has a significant effect on customer loyalty, then the calculated t-value for price perception is 3.960 > t-table 1.985 and the significance level is 0.000, indicating that price perception has a significant effect on customer loyalty and the calculated t value of service quality is 4.495 > t-table 1.985 and the significance level is 0.000, indicating that the Service Quality variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Suggestions for TB Murah Rejeki are to be able to manage the completeness of the products provided to suit customer shopping expectations because this is a key element in competition among building stores because good product completeness will attract customers' shopping intentions. Then maintain the prices given to consumers and by providing a customer loyalty program in the form of purchase discounts. Abstract

Sea transportation is one of these modes of transportation, in addition to having a role as a means of transportation nationally, it can reach all regions through waters so that it can support, encourage and drive the growth of regions that have great natural resource potential in an effort to improve and distribute development and its results. In accordance with the function of the harbormaster's duty to supervise the seaworthiness of the ship which includes safety, se curity and security at the port. In this case, the port plays an important role in the port system, both in shipping, law enforcement and in all port activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the independent variables, namely supervision, inspection, and the granting of a Sailing Approval Letter, for the dependent variable of shipping safety. The population in this study were all crew members and employees of the ships docked in May at the port of Padangbai and the sample in this study was 100 respondents with the technique used was a non-probability sampling technique, namely by using quota sampling, Kouta sampling was a technique to determine the sample. from a population that has certain characteristics to the desired number (quota). The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (Software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS). The results of the research by testing the hypothesis indicate that the variables of Supervision, Inspection, and Granting of Sailing Approval Letters are positive and significant for Shipping Safety in the Class IV Port Authority and Harbormaster Office Area Padangbai Port. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y=2,898+0,436X1+0,214X2+0,189X3+ µ. From the regression results, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting shipping safety is the supervision variable with a regression coefficient of 0.436. With the r square test of 0.526 or 52.6% which means that the increase in shipping safety in the KSOP class IV Padangbai area is influenced by supervision, inspection and granting of approval letters which is 52.6% and other factors that affect the improvement of shipping safety in the areas served by KSOP Class IV Padangbai by 47.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of workload and burnout on employee performance, the effect of workload and burnout on employee motivation and the effect of employee motivation on employee performance in the Nutrition Installation of RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi, Central Java Province. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. The number of research respondents was 36, which was determined by the total sampling technique. The results of the study showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation (p value 0.000), employee workload had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p value 0.000), burnout had no effect on employee motivation (p value 0.269), employee burnout had no effect on employee performance (p value 0.284) and employee motivation had no effect on employee performance (p value 0.995). The suggestion of this research is that hospitals should support occupational safety and health, especially nutrition installation officers in informal workplaces through surveys and counseling while working for workers. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the response of social media users to posting company Instagram accounts (likes and comments) on individual share ownership and institutional share ownership of LQ45 companies in Indonesia. The data collection method uses a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 37 LQ45 companies for the period August 2022-January 2024 which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and had active Instagram accounts. Data processing uses SPSS 26 with multiple linear regression. The results show that the response of Instagram users is able to increase institutional share ownership and individual share ownership. The results of this research interpretation find the company's visibility among investors. Increasing company visibility on Instagram makes information more accessible, especially for individual and institutional investors, so they are interested in investing more in these companies. Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of independent variables, namely firm size (X1), leverage (X2), and profitability (X3) on the dependent variable, namely company value (Y) in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020- 2022. The sample used in this research was 20 companies selected using purposive sampling techniques. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method which was tested using the SPSS 24 program application. The results of this research show that company size has no effect on company value, leverage has a negative effect on company value and profitability has a positive effect on company value. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of online customer ratings and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions at the TikTok shop via consumer trust as an intervening variable in the TikTok application and to determine the influence of online customer ratings, online customer reviews, and consumer trust on purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is path Analysis. The population of this research is TikTok shop consumers in the city of Semarang. The sample for this research was 120 people using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach, namely that the researcher selected the sample purposively, subjectively, and subjectively. The data collection method is to distribute questionnaires via Google Forms. The type of data used is primary data. The result of this research shows that online customer ratings influence consumer trust and online customer reviews influence customer trust. Online Customer Rating does not affect purchasing decisions, while Online Customer Reviews does not affect purchasing Decisions. Online Customer Ratings and Reviews influence purchasing decisions through consumer trust as an intervening variable in the TikTok application. Abstract

The issue of environmental change is currently a hot topic throughout the word. The biggest cause of global warming is industrial activities which are increasingly developing and also producing large amounts of emissions. Therefor, disclosing carbon emissions is a form of corporate social and moral responsibility toword society to reduce carbon emissions. This research is entitled The Influence of Environmental Performance and Profitability on Carbon Emission Disclosure in Non Cyclical Consumer Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021 – 2022. This research aims to test and analizy the influence of environmental performance and profitability on carbon emission disclosure. This sample in this research is secondary data from non cyclicals consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling techique used purposive sampling with a total sample obtained 18 companies with observations for 2 years. Current environmental performance and profitability have a significant impact on CO2 emission disclosure. this is because companies that are major consumer with strong environmental dan profitability tend to be better at disclosing their carbon emissions to gain investor trust

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of bank opacity on loan growth rates by considering the role of bank capitalization variables, wholesale funding, macroeconomic conditions, and credit quality as moderating factors. The empirical study was conducted on Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018-2022. The research method uses multiple regression analysis and moderation techniques by utilizing financial and macroeconomic data sourced from bank financial reports in Indonesia. The results of this analysis can provide insight into the impact of bank opacity on loan growth, while explaining the extent to which the variables of bank capitalization, wholesale funding, macroeconomic conditions, and credit quality moderate the relationship. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the understanding of the factors that influence credit growth in the banking sector, particularly in the context of bank opacity. The practical implications of this study can help regulators, bank management, and other stakeholders to develop appropriate policies to improve the stability and growth of the banking sector. Abstract

Product innovation and marketing strategy are considered important factors that can increase the competitiveness and income of the target group. Problems that occur in groups assisted by PT. PLN Indonesia Power Generation Unit (PGU) Grati in Ranuklindungan Village is located at an unstable income that even decreases every month. This research aims to analyze the influence of Product Innovation and Marketing Strategy on Income in the Indonesia Power Assisted Group in Ranuklindungan Village, Grati, Pasuruan. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population used is members of the Indonesia Power assisted group in Ranuklindungan Grati Pasuruan Village. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique using a sample of 37 respondents. The analysis used is research instrument testing in the form of validity and reliability testing, descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and determinant coefficient testing. The research results of the Product Innovation variable partially have a significant effect on Income in the Indonesia Power assisted group in Ranuklindungan Grati Pasuruan Village, this means that Product Innovation plays a very important role in Income. And the Marketing Strategy variable partially has a significant effect on Income in the Indonesia Power assisted group in Ranuklindungan Grati Pasuruan Village, this means that the Marketing Strategy variable also plays a very important role in Income. The determinant coefficient (R2) obtained a value of 0.862 which shows that the influence of Product Innovation and Marketing Strategy can influence Revenue by 86.2%. while other variables outside the scope of the research were 13.8%. Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of independent variables, namely Taxpayer Awareness (X1), Taxpayer Knowledge (X2), and Tax Sanctions (X3) on the dependent variable, namely Taxpayer Compliance (Y) in motorized vehicles registered at the UPPD Samsat Office Demak Regency 2020-2023. The sample used in this research was 100 respondens selected usingaccidental sampling technique. The analytical method used is the multiple linier regression analysis metjod which was tested using the SPSS 16 program application.
