Abstract

Organizational culture is an important and very strategic element in the development and progress of organizations in the business world, government, educational institutions, and socio-religious organizations. Organizational culture does not just exist but must be created. maintained, and strengthened, even changed to suit the internal and external demands of the organization. Organizational culture will affect organizational effectiveness. So far, many studies have concluded that a strong organizational culture will make members more satisfied, and motivated and have a greater commitment to the organization. Besides that, a strong organizational culture will be able to increase the commitment, enthusiasm, and loyalty of members to the organization. In this research method, we use the descriptive method. The result show that organizational culture will affect individuals and organizational processes so that culture will create pressure on people in the organization to think and act in ways that are consistent with the existing culture. The organizational culture of educational institutions is strongly influenced by leadership behavior. Good leadership behavior will be able to create a conducive organizational culture.

Abstract

Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or complete a task in the most effective and efficient way as a group. Working together allows colleagues to get to know each other better and build strong social relationships. Collaboration allows everyone to be valued for their abilities. This creates a more positive and relaxed work atmosphere. The research methodology used in this study was to conduct a literature study of 15 journal articles with a collaborative team which was published on several websites over the last 5 years. The research finding that 2-way communication is needed to build teamwork. That way, team members can freely express their opinions, want to listen to each other's opinions, and find solutions to problems together. In a good team, each member must know the responsibilities and tasks they carry out in a project. They must also have the integrity to carry out all their responsibilities properly. All difficulties and obstacles must be discussed and resolved together.

Abstract

The research aims to identify and analyze the role of motivation in improving work dicipline. In this study, the Litarature Study Research Method was applied, namely the data collection technique by conducting a review study of books, literarure, notes, and reports that had something to do with the problem being solved. With the support of several other research samples, it can be proven that motivation can have an affect on increasing work discipline. And work discipline affects employee performance. To achieve company goals, managing human resources has the potential to affect employye performance and affect company performance.

Abstract

In an organization, motivation plays an important role because it is directly related to the causes of the human part of the organization. With the right motivation, the organization can be further promoted and expanded. The human part of the organization consists of two groups of people, namely those who lead and those who are led. The issue of motivation in organizations is the responsibility of management, organizing and implementing. Therefore, management should create motivation according to the type of motivation, e.g. the fact that people's motives for action are capable of motivating people's motives to want to act in accordance with the wishes of the organization.

Abstract

Organizational culture that is always directed at improving the quality of service as an effort to meet the needs and expectations of society. This study aims to analyze how much influence organizational culture has on employee performance in the organization. This research uses the literature study method in which the researcher collects sources of information from books and journals related to this research. The results of this study are that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance in the organization.

Abstract

Organizations and groups depend on effective communication to perform all functions, including planning, directing, controlling, making decisions, and implementing decisions and goals. In addition, communication is at the heart of the organizational building. In an organization, communication is a tool that functions as a liaison and generator of motivation between each member of the organization so that an organization can move forward according to organizational goals. Ineffective communication and miss communication generate most of the organizational problems such as conflicts, disputes, prejudice, wrong decisions, poor execution, gaps and misunderstandings. Therefore, effective communication is paramount for the success of any organization, the basic elements of effective communication are clear thinking, clear speaking, clear writing, and these must be remembered as these are very basic.

Abstract

The life of the Arab nation changed after the sending of the Prophet of the end of time, the reformer of Islam, who brought goodness to the whole world, Prophet Muhammad SAW. Islamic values taught by the Prophet SAW. bring to the truth and release them from dishonorable behavior, such as worshiping idols and fighting among themselves for no apparent reason. The Prophet Muhammad SAW was sent by Allah to bring Islam by upholding moral civilization. Such was the condition of Mecca and its surroundings at that time. This study used a qualitative research method which in general this research was carried out by not going into the field in finding the source of the data. This research can also be interpreted as research that is carried out only based on written works, including research results, both those that have been and those that have not been published. Library research is also a literature study, namely exploring previous research to be continued or criticized and aims to collect data and information using various materials found in the library room such as books, magazines, journal documents, historical stories and others.

Abstract

Organizational culture are values or norms, or attitudes that can be used as a guide for members of the organization to be able to behave and behave in the organization. And organizational culture also provides a positive influence to improve the performance of its members. School is one of the educational institutions that is given the task and authority to realize national education goals and must carry out its role properly. Abstract

Leadership plays a vital role in the success of an organization. Communication is one of the important aspects concerning leadership in influencing organizational work behavior. That's why this writing study aims to find out how communication is in organizations, besides that this article also aims to identify how leadership is in organizations, at the same time the studies in writing this article also aim to analyze how to work behavior is in organizations. Meanwhile, the goal that is no less important in writing this article is to analyze how organizational communication is in relation to leadership and organizational work behavior. The findings in this study indicate that communication should come from various directions, originating from top-down, bottom-up, and horizontally within and across organizations, both formal and informal, to function informatively, regulative, persuasively, and integrative. This writing aims to determine the behavior of the leadership in the organization. The writing method uses the library research method. From the discussion, it can be concluded that leadership is a person's ability to influence and motivate others to do something in accordance with a common goal. Leadership includes the process of influencing in determining organizational goals, motivating the behavior of followers to achieve goals, influencing to improve the group and its culture.

Abstract

Teachers have a very strategic role in ensuring the success of learning and improving the quality of education. In order for the teacher's duties and responsibilities to be carried out properly, a teacher must have the expertise, desire, and effort in teaching and learning activities which include planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational outcomes. Teachers are expected to have great motivation so that the work they carry out can run optimally. If a teacher has the positive motivation, he will show attention, attention, and willingness to participate in carrying out tasks or activities. The purpose of this research is to examine the role of motivation in improving teacher performance to produce effective and optimal learning. The literature study method was used in this study to obtain information and data about the role of motivation in improving teacher performance.
