Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a phenomenon caused by many causes, and one of them is the lack of religion comprehension and its application in daily life. One way to instill a good religion comprehension in childhood is through an active learning approach, where students learn and play, and in this case using IDO Box: Islamic Dolanan. Active learning method is quite complex so that an effective approach and appropriate environment is needed, especially in a pandemic condition. The aim of this research are to know the appropriate media in implementing IDO Box and increasing the student's religion comprehension. This research was done in Taman Pendidikan Al Quran (TPA) Anugrah, Bojongsari, Depok City, West Java. Learning media that was used in this research are learning modules, website, learning videos, and webinars that were done online. Primary data was obtained by online interviews and questionnaires. IDO Box was implemented using The House Model that was created by Horovitz and Ohlsson-Corboz (2007). The House Model concept is divided into three parts that is vision mission purpose (roof), program indicators and milestones (middle), and IDO Box program and media (cornerstone). Overall the IDObox program consisted of 10 main indicators that has been completed 100% through the activities, i.e. Quran memorizing test, Islamic stories, online assignments, online quizzes, webinars, and also parents and teachers satisfaction survey. This accomplishment is supported by pretest, posttest, and learning improvement evaluation in terms of cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and learning outcomes.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic outbreak has made the economy experience a decline. Economic activity is increasingly uncertain. This is also experienced by housewives RW17 Babadan, Banguntapan, Bantul Regency. Family Welfare Education women help the family economy with culinary businesses. They established micro, small and medium enterprises. The first problem is that these housewives experience difficulties in selling, due to their limited movement to offer their culinary works to consumers. Second, the understanding of media literacy in using social media as a new media is still lacking and thirdly, the understanding and ability to make messages is minimal through social media. Community service methods are discussion, focuse group discussion, socialization, and media literacy training. The solution to this problem is to hold training and mentoring on understanding media literacy in carrying out sales promotion activities. In addition, by holding skills training in documenting culinary products and in packaging messages through social media. The conclusion is that community empowerment by providing promotional media literacy makes them understand the benefits of using modern communication tools and new media. In the end, they were able to take advantage of smartphones to sell their products.

Abstract

The rapid spread of Covid-19 has caused the government to adopt a “at home” policy by stopping various economic activities in the community. Health protocols that are carried out are maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, using masks, washing hands. As a form of implementation of Government policies, community empowerment is needed to minimize the number of Covid-19 cases, this empowerment is specifically aimed at rural communities with an interest in Social Assistance Recipients, given that the poor have low awareness of the importance of keeping free from exposure to Covid-19. . Therefore, empowerment will be carried out in the form of providing information and inviting social assistance recipients to live healthy lives and avoid exposure to Covid-19. The method of implementing activities in community service is by providing education which is carried out involving the recipient community of social assistance and interactive communication. The results of the implementation of community service activity programs in the form of providing covid-19 prevention education for social assistance recipients in Longos Village received enthusiasm and a positive response even though basically the community service team was only trying to provide additional insight for the community related to covid-19, how to avoid and prevent and change habits to be healthier by observing health protocols.

Abstract

Pesanggrahan village is located under Panderman mountain, Batu city. Most of its residents are farmers and ranchers and some are entrepreneurs. The most dominant numbers are farmers and cattle breeders. To accommodate the activities of farmers and breeders, the "Urip Sejahtera" Farmer Group was formed. Along with the development of increasingly advanced agriculture, the use of chemical fertilizers is increasing. This of course has a serious impact on soil conditions. So that an action is needed to find a solution to improve the nutrients in agricultural land.Vegetable waste generated from agricultural activities is an unsolved problem. The waste produced by humans consists of organic and inorganic waste. Organic waste that is produced from vegetable waste is generally thrown away and can cause an unpleasant aroma, besides that it will also trigger the growth of disease-causing microorganisms. The goal to be achieved from the training activities for making organic fertilizer from vegetable waste is to provide information, knowledge and to raise public awareness of the importance of efficient waste management, so that the people of Pesanggrahan Village, Batu City do not carelessly dispose of vegetable waste. The method applied in this activity is to present the material then carry out direct practice to make organic fertilizer. Abstract

Information and communication technology has consistently changed the culture and way of seeing people in traveling. Tourism activities that were previously only a complementary priority are now turning into a top priority for the community. The high interest in traveling stimulates the creativity of various groups of people to explore the potential of their area to become a tourist destination. Geographical, culinary, handicraft and cultural potentials are growing in various regions. Pasar Setu Minggu (Semi) Kaki Langit is one of the tourist destinations developed by the Mangunan community by exploring regional potential and traditional culinary wealth. The development is quite good and able to lift the people’s economy. However, after Covid-19 occurred, for four months there were no visits at all. Market facilities that have no activity have become a little neglected. However, after signs of community tourism activity improved, residents were excited to improve tourist facilities based on Covid-19. The change in the concept of tourism based on Covid-19 certainly needs to be communicated to consumers. Information and communication technology and delivering interesting content are expected to be able to accelerate the recovery of Kaki Langit tourism. This community service aims to help restore Kaki Langit tourist destinations through packaging of local products.

Abstract

Nowadays, social media has become one of the people's lifestyle, especially among young people. The existence of social media must be used by SMEs (small and medium enterprises) in marketing products. One of the social media that can be used is Instagram. Efforts to disseminate social media were made to representatives of UKM in Kasihan District. In this socialization, the focus of social media is Instagram. Based on the results of the questionnaire given to the socialization participants, 100% have used social media in marketing products and all respondents answered using WhatsApp as social media while 30% used Instagram. The method of socialization is carried out by providing training and accompanying and providing an overview of the use of Instagram as a promotional media. Providing an overview of the use of Instagram was conveyed by speakers from business actors who have used Instagram as a promotional medium.

Abstract

The problem faced by parents in society today is the moral degradation of the younger generation. To create a generation that is intelligent, skilled, intellectual, wise, virtuous and pious, proper parenting is needed. Language is a cultural or personality trait that exists within a person, so that with proper parenting, a person will become a civilized person and society and support the process of creating quality human resources. The problem in this paper is How to raise children using "positive language"? This PKM aims to provide counseling related to parenting problems using "Positive Language". This PKM is carried out in PKK RT. 39 RW 12 Pilahan hamlet, Rejowinangun village, Kotagede Yogyakarta district with a total of 30 participants. Extension is delivered by lecture method with the help of audio-visual media. This counseling went smoothly and participants were able to receive the material given actively and enthusiastically while attending the counseling.

Abstract

Cloud computing is a technology that has powerful computing resources that can be applied to many organizations by using dynamic scalability as a virtual service source via the internet. SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Kembaran has a 2013 TKJ curriculum. The curriculum has topics such as Computer Assembly, Network Operating Systems and Server Administration. In the subject of Network Operating Systems, there is no subject that discusses cloud computing technology. This technology will have an impact on the average score of students before training to make VPN with cloud computing, namely 83, 12 and after training to 89.06 so that there is a descriptive increase. The hypothesis used is a two-way hypothesis so that it uses two tails with the result t table that is 2.039513 with a p value of 0.01249. Because the p value is smaller than alpha 5% or by looking at the value | t count | > t table then Ho is rejected. Abstract

Hargomulyo Village is one of the villages in the Kokap Kulonprogo District of Yogyakarta which has high agricultural potential. Agricultural management efforts are mostly carried out by women. The Mekar Mandiri Women Farmers Group is a forum consisting of a group of farmer wives or female farmers in Hargomulyo Village who have activities in the agricultural sector in utilizing agricultural resources to work together to increase farm productivity and the welfare of its members. In carrying out its activities, the Mekar Mandiri Farmer Group has several obstacles: (1) Limited insight and skills in developing the potential of agricultural products into processed products with higher economic value; (2) Limited production equipment capable of processing agricultural products into processed products; (3) The low involvement of young people in the development of agricultural products. The solutions offered through these Community Service activities include: (1) training to broaden the horizons and increase the capacity of the community in managing local agricultural products-based processed products, (2) Facilitating the procurement of business equipment, (3) Assisting in applying for home industry permits and trademarks, and (4) Assistance in the manufacture of packaging designs for agricultural snack products. Abstract

Since the covid pandemic entered the DIY area, residents of the community of RW 13, Panembahan Village have been affected. Public opinion decreased. The community service team from UPN veteran Yogyakarta is trying to help overcome this with community empowerment programs through digital business / digital marketing. Continuously and slowly the condition of the people's income can increase again. Promotion through social media is optimized through whatssapp groups, Instagram and market places.
