Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the brand image of Somethinc products influences consumers' decisions to buy. Purposive sampling was used in this study, which had 120 respondents and was conducted in Denpasar. Questionnaires were distributed in order to collect data. Path analysis and the Sobel test were then used for analysis. According to the findings, brand ambassadors have a positive and significant impact on decisions about what to buy, and brand image also has a positive and significant impact on decisions about what to buy. Brand image also partially mediates the influence of brand ambassadors on decisions about what to buy. The research's consequences can serve as a reference and reinforce earlier findings.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine how the adoption of an internal control system, the use of information technology, and the competence of human resources impact the quality of financial reporting in the South Aceh District Working Unit (SKPK). The research population included 37 SKPKs, with 111 questionnaires distributed to the Head of SKPK, Expenditure Treasurer, and Financial Administration Officers (PPK-SKPK). The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The findings reveal that the implementation of internal control systems, information technology, and human resource competencies has an impact on the quality of financial reporting. Furthermore, both the individual implementation of internal control systems and information technology positively influence the quality of financial reporting.

Abstract

Enhancing worker productivity is a crucial objective for any kind of firm. Employee performance might benefit from a positive work environment. Studies that particularly focus on the function of work motivation as a mediator in the interaction between the work environment and employee performance are scarce, nevertheless. This study aims to examine the role that work motivation plays as a mediator in the link that exists between the work environment and employee performance. This study uses a quantitative research method with a cross-sectional research design. The data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees in company X. With the use of the SPSS software, the gathered data was subsequently examined using a regression test. The study's findings demonstrate that the relationship between employee performance and the work environment is mediated by job motivation. Furthermore, employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by the work environment. An setting that is conducive to work can boost employee motivation, which in turn can enhance performance.

Abstract

PT. XYZ has a worrying rate of work accidents in the canning department. This is not in accordance with the company's target of "Zero Accident". This finding further shows that safety leadership and safety behaviour in the can department need to be analyzed more deeply. The purpose of this study is to find out the application of safety leadership in the can department of PT. XYZ, knowing the implementation of safety behaviour in the can department of PT. XYZ, knowing about the work accident in the can department of PT. XYZ, knowing the influence of safety leadership on work accidents in the can department of PT. XYZ, knowing the influence of safety behaviour on work accidents in the can department of PT. XYZ, and knowing the influence of safety leadership through safety behavior on work accidents in the can department of PT. XYZ. The method used in the study is quantitative research with the data source being the operators of the can department whose data is collected through a questionnaire. The data obtained will be processed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study found that safety leadership had a significant influence on work accidents with a t-value of 2,233; Safety leadership has a significant influence on safety behavior with a t-value of 2.714; safety behaviour had a significant influence on work accidents with a t-value of 2.112; and safety leadership through safety behavior has a significant influence on work accidents with a t-value of 2.277.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Leader Member Exchange, Employee Participation in Commitments, Affective Commitments on Organization Citizenship Behavior. The design of this research was carried out through the use of hypothesis testing. This data collection took place cross-sectionally. The data used in the research is primary data and was collected by distributing questionnaires via g-from which were filled in by employees of automotive auction companies. The sample collection method was purposive sampling method of 125 employees. The data processing technique used in this research is testing instruments such as validity and reliability as well as structural equation modeling (SEM) using SPSS and AMOS. The research results show that Leader Member Exchange has a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior, Employee Participation in Commitments has a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior, Affective Commitments has a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior. The managerial implication that can be given to companies is that companies can further improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior among employees through the implementation of Leader Member Exchange, Employee Participation In Commitments, Affective Commitments in carrying out their work.

Abstract

Digital leadership encompasses a range of skills, actions, and practices that encourage and inspire employees during the process of digital transformation. Digital leadership focuses on innovation and corporate goals in the Industry 4.0 era. Therefore, this study aims to identify research trends on digital leadership in the Industry 4.0 era globally. This research uses a qualitative approach. All data collection and screening procedures in the Scopus database provided the foundation for this research. A total of 92 eligible published articles from 2019 to 2023 were explored and the scientific landscape was further visualised using Scopus and VOSviewer features. The study's results indicate that 2023 will see the highest volume of publications on digital leadership. The United Kingdom and the United States were recognized as the leading contributors to this body of research. The results also show evidence that the network visualisation consists of 7 clusters. The next research topics on digital leadership that provide great opportunities to be studied more deeply in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are e-learning, performance, artificial intelligence, digital manufacturing, digital innovation, digital capabilities, digital storage and sustainability.

Abstract

The impact of Southeast Asian tax revenue factors on development capital is examined in this study. The aim of the research was to investigate the potential impact of tax revenue factors in the Southeast Asian region. samples and populations from ten Southeast Asian nations: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei Darussalam, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Timor Leste. The study employs time series data spanning from 2001 to 2021. The PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis technique is used in this work to analyze quantitative data. The study's findings indicate that while external debt has a negative impact on tax collection, per capita income and GDP manufacturing have a beneficial impact. In the meanwhile, tax revenue is unaffected by GDP agriculture, foreign direct investment, or corruption.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership, on work quality mediated by work discipline and job satisfaction in the Merauke District Court. The type of research used is quantitative research through comparative causation. The population is 31 people, the sample is taken from all populations. Data collection procedures in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. Furthermore, descriptive analysis was carried out.  Path Analysis is used to test the direct effect and indirect effect. Based on the direct effect test conducted, the results show that there is an insignificant effect and a significant effect. The results of direct influence testing show that the insignificant influence is organizational culture on job satisfaction, leadership influence on work discipline, organizational culture influence on work quality and leadership influence on work quality. The indirect effect of the research variables that become mediators with significant results shows that work discipline is able to mediate or become an introduction to organizational culture to work quality. Recommendations, to increase job satisfaction at the Merauke District Court Office, it is necessary to strive through norms, habits, traditions in general in doing something in the organization as well as through characteristics as an increase in the capacity of organizational culture.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Human Resource Management (HRM), with a particular focus on key areas such as recruitment, selection, and employee performance management. The study aims to identify effective AI tools that can be integrated into HR practices, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of these processes. By examining how AI can streamline recruitment and selection, the research will offer insights into improving talent acquisition and ensuring better candidate-job fit. Moreover, the study will delve into AI's role in employee performance management, assessing how data-driven insights can optimize performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development. Through a comprehensive analysis, the research will also address the long-term effects of integrating AI into HRM, particularly in relation to potential challenges and restrictions. The ultimate goal of this research is to provide a roadmap for leveraging AI to improve HR processes and management practices. By understanding the benefits and limitations of AI in HR, organizations can make informed decisions about adopting AI technologies, leading to more effective HR strategies and enhanced overall organizational performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the assessment of the quality of the e-banking service among thrift banks in Northern Philippines. Data was collected through a questionnaire. A convenience sampling technique was used to select the respondents. The study revealed that the frequency of client’s use of the service in banks played a significant role in their perception of service quality in thrift banks. It was found that online banking has provided excellent service quality in terms of reliability, responsiveness, efficiency, privacy and security, personal need, and site organization, with personal need as the highest, which indicates how thrift banks have prioritized the need of their customers to switch in online banking and incorporated these personal needs as a feature.
