Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the influence of leadership, training, and compensation on employee performance at the Ministry of Education and Culture. The study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 80 randomly selected respondents from the population. The independent variables in this study are leadership, training, and compensation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software version 29. The results of the data analysis indicate the following findings: First, leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This finding is supported by statistical significance values showing that the leadership variable significantly affects employee performance within the organization. Second, training does not have a significant effect on employee performance. These results suggest that existing training programs may need further evaluation to enhance their relevance, teaching methods, or other aspects that could support training effectiveness on employee performance. Third, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This finding suggests that effective management of compensation systems can be a crucial factor in boosting employee motivation and performance. The implications of this study underscore the importance of effective leadership practices and fair compensation management to support enhanced employee performance in public sector organizations such as the Ministry of Education and Culture. Recommendations include the need for further development in training with a more structured approach and more meticulous evaluation of compensation systems to ensure appropriate recognition and rewards for employee contributions.

Abstract

The use of information technology in the current era of digital economy and Industry 4.0 is prioritized to support and drive the growth of Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. This research aims to understand and analyze the impact of information technology on SMEs in Indonesia from 2015 to 2019. The analysis uses variables such as the number of employees in SMEs, the Information and Communication Technology Development Index (ICTDI), the Proportion of Youth aged 15-59 with ICT Skills (PYICT), and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) as independent variables, while the number of SMEs/units serves as the dependent variable. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the 2016 Economic Census. This research employs a panel data regression model using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) on 34 provinces in Indonesia from 2015 to 2019. The results indicate that the number of employees in SMEs and PYICT have a positive and significant impact on the growth of SMEs in Indonesia, while ICTDI and GRDP do not significantly influence the number of SMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of price, trust, and promotion on the purchasing decisions of Shopee application customers in Bekasi City. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling method. The results indicate that the variables of price, trust, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer purchasing decisions. Multiple linear regression analysis and F-test indicate that these three variables simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. The Adjusted R2 value of 71.9% shows that a majority of the variability in purchasing decisions can be explained by price, trust, and promotion, while the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other variables not studied. Based on these findings, it is recommended that companies continue to offer competitive pricing, maintain customer trust by protecting personal data, and provide attractive promotions to enhance purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image, and price on the purchasing decision of Emina Lip Cream. This research method is quantitative, with data collection techniques using questionnaires processed with SPSS 25. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. Based on the results of the t-test analysis, it is explained that product quality, brand image, and price partially have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of Emina Lip Cream, where each independent variable, namely product quality, brand image, and price, has a t sig value < 0.05. Based on the results of the F-test, it is explained that product quality, brand image, and price simultaneously influence the purchasing decision, where the F sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. Among the three independent variables, the most dominant variable influencing the purchasing decision is the price variable.

Abstract

This study discusses the Effect of Service Quality and Educational Infrastructure on Student Satisfaction at MTs An-Nizhomiyah. Using quantitative methods with data obtained by giving questionnaires to 74 learners as respondents. This study aims to determine simultaneously whether the quality of service and the education market affect student satisfaction. The hypothesis carried out is that it is suspected that there is an influence on the quality of educational services and infrastructure on the satisfaction of MTs An-Nizhomiyah students. By using the SPSS analysis test tool, the value in the Model Summary table obtained an R value of 0.746, meaning that it shows a strong relationship between the quality of service and educational infrastructure to student satisfaction. R square is a coefficient of determination that shows the percentage of influence of service quality and educational infrastructure on student satisfaction. The R square value of 0.557 shows that the influence of the quality of educational services and infrastructure together (simultaneously) on student satisfaction. The regression equation formed Y = 6.332 + 0.700 X1 + 0.133 X2 a positive sign means that if the quality of service (X1) and Educational Infrastructure (X2) is improved, it can increase student satisfaction in MTs An-Nizhomiyah (Y).

Abstract

In an organization, human resources are assets that need to be maximized efficiently and effectively in order to produce optimal performance. To achieve these goals, an organization must pay attention to every environment and work motivation of employees. Because with a pleasant work environment, employees will work more enthusiastically to achieve better performance. And the existence of work motivation can encourage every employee to work hard in doing a job in an effort to achieve a company goal. This study aims to find out the extent of the influence of work environment variables and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Mitra Tours and Travel. The research method used was in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire as data collection, using a simple random sampling technique with the slovin formula, a sample of 108 respondents was obtained. Using multiple linear regression analysis, all independent variables, namely the work environment and work motivation, have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The test results are evidenced by F calculation 77.644 > F table 3.08 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. And according to the simultaneous determination coefficient test, it is known that the R square value is 0.597 or 59.7%, so it can be concluded that the variables of work environment (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a contribution to employee performance (Y) of 59.7%.

Abstract

One of the assessment indicators used in assessing the health condition of a bank is through the use of profitability ratios. One of the things that can affect profitability is the health condition of the bank which is reflected in the financial performance of the management of a bank. In this study, ROA will be used to measure profitability. ROA is able to describe how banking management uses its assets to make a profit. Some of the factors that affect banking performance are financial ratios, including Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). These three ratios can present There are several research gaps and factors that affect the financial performance of banking companies, making researchers interested in researching the influence of financial ratios such as CAR, NPL, and LDR on ROA. This study was conducted to find out and analyze the influence of CAR, NPL, and LDR on ROA in Persero Commercial Banks for the 2018-2023 Period. The dependent variable in this study is ROA and the independent variables are CAR, NPL, LDR. The data used in this study was obtained from the financial statements of the first quarter of 2018 to the fourth quarter of 2023 of Persero Commercial Bank for the 2018-2023 period which is available on the website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The method of this study is quantitative by using multiple linear regression analysis techniques for panel data. The results of this study show that CAR and LDR have a positive and significant effect on ROA. Meanwhile, NPL has a negative and significant effect on ROA. The effect of CAR, NPL, and LDR on ROA simultaneously was 86.28%.

Abstract

PT. CHJRED, this company is engaged in the property sector, it is selling of apartments in West Jakarta. The purpose of writing is to find out that awards and motivation together have an influence on the performance of PT. CHJRED. The method used is kuantitative statistics with the method of collecting interview data and distributing questionnaires through Gforms to all employees. There was an effect on the independent variable of the award (X1) which didn’t have a positive effect on employee performance, the results of the t-test were calculated as 1.594<2.01174 (H0 accepted and Ha rejected). Meanwhile, the independent variable (X2) has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. CHJRED. The results of the t-test count were 7.232>2.01174 (H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted). In the f-test, two variables had an impact on this study, which was seen from the results of 57.593>3.20, that the independent variables of reward (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent employee performance variable (Y) at PT. CHJRED or H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The X1 variable has no effect because employees are not satisfied with the awards given by the company, but employees continue to be motivated to improve their performance, this states that the X2 variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) such as NR Coffee Premium play a crucial role in the local economy by implementing the Business Model Canvas (BMC) strategy. This study aims to analyze the application of BMC in enhancing operational effectiveness and business growth at NR Coffee Premium. The research method employed a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data gathered from observations and interviews, supplemented by secondary data from relevant literature. Findings reveal that NR Coffee Premium has successfully identified diverse customer segments including premium coffee enthusiasts, Acehnese culinary lovers, and live music enthusiasts. Their value proposition focuses on high-quality premium coffee and authentic Acehnese cuisine, supported by distribution channels through strategic physical locations and partnerships with food delivery apps. Customer relationships built on friendly service and loyalty programs further support their business growth.The conclusion drawn from this study is that the application of BMC aids NR Coffee Premium in optimizing their business strategy by systematically mapping key components such as customer segments, value propositions, distribution channels, and customer relationships. With these strategies, NR Coffee Premium can expand market share and significantly increase revenue. Recommendations for the future include enhancing digital presence through social media, diversifying menu offerings, and further developing partnerships with local communities to strengthen their position in the F&B industry

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Kelompok Line 5 Pada PT Osung Garment". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan kelompok line 5 di PT Osung Garment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan semangat dan produktivitas karyawan, sedangkan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif berkontribusi pada kenyamanan dan efektivitas kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajemen PT Osung Garment dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pengelolaan motivasi dan lingkungan kerja yang lebih baik
