Abstract

Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning Harmonization of Tax Regulations (UU HPP) is a continuation of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (UU Ciptaker) in terms of regulating provisions in the taxation sector. The HPP Law regulates several changes and the inclusion of new provisions including the Voluntary Disclosure Program (PPS). One of the main objectives of PPS is to increase taxpayer compliance. PPS is implemented based on the principles of simplicity, legal certainty and benefit. Community service activities with the aim of providing an understanding to the public about PPS and its scope. The material presented in this socialization includes Indonesia's macroeconomic conditions, the impact of the pandemic situation, and the link between PSS and tax compliance.

Abstract

Kesehatan lingkungan menurut WHO (World Health Organization) adalah suatu keseimbangan ekologi yang harus ada antara manusia dan lingkungan agar dapat menjamin keadaan sehat dari manusia. Dengan demikian, lingkungan yang bersih sangat berpengaruh pada kesehatan masyarakat baik jasmani maupun rohani. Indikator lingkungan bersih dapat dilihat dari persentase keluarga yang mempunyai akses air bersih baik dari PDAM (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum), sumur atau dari sumber lainnya. Desa Keting merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Sekaran Kabupaten Lamongan. Desa Keting terdiri dari dua dusun, yaitu Dusun Keting dan Dusun Kedalon yang keduanya dilaui oleh sungai yang cukup besar yaitu bengawan solo. Berdasarkan indikator lingkungan bersih diatas, Desa keting memenuhi beberapa poin diantaranya sumber air bersih yang memadai ditandai dengan banyak masyarakat yang mempunyai sumur pribadi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terfokus pada aksi bersih lingkungan masyarakat Desa Keting yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan Desa Keting yang bersih dan sehat. Kegiatan diawali dengan sosialisasi pengenai bahaya buang sampah dan limbah di sungai, aksi bersih sungai, aksi bersih jalan desa, aksi bersih masjid, aksi bersih makam, dan pengadaan tong sampah di pinggir jalan serta tempat umum.

Abstract

Community empowerment is a process of developing community potential with the aim that people can be independent in overcoming problems that are often experienced. The combination with community creativity is expected to have a positive impact on the economic progresss of the community. The purpose of this study is to describe community empowerment efforts through the creative economy in achieving capacity development, independence, empowerment, and community productivity. This type of research includes descriptive research with a qualitative approach, using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation as a complement preformance obtain information data. The results showed that community empowerment efforts through the creative economy carried out by LKP Bubah Beauty in assisting the improvement of community welfare were carried out with a development framework (enabling), stengthening potential and power (empowering) and creating idependence.

Abstract

The integrated agricultural system is one form of a sustainable agricultural system. This system is a combination of agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, forestry and other sciences which are still related to agriculture in a land. By combining these several fields, it is expected to be able to increase land productivity, agricultural development programs and environmental conversion as well as efforts to improve the welfare of rural farmers. In the context of utilizing livestock waste as agricultural fertilizer, and agricultural waste as animal feed. This activity will lead to mutual benefits for each other, on the one hand the livestock is able to produce fertilizer needs and agriculture provides animal feed. This is able to add additional value to business actors so as to reduce the number of losses for each other. This activity begins with socialization to the community, then field practice and mentoring.

Abstract

Creative potential must be developed in an appropriate way to improve self-quality, self-confidence for students with special needs to eliminate unfavorable assumptions from the surrounding environment which will have an impact on their mental development. The purpose of this community service is to provide experience for them so they can experience firsthand the process of developing creativity activities, know the benefits and get encouragement to be able to hone and develop their potential. Therefore, it is important to carry out creativity development activities to provide skills in the hope of making a positive contribution to their future in society. The creativity potential developed by Bina Harapan SLB students includes batik, cooking and making handicrafts.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution brought a huge impact on the company's lines of business in various parts of the world. This resulted in the development of an increasingly complex and rapid accounting. The process of making financial reports from the process of switching to an integrated computerized system. To harmonize graduate competencies and skills that can be applied in general with the development of increasingly sophisticated accounting technology, activities are carried out using Microsoft Excel applications in the preparation of financial reports. The Microsoft office application is more specific, the Microsoft Excel application was chosen because it combines basic accounting skills, computer applications that are commonly used and an adequate understanding of the English language in accordance with global competency needs.

This service activity is carried out with the aim of socializing the role of transformational leadership on the performance of lecturers. in universities in Indonesia. The implication of this research is that higher education leaders must pay attention to lecturers to improve creative performance. Abstract

The purpose of community service is to provide a pilot and training for the community in the form ofcraft making which utilizes corn husk agricultural waste as an effort to utilize the environmental potential ofPejok Sub-District, Kepohbaru Sub-District, Bojonegoro Regency. The method used is giving material anddemonstration. Characteristics of Pejok village community, especially mothers, mostly as housewives, theexistence of this training is to increase knowledge about the benefits of corn husk waste as raw material formaking handicrafts that have a sale value. In 6 months the farmers do 2 harvests. If in one harvest the farmerscan produce as much as 3 tons of waste, then it can be calculated in half a year producing as much as 6 tons. If 1ton produces 2000 handicrafts that sell for 50 thousand / craft then the income is 100,000. Means that if 6 tonswill produce a selling value of 120,000. So the business of utilizing corn husk waste is quite feasible to bedeveloped and can improve the economy of farmers or residents in Pejok village around 80% percent.

Abstract

n an era like now people will find high tourist attractctions, as evidenced by the hectic number ofCities and regions that support tourist attractions in their area, in order to increase the number of tourist whovisit as well as the spinning wheel of the economy in the area. In its promotion social media is an effective wayto attract tourist aspeceally young people who never break open their applications, both Instagram, Facebookand so on. An in Sidomukti Village, Kepohbaru Subdistrict, Bojonegoro Regency. There is a very good tourismpotential in the form of two reservoirs surrounded by teak trees and some vacant land around them which will beable to boost the economy of the surrounding community if later able to be realized as tourist attractions. Forthis reason, we strive to maximize the tourism potential of the village by coordinating and providing breakthroughs on the concept of tourisme in the future, in the form of layouts parks, orchards and some photo spotthat are loved by millennials. From these tourist attractions finally given the name “Sidomukti Park”. Thepurpose of the development activities of the “Sidomukti Park” is for the creation of a prosperous village troughthe utilization of the potential of the village into a tourist attraction which later on from this program will benefita lot, especially in terms of the economy of the surrounding community will also feel the impact, such as beingable to provide parking space, homestay and in terms of mind tenance can later work whit the surroundingcommunity especially youth organizatations. So that from this program there will be continuous communityempowerment for new innovations related to the “Sidomukti Park” tour. So in supporting the development ofthis four the method used in its development is a qualitative research method with a case study approach, thisresearch intens to provide a description of community empowerment trough the “Sidomukti Park” program andthe result of these activities is the exsistence of a concept related to tourism “Sidomukti Park” in the future, bothin terms of structuring to the program of community empowerment trough the tour. Proven for this year the tourreceived assistance in the form of fliying fox from the Departement of tourism, which will later beused to supportthe beauty of natural tourism.

Abstract

Indonesia as a civilized country has the aspects of life that are protected by the constitution, one of which is the honor and good name. Not only the honor and good name of someone who is still alive, but also people who have died. Along with advances in technology and the development of democracy in Indonesia, many crimes against the honor and good name in the form of insult and defamation, especially those conducted through social media. Currently the law governing defamation is still limited, the Criminal Code is limited to the medium used, while the Act ITE only regulate general insult, so there is no law that specifically regulates insult to people who have died through social media. This paper outlines that an insult to people who have died through social media can be punished by using the rules in the Criminal Code and the ActITE
