<![CDATA[Students as agents of change in improving human resources by contributing and innovating together to help society. The Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus (MBKM) program is a program born from the concept of learning freedom that provides a platform for students to grow and contribute, especially in the areas of literacy and numeracy. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused learning loss that has had a major impact on basic education in Indonesia, including students at Kedungmegarih Primary School.The purpose of writing this scientific article is to study the actualization of the campus program as a space for students. contributions to basic education at Kedungmegarih Public Elementary School. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In data collection techniques, authors use documentation techniques in the form of related literature, like books and articles. The results of this study indicate that the Teaching Campus program provides a forum for student contributions as a concrete manifestation of the importance of agents of change so that Teaching Campus activities can have a positive impact on all. the elements involved, especially those around the Kedungmegarih school.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of this service is carried out at the Rohmatul Ummah Karanganom Karangbinangun Lamongan Islamic High School on March 1-30 2023, which aims to assist Madrasah in structuring madrasah financial management by making simple financial reporting (Excel) in financial reporting and carrying out assistance in carrying out recording of financial receipts and expenditures by using simple computerized reporting, it is hoped that the preparation of financial reports can be accurate and timely and accountable, in order to support the arrangement of adequate and transparent madrasah financial management. The method used is to form Focus Group Discussions (FGD), outreach and training related to effective financial management and the application of technology-based financial management. The results obtained in this service are the procurement of computerized technology-based programs (excel programs). The results of this service are able to improve the ability of Madrasah/partners to manage finances effectively. Madrasah / Partners can apply the concept of financial reporting and can prepare financial reports that are accountable and timely according to their needs. Keywords: Financial Management, Record keeping and bookkeeping ABSTRAK Pelaksanaan Pengabdian ini dilakukan di MA Rohmatul Ummah Karanganom Karangbinangun Lamongan pada 1-30 Maret 2023, yang bertujuan untuk membantu Madrasah dalam penataan pengelolaan keuangan madrasah dengan cara membuatkan pelaporan keuangan sederhana (Excel) dalam pelaporan keuangan dan melaksanakan pemdampingan dalam melaksanakan pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran keuangan dengan menggunakan pelaporan sederhana dengan komputerisasi, yang diharapkan penyusunan laporan keuangan bisa akurat dan tepat waktu serta akuntabel , guna mendukung penataan pengelolaan keuangan madrasah yang memadai dan transparan Metode yang digunakan adalah membentuk Focus Group Discussion (FGD), sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait dengan pengelolaan keuangan yang bagus dan pengaplikasian pengelolaan keuangan berbasis teknologi. Hasil yang didapatkan pada pengabdian ini adalah pengadaan program berbasis teknologi komputerisasi (program excel). Hasil dari pengabdian ini mampu meningkatkan kemampuan Madrasah/mitra dalam mengelola keuangan yang efektif. Madrasah /Mitra dapat menerapkan konsep pelaporan keuangan serta dapat Menyusun laporan keuangan yang akuntabel dan tepat waktu sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. <![CDATA[Abstrack The literacy movement for reading in schools is a government program that must be implemented in every school in Indonesia. Reading literacy is a basic ability that must be mastered by students, because by reading students can find various kinds of information and broad insights. However, the reading literacy movement certainly encounters various kinds of obstacles. Therefore, innovative media are needed to support optimizing the reading literacy movement. The application of a reading corner is an innovation that is used to arouse students' enthusiasm for reading literacy movements. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method using interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. The purpose of this research is to optimize the reading literacy movement at SDN I Talunrejo. The subjects of this research were the teachers and students of SDN I Talunrejo. The results of the implementation of these activities can be concluded that the application of reading corners helps to foster the enthusiasm of students and teachers in the reading literacy movement. Keyword: Teacher creativity, reading literacy, reading corner Abstrak Gerakan literasi membaca di sekolah merupakan program pemerintah yang harus dijalankan di setiap sekolah yang ada di Indonesia. Literasi membaca merupakan kemampuan dasar yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa, karena dengan membaca siswa dapat menemukan berbagai macam informasi dan wawasan yang luas. Namun, gerakan literasi membaca tentunya menemui berbagai macam kendala. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan media inovasi untuk menunjang pengoptimalan gerakan literasi membaca. Pengaplikasian pojok baca merupakan suatu inovasi yang digunakan untuk membangkitkan semangat siswa untuk melakukan gerakan literasi membaca. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini guna untuk mengoptimalkan gerakan literasi membaca di SDN I Talunrejo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa SDN I Talunrejo. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaplikasian pojok baca membantu menumbuhkan semangat siswa dan guru dalam gerakan literasi membaca.]]>

<![CDATA[Archiving data on residents of Bluluk Village and writing letters manually are considered to be less effective and less efficient. In addition to the bureaucracy that takes up a lot of space, writing letters manually takes a lot of time. Innovation using simple technology really needs to be utilized, in order to help the community and Bluluk village officials. Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities for Darul Ulum Lamongan Islamic University students held training on archiving digitization and the process of submitting letters as a work program by the Digital Village team in Bluluk Village. This study uses a qualitative method. The purpose of this digitization training activity is to streamline and streamline the process of data archiving and submission of letters. This can be marked by the administrative process for submitting letters that is shorter and can be done anywhere. The public only needs to take the letter if the letter submission has been validated by an authorized device. The results of filling in the recitation of letters from residents can be printed directly without making a detailed letter per submission.]]>

<![CDATA[Today's digital developments provide easy access for everyone to obtain knowledge and information. But in fact, not all of them are able to adapt quickly to digital developments. One of them is in terms of digital literacy that has penetrated the world of education. In community service this aims to empower teachers and students of SDN Munungrejo-Ngimbang Lamongan through digital literacy based on the Quick Response Code (QR Code). The method of implementing community service goes through several stages, namely (1) socialization of digital literacy, (2) production of digital literacy, (3) printing of digital literacy, (4) delivery of digital literacy, (5) utilization of digital literacy for training, (6) sharing digital literacy, (7 ) Practice digital literacy. The results of this QR code-based digital literacy community service activity received a positive response at the Munungrejo Elementary School, they believed that the activities carried out were very useful as a medium for gaining knowledge for both students and teachers. The Quick Response Code on digital literacy also has an impact on growing interest in reading among students at SDN Munungrejo-Ngimbang Lamongan.]]>

<![CDATA[Livestock manure is the end result of a livestock business that must be managed properly and with benefits. If not treated properly will result in waste and environmental pollution. The large amount of livestock manure waste in Mangkujajar Village has not been utilized properly and has the potential to pollute the environment. In addition to livestock manure which cannot be utilized optimally, there is quite a large amount of coconut waste due to the increasing demand for coconut consumption. The purpose of community service activities is to increase the knowledge and skills of the community and farmers regarding the processing of livestock manure and coconut coir into useful organic fertilizer. Community service was carried out from June to August 2023 in Mangkujajar Village, Kembangbahu District, Lamongan Regency which was attended by local village Farmer Groups. Service activities carried out are observation and outreach, delivery of training materials, practice of making organic fertilizer, and evaluation. The results of the community service activities show that the participants have increased their knowledge and skills in processing waste into organic fertilizer, participants can also make organic fertilizer independently to meet the fertilizer needs of farmers and also have economic value that can increase the income of farmers. Besides that, it can also realize a sustainable farming system by using organic ingredients and minimizing the use of chemicals.]]>

<![CDATA[STIE. Cendekia Bojonegoro Community Service Program were conducted in Ngunut Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency. Its programs include training on making eco print tote bags, training on calculating selling prices and training on product branding. The training program collaborates with PKK of Ngunut Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency. The program is carried out for 21 days. Eco print training was chosen because of the abundance of teak trees in this region. Teak leaves are one of the leaves that have a strong color, so they are good as eco print materials. The program can be carried out well and welcomed by the community.]]>

<![CDATA[The basis for forming a child's character starts with how to apply an effective pattern of environmental communication. In its application, problems arose among the village partners, both teachers, parents and children regarding the implementation of child care. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge and understanding of communication patterns in the surrounding environment in implementing character education for children. Activities are carried out in the form of implementing the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program through mentoring with parents, the community and students according to scientific fields/work programs ranging from education, parenting, health, security and creative-productive. The result of this community service activity is that it can increase the community's knowledge and understanding of children's communication patterns in character education from the perspective of various work programs. The implication of community service activities (KKN) is that work program materials and practices can help village managers/officials apply the principles of parenting in their social interaction activities so that parents and children can overcome the problems of violence against children, malnutrition and increase their creativity together.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this work program is to change the mindset of residents about the potential of mbote which can be developed with contemporary innovations so that consumers are more interested and able to compete in beautiful packaging. The activity method used is action review. The results of the study found that there was a lack of village communities in entrepreneurship activities by utilizing village potential. Therefore, this assistance is an innovation for mbote traders to help trigger the production of MSME mbote chips to make them more attractive and easy for consumers to remember. In addition, the results of this assistance were also able to increase the enthusiasm of the Drujugurit village community in making the mbote chip business which was originally ordinary to become even more enthusiastic in producing mbote chips.Keywords: you can list 3-5 keywords seperated with coma. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the process of the Executive Board of Santri Pondok Pesantren Jagad 'Alimussiry (BES PPJA) in realizing cleaner, healthier Islamic boarding schools and safe. The type of research used in this research is descriptive method by explaining and describing the series of organizational management carried out by BES PPJA. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and studies documentation, which among other things refers to data sources from BES PPJA management. Results this study explains that the ministry of K2S and the ministry of security and order able to boost students to maintain cleanliness and safety.
