Abstract

This study aims to know the effectiveness and efficiency of budget management at Regional Personnel Education and Training Agency (BKPP) of Sumbawa District in fiscal year of 2021. The type of this study was quantitative descriptive study. The method used to collect data was through library method. The data used in this study was secondary data obtained from BKPP office of Sumbawa. To know the effectiveness of the existing budget in Regional Personnel Education and Training Agency in fiscal year of 2021, it was done analysis toward the budget of direct and indirect spending The results of study showed that the budget management at BKPP of Sumbawa District was very good. It was based on the realization of direct spending of 94.19% with ratio of "Effective". Meanwhile, the efficiency of indirect spending management was 97.85% with a ratio in the "Very Efficient" category.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of employees’ competence, work discipline and work environment toward employees’ performance at PT. Bank NTB Syariah Branch of Sumbawa. Type of this study was associative. Data used in this study was primary in form of communities survey toward 94 employees of PT. Bank NTB Syariah Branch of Sumbawa. The method used was partial Least Square (PLS). The results study showed that the variables of employee competence, work discipline, and work environment showed positive score. It means that all variable which consisted of three variables had significant effect toward the performance of employees of PT. Bank NTB Syariah Branch of Sumbawa. The recommendation that can be submitted by the author to PT. Bank NTB Syariah branch of Sumbawa were that the Bank NTB should pay serious attention to employees and improved employees competence, work discipline and work environment because it would improve the employees performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer loyalty at UD. Ratna Sumbawa Besar Supermarket. This type of research is associative research to determine the effect of product, price, promotion and location on consumer loyalty at UD. Ratna Sumbawa Besar Supermarket. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained from primary sources. The primary data sources in this study are consumers who have visited and made purchases at UD. Ratna Sumbawa Besar Supermarkets more than once, totaling 50 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results showed that product, price, promotion and location had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty at UD. Ratna Sumbawa Besar Supermarkets, either partially or simultaneously. That is, the better the product, price, promotion and location will have an impact on increasing consumer loyalty. The effect of product, price, promotion and location on consumer loyalty at UD. Ratna Sumbawa Besar Supermarket is 87.9%, while the remaining 12.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as discounts, public relations and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital and labor on the production of the main furniture small industry in the village of Often, Unter Iwes District, Sumbawa Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were the owners and employees of Main Furniture, amounting to 17 people. The entire population is used as a sample or using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t and F tests, and the determinant coefficient test (R2). The results showed that capital and labor had a positive and significant effect on the total production of the Main Furniture Industry in Sumbawa Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The degree of influence of capital and labor on the total production of the Main Furniture Industry in Sumbawa Regency is 74.9%, while the remaining 25.1% is influenced by factors other than capital and labor variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at the Astra Motor dealer, Sumbawa district. This type of research is associative research. The data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from primary sources. The number of samples in this study were 30 samples. The method used to collect data is through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis, t test and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of the study show that consumer behavior has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at the Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar Dealer. The degree of influence of consumer behavior variables on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at the Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar Dealer is 71.3%, while the remaining 28.7% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the business strategy of the Genang Genis Park stalls in increasing competitiveness. This type of research is a descriptive study that aims to describe the internal and external conditions of the Genang Genis Park stalls to determine alternative business strategies in increasing competitiveness. The type of data used is qualitative data in the form of answers from informants obtained directly from the source through interviews. The informants who became the source of the data in this study were the head of Kerato Village, Department of Cooperatives, UMKM, Industry and Trade, Sumbawa District, and 13 stalls owners at Genang Genis Park. Data analysis was performed using the SWOT analysis method. Based on the analysis of data shows the total IFE matrix score is 0.01, while for EFE matrix is 0.20 which place IE of stalls at Genang Genis Park at quadrant I. Position in this quadrant is a favorable situation, because the strengths and opportunities (SO) are greater than weaknesses and threats (WT). The strategy that should be applied to the business at stalls at Genang Genis is supporting aggressive growth (growth strategy oriented) policy, by using the strength possessed to take advantage of opportunities.

Abstract

Radja Coffee Shop is one of the business sectors engaged in the culinary field in the city of Bima. To be able to continue to grow, the Radja coffee shop must pay attention to several factors that influence consumer buying interest at the Radja Coffee Shop Kota Bima, including brand image and word of mouth. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of brand image and word of mouth on consumer buying interest at the Radja Coffee Shop, Bima City. This research was conducted on 96 consumers of Radja Coffee Shop. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed to research respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the results of the study it can be found that brand image and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at Radja Coffee Shop Kota Bima, both partially and simultaneously. The degree of influence of brand image and word of mouth on consumer buying interest at the Radja Coffee Shop Kota Bima is 57%, while the remaining 43% is influenced by variables outside this research model.

Abstract

One of the planning analyzes to increase profits which is later expected to be used in determining the selling price of a product is through break even point (BEP) analysis. Break even point analysis is very important for companies because it will allow companies to determine the level of operations that must be carried out so that all operating costs can be covered and break event point analysis is also used to evaluate certain sales levels in relation to profit levels. The results of the break even point analysis of the Lamota Pudding business show that the selling price per cup of Lamota Pudding is Rp. 5,000, the sales volume per month is 750 cups or Rp. 3,750,000, fixed costs per unit are Rp. 2,752, - and variable costs per unit. unit amounting to Rp.3.975, - then obtained Break Even Point Unit of 3 units per month, Break Even Point Rupiah per month amounting to Rp. 13,420,-. Therefore, Puding Lamota business is considered feasible because it is able to provide a very high contribution margin or profit contribution of Rp. 1,025,- per unit or 99.8 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to know the performance of regional financial of Sumbawa District in 2017-2021. The type of this study was descriptive study. The data used was quantitative namely Regional Government Budget (RGB) of Sumbawa District from 2017-2021. The data used was secondary data. The methods used to collect data were through literature study. The data analysis technique was the RGB performance analysis technique which is assessed through three measures, namely the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of regional financial effectiveness and the ratio of regional financial efficiency. The results of the study showed that financial independence of Sumbawa in 2017-2021 was in the Very Low category with Instructive relationship pattern, then the financial effectiveness of Sumbawa District in 2017-2021 was in the Very Effective category and financial efficiency of Sumbawa District in 2017-2021 was in the Inefficient category. The Sumbawa District Government has not been able to implement regional autonomy, by reducing dependence on the central government. Therefore, it is needed the act of government to reduce dependence on external funding sources by optimizing the existing regional potential so that RGB can increase so that regional dependence on budgets from the Central and Provincial Governments can be reduced.

Abstract

The Lamota Pudding business is one of the new businesses that students of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar, are involved in. As a new business, before the business is developed or before carrying out a business expansion, it is better to carry out a feasibility analysis of the business so that there is an overview of the sustainability of the business in the future. There are several aspects of feasibility from an economic perspective including the Net Benefit Cost Ratio and Payback Period. The results of the analysis show that the B/C ratio of the Lamota Pudding business is 1.15. These results show a B/C ratio > 1, so the Lamota Pudding business is feasible to continue. Meanwhile, the Payback Period (PP) for the Lamota Pudding business was obtained for 1 year, meaning that the Lamota Pudding business was able to return investment costs after the business lasted for 1 year. This is of course relatively fast so that the business is feasible to run.
