Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer perceptions on product purchasing decisions at the Parabot Mart Sumbawa Besar Minimarket. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data directly from research respondents through questionnaires. The ulation in this study is all consumers or customers who shop at the Parabot Mart Sumbawa Besar Minimarket whose number is not known with certainty. Considering that the population in this study is not known with certainty, the sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling approach with incidental sampling so that the sample in the study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection in this study was carried out through a questionnaire or questionnaire. All data were processed using SPSS statistical processing software and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that consumer perceptions have a positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions at the Parabot Mart Sumbawa Besar Minimarket. The degree of influence of consumer perceptions on product purchasing decisions at the Parabot Mart Sumbawa Besar Minimarket is 74.4%, while the remaining 25.6% is influenced by other variables beyond the reach of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of electronic money (e-money) on the level of consumption of students at Samawa University Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was associative. The type of data used is quantitative obtained from primary sources through a questionnaire. The population in this study were 619 students of the Faculty of Economics and Management. The sample determination was carried out using a purposive sampling technique so that the number of populations that met the requirements to become the research sample was 93 people. Data analysis is carried out with simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (T-test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results showed that the use of electronic money (e-money) had a positive and significant effect on the level of consumption of students at Samawa University Sumbawa Besar. The effect of the use of electronic money (e-money) on the level of consumption of students at Samawa University Sumbawa Besar is 10.1%, while the remaining 89.9% is influenced by other factors that are not examined in this study, such as income, product prices, tastes and education.

Abstract

This aims study to the strategy in developing the furniture business at UD. Abbas Jaya, Sumbawa Regency. This research is a field research that uses descriptive research methods. The type of data used is qualitative data in the form of research informants' answers regarding the object of research collected directly from research informants through interviews. The research informants in this study amounted to 10 people consisting of business owners, managers, employees and consumers of UD. Abbas Jaya Furniture, Sumbawa Regency. Data analysis in this study used the SWOT analysis technique to determine the weaknesses and strengths in the internal environment, and threats and opportunities in the external business environment of UD. Abbas Jaya furniture, Sumbawa Regency. The results of the research show that the furniture business of UD. Abbas Jaya, Sumbawa Regency has enormous potential to be developed. Through the SWOT analysis, several alternative strategies were obtained in an effort to develop the furniture business of UD. Abbas Jaya, Sumbawa Regency, namely improving product quality, providing optimal service, increasing promotions by giving discounts, preparing raw material stocks for production to avoid scarcity, and building relationships with raw material suppliers. By implementing these strategies, it is expected to increase consumer satisfaction so that it will create loyalty among consumers. Thus, the company will have immunity from competitors and win the competition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the tourism marketing strategy in order to increase the attractiveness of tourist visits in the Sumbawa District. This type of research is descriptive research that aims to describe tourism marketing strategies in order to increase the attractiveness of tourist visits in Sumbawa District. The type of data used is qualitative data obtained directly from primary sources through interviews. The informants in this study were people who were considered to know about the condition of tourism in Sumbawa Regency, which consisted of 7 tourist object managers. Data was collected using the interview method which will then be analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique. The results showed that the total IFE score was 0.45 and the EFE score was 0.70. Thus, the position of the Mata Jitu tourist attraction in Sumbawa Regency is in quadrant I which is a favorable situation so that the strategy implemented in order to have competitiveness to increase tourist visits is to support aggressive growth policies (growth oriented strategy). This strategy signifies a strong state, by utilizing all the strengths and opportunities it has to overcome all the weaknesses and threats it faces so that the number of tourist visits can increase and maximum profits can be obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management strategy of PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa in maintaining the existence of the company during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The type of data used is a qualitative obtained directly from primary sources through interviews. The research informants are all employees of PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa totaling 10 people. The data used in this study were obtained through the interview method and will then be analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis of PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa in maintaining the company's existence during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the findings of researchers in the field refer to several strategies that can be implemented, namely: the S-O strategy is a strategy that uses strength by increasing employee productivity to take advantage of opportunities by using better digital transformation. The W-O strategy is a strategy that minimizes weaknesses by maintaining employee professionalism in satisfying consumers to take advantage of opportunities by maintaining consumer confidence in the production quality of Honda motorbikes. The S-T strategy is a strategy that uses strengths by optimizing good relations with consumers to overcome threats by increasing promotions in print and electronic media, and the W-T strategy is a strategy that minimizes weaknesses while maintaining the commitment of the company and partners in the sale of Honda motorbikes to avoid threats by monitoring activities competitor marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on buying interest at Toko Roberto Sumbawa. The type of research used is associative research. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained directly from research respondents using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this research is the consumers of Toko Roberto Sumbawa Besar whose number is not known with certainty. Considering that the number of population in this study is not known with certainty, the sampling was carried out using the Paul Leddy formula so that a total of 96 respondents were obtained according to the calculation results. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determination coefficient test (R2). Based on the results of the data analysis that has been done, it shows that prices and promotions have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at Roberto Sumbawa Besar Stores, both partially and simultaneously. The degree of influence of price and promotion on consumer buying interest at the Roberto Sumbawa Besar Store is 23.1%, while the remaining 76.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as service quality, product quality and brand image.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of allowances giving and bonuses on employees loyalty at PT. Telkom Branch of Sumbawa. The type of this study was associative study. The types of data used were quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study were primary and secondary data. Total populations were 80 respondents. The technique of determining sample used was Slovin formula. The numbers of samples were 99 samples. The methods used to collect data were questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used were the Classical Assumption Test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test and R2 test through SPSS software version 16.0 for windows. The results showed that partially the provision of benefits did not have a significant effect on employee loyalty, while bonuses had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Telkom branch of Sumbawa. Simultaneously the provision of allowances and bonuses has a significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Telkom branch of Sumbawa. The percentage of influence of allowances and bonuses on employee loyalty at PT. Telkom branch of Sumbawa is 55.2%, while the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study, such as cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, psychological factors, and service marketing mix factors.

Abstract

This study aims to know the product attributes that considered by consumers in purchasing motorcycle of Honda in Krida Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used is quantitative obtained from primary sources through distributing questionnaires. The populations in this study were consumers who have purchased motorcycles of Honda in Krida Sumbawa Besar. Determination of the number of samples used in this study was used formula of Lemeshow. Based on the calculation results, it is known that the number of samples is 96 people. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of study showed that the quality of product, brand and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda motorbikes at Krida Sumbawa Besar, both partially and simultaneously. The degree of influence of product quality, brand and price on purchasing decisions of Honda motorbikes at Krida Sumbawa Besar is 60.1%, while the remaining 39.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as installment rates, luggage capacity, driving comfort, engine variations, motorcycle design, acceleration and service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and distribution on grab food services on increasing sales of culinary entrepreneurs registered at PT. Grab Sumbawa Besar. This type of this research is associative. The data used in this study is quantitative obtained from primary sources. Primary data in this study is data obtained directly from respondents through distributing questionnaires. The number of samples as respondents in this study was as many as 38 people. All data that has been collected will be processed using the SPSS program to be studied using techniques which include multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that promotion and distribution have a positive and significant effect on the sales level of culinary entrepreneurs registered at PT. Grab Sumbawa Besar, either partially or simultaneously. The degree of influence of promotion and distribution on the sales level of culinary entrepreneurs registered at PT. Grab Sumbawa Besar is 62.1%, while the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as product quality, product selling price, and selling price of competitors' products.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of leadership skills and work morale on the discipline of government employees. This research was conducted at the Rhee Village Office, Rhee Sub District, Sumbawa District. This type of research is associative research. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources collected through questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees at the Rhee Village Office, Rhee Sub District, Sumbawa District, totaling 17 people. Taking into account the relatively small number of members of the population, all members of the population are sampled or use a census sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the leadership skills and work morale have a positive and significant effect on the discipline of government employees at the Rhee Village Office, Rhee Sub District, Sumbawa District, either partially or simultaneously. The degree effect of leadership skills and work morale on employee discipline in the Rhee Village Office, Rhee Sub District, Sumbawa District is 88.9%, while the remaining of 11.1% was affected by other variables outside of this study, such as employee competence, remuneration (salary and welfare), inherent supervision, and sanctions/penalties.
