Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee productivity at PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. Researchers set a sample quota of 100 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling or simple random samples. This number is considered to represent the results of the study because it meets the requirements as a large sample. The variables used in this study are Direct Financial Compensation (X1) and Indirect Financial Compensation (X2) as independent variables, and Employee Productivity (Y) as the dependent variable. Data were obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires, namely data collection by distributing a list of questions to respondents who were used as research samples. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara, both partially and simultaneously, this has been proven through the t test and f test. The degree of influence of direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation on the work productivity of employees of PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara is 79.3%, while the remaining 20.7% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of financial performance based on the concept of Value For Money in the Taliwang District Office, West Sumbawa Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, namely research that aims to provide an overview of phenomena or symptoms in society by using numbers. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of an annual report at the Taliwang District Office, West Sumbawa Regency. The analytical tool used in this study is the concept of value for money, including economic ratios, efficiency ratios and effectiveness ratios. The results of the study show that the financial performance of the Taliwang Sub-District Office of West Sumbawa Regency in 2020-2021 is in the criteria of being uneconomical with the achieved ratio level being above 105%, and inefficient with the achieved ratio level being above 100%. Meanwhile, the effectiveness criteria are in the effective category with a ratio between 90% -100%. Based on these results, it is necessary to review the budget used by carrying out a strict controlling system for the budget issued by budget users. The Taliwang sub-district office of West Sumbawa Regency as a budget user must use the budget as economically as possible, minimize waste and unproductive expenses such as purchasing employee computers that are damaged, because they can still be repaired, and use the budget as effectively as possible to achieve the goals set.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence motivational factors have on the work of temporary teachers at State Vocational Schools in Sumbawa Regency. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The motivational factors that will be examined consist of education, salary, gender, culture, social status and responsibility as independent variables, while teacher performance is not fixed in Sumbawa Regency as the dependent variable. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from primary sources, namely all non-permanent teachers at various State Vocational Schools in Sumbawa Regency, totaling 30 respondents. researchers used questionnaires as primary data collection instruments and studied using techniques that included simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that education, salary, gender, culture, social status and responsibility have a positive and significant effect on the performance of temporary teachers in Sumbawa District, either partially or simultaneously. The degree of influence of education, salary, gender, culture, social status and responsibility on the performance of non-permanent teachers in Sumbawa Regency is 82.5%, while the remaining 17.5% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees in the Brang Ene District Office, West Sumbawa Regency. This type of research is associative. The data used is quantitative data in the form of respondents' responses in answering questions given through questionnaires regarding compensation and work productivity of employees who are scored (scoring). Data were obtained from primary sources, namely from the results of questionnaires distributed to research respondents, namely all employees of the Brang Ene sub-district office, totaling 26 people. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Brang Ene District Office, West Sumbawa Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The degree of influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Brang Ene sub-district office of West Sumbawa Regency is 60.4%, while the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on the purchasing decisions of Semoangkat brand bottled water among consumers in Brang Biji Village, Sumbawa Regency. This type of research is associative which aims to determine the relationship between variables product quality, price and promotion on the purchase decision. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from primary sources, namely consumers of bottled water with the semoangkat brand in Brang Biji Village, Sumbawa Regency. the sample in this study amounted to 71 people. Researchers use a questionnaire or questionnaire to collect data. The results of data collection will be processed using the SPSS program and studied using techniques that include simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that product quality, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Semongkat brand bottled water for consumers in Brang Biji Village, Sumbawa Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The degree of influence of product quality, price and promotion simultaneously has a significant effect on the decision to purchase packaged drinking water with the Semongkat brand for consumers in Brang Biji Village, Sumbawa Regency, which is 83.8%, while the remaining 16.2% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. such as service, brand image and others.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of measuring the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sumbawa Diponegoro in 2019-2021. This research is a descriptive research that aims to describe or describe existing phenomena related to the object of research. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of annual reports of documents and archives contained in Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sumbawa Diponegoro. Data analysis was performed using financial ratio analysis techniques, including liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio, the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sumbawa Diponegoro in 2019-2021 is in a very healthy category seen from the cash ratio aspect and in the unhealthy category seen from the loan to deposit ratio aspect. The solvency ratio, the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sumbawa Diponegoro in 2019-2021 is in a very healthy category seen from the aspect of capital adequacy ratio. And the profitability ratio, the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sumbawa Diponegoro in 2019-2021 is in the unhealthy category seen from the aspect of return on equity and in the very healthy category seen from the aspect of return on assets. Based on these results, the bank must be able to improve its marketing by maximizing various media, both offline and online to support promotional activities in order to attract the attention and interest of the public so that the bank can optimally collect funds from the public.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of production on sales productivity at Langsung Enak Bakery in 2017-2021. This type of research is associate research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The variables to be examined are labor and raw material variables as independent variables (X) and sales productivity variables as the dependent variable (Y). The data used is quantitative data in the form of the number of workers, the cost of raw materials and the number of sales for the last five years, namely 2017-2021, which were obtained from documents and archives contained in the Langsung Enak Bakery company at Sumbawa Besar. The data that has been collected will then be processed using the SPSS program to be studied using techniques which include simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that labor and raw materials have a positive and significant effect on sales productivity at Langsung Enak Bakery Sumbawa Besar, both partially and simultaneously. The degree of influence of labor and raw materials on sales productivity at Langsung Enak Bakery Sumbawa Besar is 93.6%, while the remaining 6.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as product quality, price, location, promotion and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee marketing on sales volume of Honda motorcycles at PT. Autonusa Krida Dynamics, Sumbawa Besar Branch. The type of research used is associative research. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of marketing employees and sales volume of Honda motorcycles obtained from documents and archives of the annual report of PT. Autonusa Krida Dynamics, Sumbawa Besar Branch for the 2017-2021 period. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that employee marketing has a positive and significant effect on motorcycle sales volume at PT. Autonusa Krida Dynamics, Sumbawa Besar Branch. The degree of influence of employee marketing on motorcycle sales volume at PT. The Autonusa Krida Dynamics of the Sumbawa Besar Branch is 22.4%, while the remaining 77.6% is influenced by other variables beyond the reach of this study. Sales volume of a company is closely related to the quality of marketing employees. One form of approach in an effort to increase the company's sales volume and the quality of human resources in the field of marketing is through education and providing motivation. Therefore, efforts are made for the company to always provide education, training and motivate employees so that the company's sales results can increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-financial compensation variables on the Work Effectiveness of Employees at the Staffing, Education and Training Agency of Sumbawa Regency. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study are all employees at the Staffing, Education and Training Agency of Sumbawa Regency, totaling 52 people and the entire population will be used as a research sample or population research or census research. Data was collected through questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to research respondents. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results showed that non-financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance at the Staffing, Education and Training Agency of Sumbawa Regency. the degree of influence of non-financial compensation on the effectiveness of employee performance at the Staffing, Education and Training Agency of Sumbawa Regency is 44%, while the remaining 56% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of morale and work discipline on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency. The population in this study were all teachers at SMPN 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency, totaling 32 people. The researchers took the entire population to be used as a research sample (census sampling). Data in the study were collected through questionnaires distributed to research respondents and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t-test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F-test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that work enthusiasm and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The degree of influence of work enthusiasm and work discipline on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency is 89.1%, while the remaining 10.9% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as the work environment, principal leadership patterns and others.
