Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the marketing strategy of coffee in Batu Rotok Village, Batu Lanteh Sub-District in 2020. Type of this study was descriptive. Type of data used in this study was qualitative data in the form of informants' answers obtained directly through interviews. The informants of this study were coffee farmers in Batu Rotok Village, Batu Lanteh District. The data that had been collected were analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique. Based on the results of study showed that the internal factors that become strength of the coffee products produced in Batu Rotok Village was superior quality compared to other regional production, but the weakness was that production activities to marketing were still done traditionally. Meanwhile, the external factor that becomes an opportunity for coffee production in Batu Rotok Village was that the demand for coffee was still increase along with the increasing number of coffee connoisseurs, but the threat was that more and more modern companies were emerging which become competitors in marketing the coffee products. The strategy that can be used was to improve the quality and image of products that are well known to the public and expand market reach by utilizing various social media for marketing activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non-performing loan (NPL) and loan to deposits ratio (LDR) on the profitability of Bank Negara Indonesia Sumbawa Branch in 2016-2020. The type of data used is quantitative in the form of CAR, NPL and LDR data from the annual financial statements and published income statement published by Bank Negara Indonesia. The data used are time series collected using documentation techniques through the official website of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia. Tbk. and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non-performing loan (NPL) and loan to deposit ratio (LDR) variables individually have no effect on profitability at Bank Negara Indonesia Sumbawa Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) toward Profit of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Jorok Village, Untir Iwes Sub-District, Sumbawa District in 2017 – 2020. The type of this study was associative. The source of data used in this study was secondary data obtained from Bumdes Financial Report relating to Assets, Capital and Income of BUMDes in Jorok Village, Untir Iwes Sub-District, 2017-2020. Methods used to collect data were through documentation and literature study. The analytical method used was simple linear regression method. Results of study showed that Capital Adequate Ratio (CAR) did not have effect toward profit of Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) of Jorok Village, Unter Iwes Sub-District, Sumbawa District in 2017 – 2020, it was based the t-value was lower than t-table (-1.084 < 2.920) with a significance value of 0.001. The value of coefficient of determination was 0.370 or 37.0 percent. It means that the percentage effect of capital adequate ratio toward profit of BUMDes of Jorok Village Unter Iwes Sub-district in 2017-2020 was 37% while the remaining of 63% was caused by other variables outside the scope of the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the relationship between personality and employee performance. The research was conducted by taking 53 members of the population as research samples from all employees of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Nusa Tenggara Province with an explanatory quantitative approach. The analytical tool used is a path analysis based on the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS version 3.3. The results showed that: 1) Personality had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance; 2) Personality has a positive and significant effect on OCB; 3) OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and; 4) OCB mediates the relationship between personality and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on investment interest. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 respondents. With the sampling technique using simple random sampling method. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via google form. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) the financial literacy variable has a partial and significant effect on investment interest. (2) The financial behavior variable has a partial and significant effect on investment interest.

Abstract

This study is aimed at testing whether the Quality of the Product, the Brand Image and Trust in the Decision of the Purchase (Study cases on consumers Kawa Punik Product, on Batu Dulang Village, Batulanteh District, Sumbawa Regency). This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents obtained by nonprobability sampling method throuth an asiental sampling. The data obtained were processed using multiple linear analysis techniques using SPSS software. The results of the analysis in this study suggests that variables of product quality, the brand image and trust have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decision.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of cultural, social, personal and psychological factors toward purchasing Scarlett products at the Scarlett Sumbawa online store. The type of this study was Accidental Sampling. The data used were primary and secondary data. The populations in this study were all customers who buy Scarlett products at the Scarlett Sumbawa online store, in which its number were unknown certainty and the technique used to determined sample was Quota sample technique. The number of sample were 10 times the number of variables, therefore the number of samples were 50. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test, f test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study showed that cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors had positive and significant effect toward purchasing decisions of Scarlett beauty products at the Scarlett online store Sumbawa. The percentage effect of cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors was 85%. It means that if the cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors increase, the purchasing decisions of Scarlett beauty products at the Scarlett Sumbawa Online Store will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to know: (1) the effect of trust toward increasing customers at PT. Telkomsel Indonesia, (2) the effect of commitment toward increasing customers at PT. Telkomsel Sumbawa, (3) the effect of trust and commitment toward increasing customers at PT. Telkomsel Indonesia. The type of this study was associative study. The data used in this study was primary data. The numbers of samples in this study were 30 samples. The method used to collect data was through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Results of study showed that partially trust did not have effect toward increasing customers at PT. Telkomsel Indonesia, it was based on the t-value < t-table (1.725 < 2.052) with significance value of 0.95 > 0.05, then commitment had effect toward increasing customers at PT. Telkomsel Indonesia, it was based on the value of t-value > t-table (2.921 > 2.052) with a significance value of 0.007 < 0.5, then simultaneously trust and commitment have an effect on increasing customers of PT. Telkomsel Indonesia, this is based on the value of f-value > f-table (6.595 > 3.34) with significance value of 0.005<0.05, then the coefficient of determination was 0.328 or 32.8%. Thus, the percentage effect of trust and commitment toward increasing customer at PT. Telkomsel Indonesia was 32.8% while the remaining of 77.2% was affected by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership style of principal of MA Nuurul Jannah Plampang.This study was a descriptive qualitative.The subjects in this study were the principal, the head of the foundation, the head of administration, the chairman of the student council and the head of the class X-XII.The data collection technique used in this study was interviews.The data were analyzed using the theory of Miles and Huberman which consists of 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the leadership style implemented by the principal of MA Nuurul Jannah Plampang tends to a democratic leadership style.This can be seen from the way the principal solves problems and took decisions.Solving problems and making decisions were always done through meetings, discussions, and deliberation with staff and teachers.The principal always actively participates in every activity in the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the sales strategy implemented by micro small and medium enterprises (UMKM) of Sumbawa Honey. The type of this study was descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study was data obtained directly from UMKM of UD. Sari Bunga, Kelungkung village, Batu Lanteh sub-district, while the secondary data in this study was obtained from the Sumbawa UMKM gallery. Informants in this study were the owners and employees of UMKM UD. Sari Bunga Klungkung village, Batu Lanteh sub-district. Data collection techniques used were through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis tool used was SWOT analysis. Results of study showed that the marketing strategy used by UD. Sari Bunga was used E-commerce. Marketing strategy through e-commerce at UD Sari Bunga was in the growth quadrant. In this growth quadrant was very favorable for UMKM of UD Sari Bunga marketing. Furthermore, the sales strategy for UMKM of UD. Sari Bunga had strengths and weaknesses. The strength of UMKM UD. Sari Bunga Klungkung using E-commerce was that the packaging of UD Sari Bunga was good and attractive and the sales process had been done using facebook, then the weakness was inadequate human resources because there were not training and counseling done by the government in developing product of UMKM and also the dependence of honey bee farmers on the availability of bees honey provided by nature in the forest.
