This study describes the after-sales service and product quality of purchasing a Toyota Avanza in Deli Serdang. The theory used in this study includes the idea of after-sales service, product quality, and buying decisions. The population in this study were 50 Toyota Avanza car users who passed on Jalan Sutomo, Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach supported by a survey and is explanatory. The study results by testing the t-test hypothesis showed that after-sales service had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Toyota Avanza in Deli Serdang. Product quality has a positive and significant impact on buying decisions for the Toyota Avanza in Deli Serdang. The results of the F test show that after-sales service and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Toyota Avanza in Deli Serdang. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of after-sales service and product quality can explain the purchasing decision variables of 70.1%. The remaining 29.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as price promotion and so on.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on workplace spirituality. To find out the effect of emotional intelligence and workplace spirituality on organizational citizenship behavior partially. To determine the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior through workplace spirituality on Guardian Employees in Medan City. The total population in this study amounted to 150 people as a sample using a saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that Emotional intelligence had a significant effect on the workplace spiritually for Guardian Employees. Emotional intelligence has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in Guardian Employees. Workplace spiritually has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in Guardian Employees. There is no significant effect of emotional intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior through workplace spiritually on Guardian Employees

This study is about the family business and its relation to governance in the family business, namely at PT. Puco. PT. Puco is a valve control system manufacturer in Indonesia. This research aims to identify the picture of governance in PT. Puco recommends key factors determining the success of governance at PT. Puco and create an ideal governance concept for PT. Puco. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection methods using interviews, Analytical Hierarchy Process, and the Soft System Methodology approach. The results of the research on governance description is PT. Puco has implemented governance following the ISO 9001:2015 standard but needs improvement. The research results on the key factors determining the success of governance at PT. Puco. The results propose governance model for PT. Puco consists of family and business circles. Proposed changes to resolve the problem need to be taken as an action to improve the situation.

Every goods and service company is required to make customers feel loyal to the products and services offered. A company is said to be successful and profitable if it finds loyal customers in the long term. Star hotels are hotels with the expectectation that customers have good facilties, service quality and trust. Facility factors, service quality and trust are factors that considered to be able to make loyal customers while staying at five star hotels in the city of Batam. This research is to broaden our insight related to factors that influence customers loyalty in five star hotel in Batam. Based on scientific literature analysis collected from tracing in the last one decade, then variable facility, service quality and trust as variable independence is examined in this research. Research data sources consist of the society population of Batam. As many as 400 samples have been collected and next texted with the assistanced of SPSS 25.0 version. Method of tabulation is using descriptive statistic test, classical assumptive test and hypotheses test. Summary that we have from data analysis process, having the result that explaning facilities influences significantly towards customer loyalty, quality of service influences significantly towards customer loyalty and trust also influences significantly towards customer loyalty. limitation in this research of which there are a lot of other free variety that influence customers loyalty which is not explained in this research, in addition this research may not be able to be forwarded destination and other area and then this questionnaire is less distributed causing it cannot really represent all the opions of asian tourist..

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of audit characteristics, company characteristics and audit committee on auditor turnover. The sample of companies used in this study were 453 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. The audit characteristic classification variables are auditor reputation and audit opinion. The variables for categorizing company characteristics are financial distress, change of management, and leverage. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS program. The results showed that the auditor's reputation and profitability had a significant effect on auditor switching, while financial difficulties, management changes, audit opinion, audit committee, and leverage had no significant effect on auditor switching

This study aims to determine the financial performance using the Economic Value Added method in the cigarette sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the last five years. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of Company Financial Statements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the study are based on an analysis using the EVA method from five food and beverage companies that have good financial performance (positive EVA) during the 2016-2020 period, namely, GGRM and WIIM. Analysis of the company's performance with the method shows the EVA fluctuating results. This is because the value of NOPAT and capital charges is very influential on EVA results. Where if the NOPAT value is greater than the value of capital charges, the resulting EVA will increase and vice versa.

This study aims to determine or understand the analysis of financial statements in the plantation sub-sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange using trend analysis. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this research is through the documentation of the financial statements of the plantation sub-sector companies. The results of the study based on trend analysis of the five companies on the balance sheet show good conditions because the percentage has increased every year. On the income statement, there are still companies that show poor results because the percentage every year there are still deficits and losses. In the five cash flow statements, many companies experienced a deficit and the percentage decreased so that the company showed poor results.

Good parents' behavior indicates the existence of a personality life from a daily mindset that always leads to positive things, positive behavior from parents can have a very big impact on the survival of family life and social life.In modern times there are many deviations in behavior carried out by people.This times allegedly caused by advances in communication technology, one of which is smartphone technology. It is less able to use the applications contained in Smartphone today such as fb, browsing, listening to music, video players, games, allegedly very influential on the behavior of parents today. That is why the writer feels important to conduct research with the title "The Effect of Smartphone Technology on the Behavior of Parents aged 40-50 years. Study qualitative methods uses, using a qualitative approach, to explore and describe how much influence smartphone technology on parental behavior. Which is 40-50 years old.The results of this study indicate that smartphone technology can have a significant impact on the behavior of people in Tuminting District, both behaviors that lead to positive things and behaviors that lead to negative things.

Banks are financial institutions that function as a means of transactions carried out by the public in the form of deposits or loans. This study stems from the discovery of the problem of the company's sustainability level in commercial banks in the BUKU 4 group in 2019 which declined after being analyzed using the Financial Sustainability Ratio accompanied by conditions of economic growth in Indonesia which worsened from the previous year. This study was conducted to determine the effect of financial ratios in the form of Return on Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Non-Performing Loans on Financial Sustainability Ratio using quantitative research methods through multiple linear regression analysis. The use of a sample of 5 banks out of 7 population banks was determined using the purposive sampling method and using quarterly company reports from 2017-2019. Based on the results of the study indicate that the Return on Assets, Loans to Deposit Ratio, and Non-Performing Loans have a significant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio. The problem that occurs in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang is that it makes customers feel dissatisfied and this causes complaints, including: water often dies and comes out very little. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of service quality and reputation of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang on customer satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang, with trust as an intervenig variable. The population of this research is the housing community of Graha Mukti Semarang as many as 1,537 people. The number of samples in this study was 99.87 people (rounded up to 100 people, based on the Slovin formula). The method of analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The variable influence model will be tested by path analysis. The results show that service quality and trust in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang have a direct effect on trust in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. The service quality and reputation of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang has a direct influence on customer satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Trust has a direct effect on customer satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Trust can be said as an intervening variable on service quality and reputation on customer satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang.
