Abstract

In this paper, the researcher contribute to extending the prior literature on the bank BUKU Category by investigating the influence of capital adequacy ratio factors. On the previous studies, the factors of banking capital adequacy ratio can be influenced by several factors such as Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Size. In previous research stated that NPL and LDR as partially had a negative effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio, ROA and Size had a positive effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio level. In this study, the researchers used seven sample of commercial banks included in the Bank BUKU-4 Category as commercial banks with huge capital category in the 2018-2022 period. As Random Effect Model (REM) chosen to be the estimation model. Our findings provide empirical support on the findings researh of Azizah and Taswan's research, that simultaneously the NPL, LDR, ROA and SIZE have an influence on the capital adequacy ratio level of Commercial Banks which are included in the BUKU-4 bank category. However, partially, the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable is differences. NPL has an influence on CAR, LDR has a negative influence on CAR, ROA has a positive influence on CAR, and Size has a negative influence on CAR. The implication of this research is that when commercial banks included on the BUKU-4 Bank category, the commercial banks that included on BUKU-4 Bank category are banks that are considered stable with a capital capacity of more than 70 trillion rupiah so that the NPL, LDR and Size levels have no larger effect. Because the huge of commercial banks which is included are whose financial levels are stable so that not has a big impact on the level of capital adequacy in BUKU-4 category commercial banks, the level of profit obtained by these banks. However, it does not rule out the possibility that apart from the variables that have been studied, there are other variables that can have a big influence on the level of capital adequacy other than those mentioned by the researchers in this study

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the halal value chain in developing halal tourism products and increasing the income of Kampoeng Radja in Jambi City. The halal value chain in the sharia economic sector has an important role in economic progress. However, the economic potential has not been exploited optimally. Jambi City, as one of the areas that has potential in developing halal value chains in the halal tourism industry sector, has also not utilized this potential properly. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. This research uses two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the halal value chain in developing halal tourism products and increasing the income of Kampoeng Radja in Jambi City still needs improvement, such as tourism assets that are not yet sharia-based, especially culinary delights that do not yet have a halal certificate.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction with DFC (Dewe Fried Chicken) chicken in Sorong district. This research used quantitative methods with a sample of 100 consumers who had previously consumed DFC chicken. The data collection technique is by distributing and distributing questionnaires and then the data is processed using SPSS. The results of this research show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, so it can be concluded that if product quality increases, consumer satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to explore consumer purchasing decisions of convenience products specifically daily use cosmetic. This study elaborates several concepts related to factors of consumer purchasing decisions. However, this study follows quantitative approach, this research collects data through survey distribution to all daily use cosmetic and was collected 96 respondents and to analysis the data, researcher undergo through several techniques, that were ANOVA, and t-test. Based on the results of the study, factors affecting consumer’s purchasing decisions was significantly influenced by consumer character, pricing, digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work discipline on improving the performance of Muamalat Bank employees throughout Sorong City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The number of samples used was 36 Muamalat Bank employees throughout Sorong City. The 36 respondents are permanent employees from Bank Muamalat and the reason the author used a sample of permanent employees is because they tend to have a higher commitment to the organization because they have invested time and energy in the long term. The data collection technique was by distributing and distributing questionnaires to predetermined samples. Furthermore, it was processed using the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Muamalat Bank employees throughout Sorong City, (2) work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Muamalat Bank employees throughout Sorong City. So it can be concluded that hypothesis 1 can be accepted while hypothesis 2 is not accepted.

Abstract

Business competition in this era of globalization seems increasingly tight along with the increasing business competition, consumers or buyers are increasingly careful in choosing products in terms of purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at the Solaria Café and Resto, Sorong City. The method used in this study is the quantitative method. The number of samples used was 190 consumers of the Solaria Café and Resto, Sorong City. Then the data collection technique by distributing and distributing questionnaires to predetermined samples. Furthermore, the data is processed using the SPSS analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that (1) Price has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions (2) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions (3) Service quality has a positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions, this influence is not significant. So it is concluded that hypotheses 1 and 2 in this study are accepted while hypothesis 3 is not accepted.

Abstract

The global crypto market has garnered attention from investors due to its high return potential, yet the extreme volatility and associated risks pose significant concerns. This study aims to analyze the risks and returns of cryptocurrency investments using a quantitative approach on global crypto market data. The methods employed include volatility analysis using the GARCH model, as well as risk and return evaluation through CAPM. The results indicate that cryptocurrencies exhibit significantly higher volatility compared to traditional assets, with substantial return potential but accompanied by high risk. These findings imply the need for stricter diversification strategies and risk management for crypto investors to optimize returns and minimize losses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Values ??of Local Wisdom from the Aspect of Legal Norms and Customary Economy in the Wedding Ceremony Activities of the Air Haji Village Community, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province. This study is included in the type of qualitative research using descriptive methods. The data in the primary data study are in the form of recordings of the wedding ceremonies of the Air Haji Village community, Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatra. Secondary data are in the form of interviews with traditional leaders. The data were analyzed using content analysis theory. The results of this study include three things, namely 1) the stage of activities before which must be carried out in the maresek wedding ceremony, manampiak bandua, maanta siriah, while those that do not have to be carried out are babako activities. 2) the stage of wedding day activities that must be carried out in the manjapuik marapulai wedding ceremony, akad nikah, basandiang di pelaminan, while those that do not have to be carried out are maanta marapulai activities. 3) the stage of activities after the wedding that must be carried out in the wedding ceremony, namely manjalang mintuo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the manifestation of the economic and melancholic personality aspects of the main characters in the short story collection Cinta Laki-laki Biasa by Asma Nadia et al. The benefits obtained practically and theoretically are to provide knowledge to readers about literary works, especially on the aspects of the form of melancholic personality contained in the short story collection, useful for the author himself, and as input regarding the interests and implementation of education, especially literature teaching. This research is a qualitative research that is taken in the form of sentences, paragraphs of dialogue and excerpts of dialogue in paragraphs that contain aspects of the form of melancholic personality. The data source in this study is the short story collection Cinta Laki-laki Biasa by Asma Nadia et al. Data analysis resulted in several studies of aspects of the form of melancholic personality in the main characters. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the collection of short stories Cinta Laki-laki Biasa by Asma Nadia et al. contains aspects of melancholic personality in the main characters in each short story, especially the short story Cinta Laki-laki Biasa by Asma Nadia which is the cover title of this short story collection, so it is still possible for several other studies to reveal the problems presented in the collection of short stories Cinta Laki-laki Biasa by Asma Nadia et al.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the question of how the application of the cooperative integrated reading and composition model affects the writing of economics students. The approach method that will be used in this study is a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the learning model for learning essay writing skills is better than the results of learning to write essays using conventional learning models. Based on the hypothesis testing, it was concluded that the use of the model affects the results of learning to write essays for economics students.
