Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of the increasing popularity of charity content on social media, particularly on the YouTube channel of Pratiwi Noviyanthi, which not only plays a role in providing aid but also spreads values of kindness and inspires many. However, behind the public appreciation, this content also faces diverse responses regarding the authenticity of its intentions and its long-term impact. The aim of this research is to explain the Islamic educational values embedded in the charity-themed content on Pratiwi Noviyanthi’s YouTube channel, the way they are presented, and the impact they have on the audience and the recipients of the aid. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research, employing literature study, observation, and content analysis methods for data collection. The results indicate that the Islamic educational values in the content encompass aspects of aqidah (such as faith, tawakal, and gratitude), shari'ah (such as helping others, sharing, and charity), and akhlak (such as empathy, compassion, and sincerity). These values are conveyed naturally through exemplary actions, Islamic language, inspirational stories, and direct invitations to the audience. The impact is felt positively, both by the audience, who are inspired to increase their social concern and faith, and by the aid recipients, who experience physical, mental, and spiritual changes. The main conclusion of this research is that Pratiwi Noviyanthi's charity content is not only entertaining but also effectively internalizes Islamic educational values in the digital society. The implications of this research include theoretical benefits, such as the development of Islamic education concepts in social media and as a reference for future research, as well as practical benefits, such as serving as a guideline for content creators, society, and policymakers in creating educational and ethical digital content.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in the IPAS subject, particularly in Chapter 7 with the theme "My Region, My Pride," especially in Topic A, which discusses "What Is My Regional Culture Like?" The purpose of this research is to determine the improvement of learning outcomes for fifth-grade students through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model based on the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, with a research subject of 30 fifth-grade students at UPTD SDN Keleyan 1. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and tests. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of the analysis indicate that the implementation of the CRT-based PBL model is effective in improving the learning achievement of students in the IPAS subject, Chapter 7. The average learning outcomes of students in the pre-cycle were 52.5; after cycle I, the average learning outcomes increased to 63.9, and in cycle II, they further increased to 75.0. Thus, it can be concluded that the CRT-based PBL learning model is capable of improving the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in the IPAS subject at UPTD SDN Keleyan 1.

Abstract

The Gema Sajadah Program (Gerakan Madrasah Sampah Jadi Sedekah) is an environmentally based initiative aimed at developing students' environmentally conscious character through waste management activities and social actions. The issue raised in this study is the lack of student involvement in concrete environmental conservation activities within the school environment. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Gema Sajadah Program, identify students' environmentally conscious character, and examine the program's influence on character formation in students at MTsN 9 Jombang. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that this program significantly fosters awareness and an environmentally caring attitude among students. Through direct practice, such as collecting recyclable waste and used cooking oil, students demonstrate an increase in concern for cleanliness and environmental sustainability. Social interaction during these activities also strengthens empathy and collective responsibility. In conclusion, Gema Sajadah is effective in shaping students' character through an applicable contextual approach. Its implication is that this program can serve as a character education model that can be replicated in other schools as an effort to cultivate a generation that is balanced in its concern for environmental and social issues.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of having competent and professional ICT instructors as a key factor in producing graduates from training programs capable of competing in the digital era. The objective of this research is to analyze the strategies implemented by the Instructor and Training Personnel (INTALA) in enhancing the professional competencies of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) instructors at the Vocational and Productivity Development Center (Balai Besar Pengembangan Vokasi dan Produktivitas) in Serang. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results indicate that (1) the competencies of ICT instructors at BBPVP Serang have met professional standards, characterized by effective mastery of subject matter and teaching methodology; (2) the strategies implemented by INTALA include the Methodology Training Program, Technical Upgrading Training, and Soft Skills Strengthening Training; (3) supporting factors in the implementation of INTALA strategies include the availability of adequate training resources, encompassing facilities, infrastructure, and relevant teaching materials. However, there are several inhibiting factors affecting the effectiveness of implementation, namely the low motivation of some instructors, limited time to participate in competency development activities, and personal constraints that affect optimal participation.

Abstract

In this study, we propose a hybrid analytical technique that integrates the Adomian Decomposition Method (ADM) with the Variational Iteration Method (VIM) to solve both linear and nonlinear integro-differential equations of integer and fractional orders. This approach extends and refines the Odibat Decomposition Method (ODM) by addressing key limitations inherent in ADM and VIM—specifically, the reliance on linearization, Adomian polynomials, and Lagrange multipliers. By circumventing these computational complexities, the proposed method enables the direct and efficient construction of series solutions with improved convergence properties. The hybrid scheme is designed for broader applicability and enhanced computational simplicity, making it a powerful tool for analyzing complex integro-differential systems. Its effectiveness and robustness are demonstrated through a range of illustrative examples, confirming the method’s capability to provide accurate analytical approximations with minimal computational overhead.

Abstract

The Think Pair Share method is one of the important learning methods that should be implemented in teaching and learning activities, as it is designed to encourage students to seek answers to problems or questions through group discussions. The problem formulation in this study is the activity level and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Think Pair Share learning method. This type of research is qualitative research that focuses on collecting descriptive data through direct interaction. Data analysis is conducted through three stages: direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The supporting factors in the Think Pair Share method include the ease of planning and implementing learning, as well as facilitating students' understanding of the subject matter, in addition to adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the learning process are certain limitations. The solutions and efforts made based on the supporting and inhibiting factors identified by the researcher include monitoring students who experience difficulties and lack concentration, recognizing students' characteristics, creating a comfortable and clean learning environment, and enhancing students' literacy at home through book reading assignments.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the increasing number of students arriving late to school, particularly in the memorization program of short surahs from the Al-Qur'an, which is a strategy used by teachers to enhance student discipline. The aim of this study is to explore education that shapes character and discipline among students at SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti, Indonesia, with an emphasis on the memorization program of short surahs from the Al-Qur'an. Through this program, it is hoped that students who are late can hone their knowledge not only in intellectual aspects but also in the spiritual field. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, involving the principal, teachers, and students as participants. This study employs a case study approach and applies literature review methods, observation, interviews, and documentation, which are then analyzed to draw conclusions. The results indicate that: 1) The level of discipline at the school is already good, supported by the Al-Qur'an memorization program conducted daily; 2) The strategies implemented by teachers to enhance student discipline, particularly for those arriving late, include direct interaction and the obligation to memorize surahs before entering the classroom; 3) This study also identifies the factors that support and hinder the implementation of these strategies, both from internal and external factors. The main conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of teacher strategies in improving student discipline through the memorization program of short surahs from the Al-Qur'an for late students. This approach not only sharpens intellectual abilities but also spiritual ones, within the discipline system to promote behavioral change in students and create a better learning environment. The implications of this research indicate that students participating in the memorization program of short surahs from the Al-Qur'an not only improve their discipline but can also use this program as a tool to build character and spirituality. Furthermore, the approach used by teachers to address student tardiness can serve as an example for other schools in creating a more disciplined learning environment and supporting the overall development of students.

Abstract

Understanding basic mathematical concepts at the elementary school level plays an important role as a foundation for students in solving mathematical problems. Current mathematics learning still emphasizes conventional lecture methods, causing many students to struggle with internalizing mathematical concepts. One innovation that can be applied is the ethnomathematics approach, which links mathematical concepts with local culture. This study aims to determine the improvement in understanding mathematical concepts through a culture-based ethnomathematics approach in Grade I at SDN Demangan. The research was conducted in two cycles of Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis & McTaggart model. The subjects of the study consisted of 4 male students and 1 female student. Data were collected from the results of the mathematical concept understanding tests and analyzed descriptively. The results indicate an increase in the percentage of completeness from 20% in the pre-cycle to 40% in Cycle I, and further increased to 80% in Cycle II. These findings suggest an improvement in understanding mathematical concepts through the culture-based ethnomathematics approach in Kudus.

Abstract

The era of Society 5.0 necessitates that Islamic Education (PAI) teachers adapt to technological advancements to enhance their professionalism. This study investigates the influence of Indonesian education policies on the competence development of PAI teachers. Employing a literature review methodology, the research analyzes policies related to teacher professional development. The findings reveal that effective policies encompass technology-based training, digital certification, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Furthermore, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and big data in learning assessments significantly enhances teaching quality. The provision of digital infrastructure and incentives for exemplary teachers also plays a crucial role in elevating professionalism. Additionally, data-driven performance evaluations facilitate an objective measurement of policy effectiveness. Importantly, education policy strengthens teachers' autonomy and fosters educational innovation. Thus, it is imperative to implement adaptive and technology-focused education policies to equip PAI teachers with skills that meet contemporary demands.

Abstract

Moral education plays an important role in life to realize the personality and noble character of each individual. Without good morals, a person can harm themselves and others. The emergence of the animation Nussa and Rara is regarded as providing good education for children. This study used content analysis methods to obtain data regarding the values of moral education for children, specifically morals towards Allah Swt. and morals towards oneself, using the episode “Kamu… Antta” as a sample. The instrument in this study is the human instrument, and data collection techniques were carried out through coding sheets and literature studies. The data analysis techniques used include filling in the coding sheets according to the established measuring tools, validity testing, and organizing data into units of analysis so that it can be categorized and interpreted to draw conclusions from the research. The results of the study indicate that in the animation Nussa and Rara, there are values of moral education towards Allah Swt. and morals towards oneself.
