Abstract

Based on the research results obtained that in the Altman Z-Score method in 2018 (APEX), (ARTI), (ENRG), (ESSA), (MTFN), and (SURE), (WOWS), experienced financial distress, while according to Zmijewski the company was non distressed. In the Altman Z-Score method in 2019 the company (APEX), (ARTI), (ELSA), (ENRG), (ESSA), (MEDC), (MITI), (PKPK), (RUIS) and (SURE) are experiencing financial distress, while according to Zmijewski the company is non distressed. In the Altman Z-Score method in 2020 the companies (ARTI), (ESSA), (MEDC), and (MITI) experienced financial distress, while according to Zmijewski the company was non-distress. In the Altman Z-Score method in 2021 the companies (ARTI), (ESSA), (MEDC), and (MTFN) experienced financial distress, while according to Zmijewski the companies were non-distressed. so that based on the results of testing and discussion in this study, the advice given is for companies that are bankrupt, management companies must find the best way to improve business performance as soon as possible, and advice that can be given to investors, namely investors must be more selective in choosing companies to invest in, especially those with good financial performance. So that investors can invest their funds properly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze working capital management, new innovations in products on operating profit to develop salted fish SMEs in East Klampis village. Working capital, namely current assets in a business, product innovation, new ideas to get maximum profits. The research method used is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data used in this study were obtained by conducting interviews, observation and documentation directly with salted fish business owners, salted fish business workers (employees), and salted fish buyers. The results of this study indicate that working capital management and new product innovations can generate maximum profits. The results are more precise and more profitable when carrying out product innovation by getting a profit of 42% compared to before carrying out product innovation, only getting a profit of 28% and 33%.

Abstract

Futsal is an indoor football sport with high technical competence, this has an impact on the number of futsal field rental services. Business people must be required to be oriented to consumer satisfaction as the main goal, one of which is the Yanitra Futsal Center. Based on this, an analysis is needed on the effect of service quality and price of Yanitra Futsal Center futsal field rental services themselves on customer satisfaction from users of this service. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on Yanitra Futsal Center customer satisfaction to users of rental services partially or simultaneously. With a Quantitative research method using a questionnaire on Yanitra Futsal Center visitors with independent variables, namely service quality and price, while the dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction. The results of the study are known that visitors to Yanitra Futsal Center there are one hundred people who use Rental Services with an average answer of "Disagree", but the results of SPSS show that simultaneous and partial service quality and price affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, and Leverage on Profit Growth with Company Size as a Moderatating variable. The type of research used is a type of quantitative research using secondary data with data sources derived from financial reports. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling method with a total sample of 14 companies from 18 companies. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, moderating regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 26. Based on the results of this study indicate that (1) Current Ratio has a negative and in significant effect on Profit Growth. (2) Net Profit Margin has a negative and insignificant effect on Profit Growth. (3) Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on Profit Growth. (4) Company Size cannot moderate the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at the Mbethuk Fashion Sumenep Store. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased and consumers over 17 years of age. Sampling of this study used purposive sampling with a total of 97 respondents, with data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis.The results of this study are: (1) Product quality influences purchasing decisions at the Mbethuk Fashion Sumenep Store. (2) Prices affect purchasing decisions at the Mbethuk Fashion Sumenep Store. (3) Product quality and price affect purchasing decisions at the Mbethuk Fashion Sumenep Store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media on the interest in revisiting throught the image of the the destination of the Lon Malang Beach tourist destination in Sampang Madura. This research was conducted in a quantitative descriptive manner, using exploratory research, data collection techniques in the form of surveys with interviews or observations. Data analysis techniques activities are grouping data based on variables and types of respondents, metabulation, data based on variables, data presentation, performing data calculations. to test the hypothesis.The results of this study indicate that the destination image variable (X2) and social media (X1), simultaneously or together have an influence on interest in revisiting (Y) Lon Beach Malang Sampang Madura tourism. Partially the intervening variable or independent variable in this study is known that Social Media (X1) has an effect on the Image of Objective variable (X2). From the exogenous variable the destination image (X2) and social media (X1) affect the endogenous variable of interest in visiting again (Y) and from each exogenous variable it affects the endogenous variable as seen from the average respondent who answered well, where this is in accordance with the results of the analysis and proof of the hypothesis analysis, it is known that the destination image variable (X2) and social media (X1) affect the variable interest in revisiting (Y) and the social media variable (X1) affects the destination image (X2) Lon Beach Malang Sampang Madura tourism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of compensation and competence on the work stress of PERUMDA Air Sumber Sejahtera Bangkalan employees with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. This study employed a quantitative method and a purposive sampling technique. The respondents involved were 72 people. The results showed that: (1) compensation has a negative and significant effect on work stress with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-12.127) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between compensation and work stress. (2) job satisfaction can strengthen the effect of compensation on work stress with a significant value of 0.008 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-2.714) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between compensation and work stress moderated by job satisfaction. (3) competence has a negative and significant effect on work stress with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-17.957) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between competence and work stress. (4) job satisfaction can strengthen the effect of competence on work stress with a significant value of 0.002 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-3.243) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between competence and work stress moderated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSiti Isti'anah, 2023, The Effect of Work Conflict and Work Stress on Employees Performance At the Cengkir Gading Nganjuk Cigarettes Factory. Guided by Dr. Muhammad Alkirom Wildan, S.E., M.Si.Human resource management has to manage the human resource properly in order to get high quality human resources were needed like as every company needs human resources who perform well to achieve the goals. The purposes were to determine the effect of work conflict and work stress on the employees performance of Cengkir Gading Cigarette Factory, partially and simultaneusly.This study used the associative research using a quantitative approach. Data was collected by the questionnaires from the100 employees as respondents. It used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test. Using this analysis, the results showed that 1) the work conflict has a negative and significant effect on employees performance is -0.257, tcount ttable (3.410 1.985), and the significant level is 0.001 0.05. 2) the work stress has a negative and significant effect on employees performance is -0.206, the tcount ttable (2.317 1.985), and the significant level is 0.023 0.05. Then 3) the work conflict and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employees performance that Fcount Ftable (8.793 3.94), and the significant level is 0.000 0.05.Keywords: Work Conflict, Work Stress, Employees Performance

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of content marketing and discounts on consumer decisions through consumer trust as a mediating variable for students who use Aerostreet shoes in the East Java region. Using a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing whether content marketing and discounts affect purchasing decisions through consumer trust as a mediating variable. The respondents in this study were students who use Aerostreet shoes in the East Java region, totaling 97 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires through the Google form online and then the questionnaires were processed using the help of a Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis measuring tool. In proving and analyzing this, valid and reliable questionnaires were tested (Outer Model) and structural model testing was carried out in the hypothesis testing section (Inner Mode I). Based on the results of this study (1) Content Marketing has no significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) Content Marketing has a significant effect on consumer confidence (3) Discounts have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (4) Discounts have a significant effect on consumer confidence ( 5) Consumer trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (6) Content Marketing through consumer trust has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (7) Discounts through consumer trust have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of environmental awareness, consumer attitudes and prices towards and prices on purchasing decisions for eco-friendly tumbler bottles. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods distributing questionnaires to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Madura. The sample 97 respondent. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of prices, the t value of the environmental awareness variable with sig. 0.515 where 0.05 does not have a significant influence on the purchasing decisions. The t value of consumer attitude variable with sig. 0.003 where 0.05, consumer attitudes have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The value of the price variable t value with sig. 0.000 where 0.05, the price has a significant influence on the purchase decision. Simultaneously, Environmental Awareness, Consumer Attitude and Price have a significant effect on Purchase Decision, with an F-count of with a significance value of 0.000 0.05.
