Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of tourism product attributes on visitor loyalty with visitor satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method used in this research is purposive sampling, namely a sample determination technique by considering certain criteria with a sample size of 97 respondents. By using the path analysis method (path analysis). The results of this study indicate that 1) Tourism product attributes have a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty at Tlangoh Beach Tourism. 2) Tourism product attributes have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction to Tlangoh Beach Tourism. 3) Visitor satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty to Tlangoh Beach Tourism. 4) Tourism product attributes have a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty through visitor satisfaction at Tlangoh Beach Tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty. The independent variables in this study are brand image and brand trust. While the dependent variable in this study is brand loyalty. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method with a total of 100 respondents from management students of Trunojoyo University Madura who used Telkomsel data packages. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 29.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Brand image variables partially affect Telkomsel brand loyalty. 2) Brand trust variables partially affect Telkomsel brand loyalty. 3) Brand image variables and brand trust simultaneously affect Telkomsel brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of environmental awareness, consumer attitudes and prices towards and prices on purchasing decisions for eco-friendly tumbler bottles. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods distributing questionnaires to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Madura. The sample 97 respondent. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of prices, the t value of the environmental awareness variable with sig. 0.515 where 0.05 does not have a significant influence on the purchasing decisions. The t value of consumer attitude variable with sig. 0.003 where 0.05, consumer attitudes have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The value of the price variable t value with sig. 0.000 where 0.05, the price has a significant influence on the purchase decision. Simultaneously, Environmental Awareness, Consumer Attitude and Price have a significant effect on Purchase Decision, with an F-count of with a significance value of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

Lon Malang Beach in Sampang, Indonesia, is a location with significant tourism potential. With its natural beauty, local culture, and unique natural resources, the beach is an attractive destination for tourists. The beach has great tourism potential, but the lack of awareness of culture, local wisdom, and Madura/Sampang specialty products is hindering its development as an impressive and attractive tourist destination.This study used a qualitative approach with the SWOT analysis method. Data collection techniques included primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the field, such as information from direct observations at the research location by observation and interviews. Secondary data is data that is obtained from a third party, either in the form of notes, such as books, theses, journals, and articles that are documentary in nature.The results of the study showed that internally, the development of local wisdom-based tourism at Lon Malang Beach has a relatively strong position internally compared to external factors. In addition, there are alternative SO, ST, WO, and WT strategies that are produced by SWOT analysis that can be applied to the development of local wisdom-based tourism at Lon Malang Beach. The results of this study are expected to provide a deep insight into the development of local wisdom-based tourism at Lon Malang Beach, Sampang Regency.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to explain (1) the significant influence of service quality on customer satisfaction; (2) the significant influence of customer satisfaction on word of mouth; (3) the significant influence of service quality on word of mouth; (4) the presence of an indirect effect between service quality on word of mouth with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is causal research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires. The sample was taken using the Lemeshow formula because the population size was unknown, and the sample taken at Holaa Café amounted to 100 samples. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS application. The results of this research indicate (1) the significant positive influence of service quality on customer satisfaction; (2) the significant positive influence of service quality on word of mouth; (3) the significant positive influence of customer satisfaction on word of mouth; (4) the influence of service quality on word of mouth, seen from the regression coefficient level, is greater than the indirect influence between service quality on word of mouth with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Thus, it can be concluded that the presence of an intervening variable (customer satisfaction) makes the level of influence between service quality on word of mouth lower.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the important sectors for the economy in Indonesia. In addition to being an economic engine, the tourism industry is considered to be able to reduce the unemployment rate. Tourism is one of the keys to the national economy which is expected to be able to increase income through foreign exchange receipts. Data shows that the number of domestic tourist trips based on the number of provinces is the highest, namely East Java.One of the tourism objects that has something to see, something to do, something to buy indicators is the Bandar Grissee tourist destination in Gresik Regency. The Gresik Regency Tourism and Creative Economy, Culture, Youth and Sports Office innovates to increase tourist visits, namely through the concept of Virtual Reality Tourism. This study aims to find out how content quality and system quality have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions.The population of this study is visitors to Virtual Reality Tourism Bandar Grissee (Gresik Regency) and the number of samples used in this study is 97 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The data collection method used is through questionnaires. The data analysis in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25. The results showed that the content quality variable and the system quality variable had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions.

Abstract

BRI Sumenep City District Unit, which is a branch of BRI Sumenep Regency Unit, with various bank products created can provide options for customers to use the financial products and services provided. The objectives of the study are 1) To analyze the influence of excellent service on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Sumenep City District Unit. 2) Analyze the influence of excellent service on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Sumenep City District Unit. 3) Analyze the influence of service performance on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Sumenep City District Unit. The research method was a quantitative approach, with the use of the SPSS For Windows 26 application, the population and sample of 88 respondents with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Service Excellent, Service Qualiyi and Service Performance have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, in Bank BRI Sumenep City Unit has a high level of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Coffee Shop is the place that provides various type of coffee and other nonalcoholic drinks in a relax atmosphere, a comfortable places and equipped with music, either through audio or live music, a distinctive interior design, friendly service and some of them provides wireless internet connection or wifi. The purpose of this study is: 1) To test the factor of Service Quality affecting Switching Intention 2) To analyze the factor of Price affecting Switching Intention. 3) To test the location affecting Switching Intention. This studying use a quantitative research method is a research method base on the philosophy of positivism, used to study a certain population or sample, data collection use research instruments, in this study using the Cochran formula obtained a sample of 124 respondents. The conclusion in this study is. 1. From the results of the hypothesis test that has been conducted, it shows that service quality has a significant effect on switching intention (X). 2. Price has a significant effect on switching intention. This can be seen from the results of P values, which are 0.000 0.05. Therefore, these results indicate that price has an effect on switching intention (X2). 3. Location has a significant effect on switching intention. This can be seen from the results of P values, which are 0.000 0.05. Therefore, these results indicate that location has an effect on switching intention (X3).

Abstract

More studies are needed to reveal the effect of halal tourism, tourist satisfaction and revisit intention in a tourist destination. Consequently, this research will show: (1) the direct relationship between halal tourism and satisfaction; (2) the relationship between halal tourism and revisit intention; (3) the relationship between satisfaction and revisit intention; and (4) the role of tourist satisfaction in mediating the relationship between halal tourism and revisit intention. 200 visitors who had visited tourism sites in Sumenep Regency were the subjects of this study, which used the purposive sample technique. The data was analyzed using SEM-PLS. It was discovered that tourist satisfaction is directly impacted by halal tourism. The revisit intention is directly impacted by satisfaction, while the indirect impact of halal tourism on the revisit intention is mediated by satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan keterampilan wirausaha perempuan dalam mendukung pariwisata berkelanjutan di Pantai Lon Malang, Sampang, Madura. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kondisi keterampilan manajemen, pemasaran, dan operasional wirausaha perempuan di kawasan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan keterampilan di bidang-bidang tersebut sangat penting untuk memajukan pariwisata berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan komunitas lokal. Program pelatihan yang dirancang mencakup berbagai aspek manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, serta operasional harian yang ramah lingkungan. Evaluasi program menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang terstruktur dapat meningkatkan kapasitas wirausaha perempuan, sehingga berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan pelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah dan lembaga terkait mendukung inisiatif ini melalui kebijakan dan program pelatihan yang berkelanjutan.
