Abstract

This study is driven by the decline in Oppo smartphone purchases. The aim of this research was to analyze the impact of brand image, online consumer reviews, and price on the purchasing decisions of Oppo smartphones. The participants in this study were FEB students from Trunojoyo Madura University who use Oppo smartphones. This research employs quantitative methods using both primary and secondary data. The sampling method applied was purposive sampling with a total of 96 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire that had been validated and tested for reliability. The study utilized multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS 24 program. The partial test results indicated that the brand image variable influenced purchasing decisions, the online consumer review variable did not affect purchasing decisions, and the price variable had an impact on purchasing decisions. The simultaneous test results showed that brand image, online consumer reviews, and price significantly influenced purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product placement in Korean drama on brand awareness of Kopiko products. Purposive sampling technique was used to take sample from fans of Korean dramas on @kdrama_menfess account in social media X. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and measuring using a Likert scale. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) to determine the influence of product placement in Korean dramas on brand awareness of Kopiko products. In this research, the results showed that placement prominence in Korean drama does not have significant effect on brand awareness of Kopiko products with a significance value of 0.444 0.05. Plot connection in Korean drama had a significant effect on brand awareness of Kopiko products with a significance value of 0.000 0.05. Auditory placement in Korean drama does not have significant effect on brand awareness of Kopiko products with a significance value of 0.924 0.05. product placement Kopiko in Korean drama simultaneously have a significance influence on brand awareness with a significance value of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

This research discusses the problems with one of the local cosmetic products in Indonesia, namely the MS Glow cosmetic product. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Image on Customer Loyalty, to determine the effect of Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction, to determine the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty, and to determine the effect of Brand Image on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The analysis used in this research is path analysis. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this study are (1) Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, (2) Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (3) Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty and (4) Brand Image has an indirect effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Silvia Nirmala Dewi, The Influence of Financial Literacy, Ease of Transaction and Financial Capability on Generation Z's Interest in Using Digital Wallet (ShopeePay) in Bangsal Village, Mojokerto Regency. Under the guidanceof Hj. Evaliati Amaniyah, S.E., M.S.M. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, ease of transaction and financial capability on generation Z's interest in using digital wallets Shopeepay in Bangsal Village, Mojokerto Regency. The population selected was generation Z in Bangsal Village, the sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and 100 respondents were selected, this type of research is quantitative. The data used in the study were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique consists of testing the requirements of the research instrument, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25 software tools. The results of this study indicate that each independent variable, namely financial literacy (X₁), ease of transaction (X₂) and financial capability (X₃) partially has a positive and significant effect on interest in using the ShopeePay digital wallet for generation Z in Bangsal Village, Mojokerto Regency.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan siswa MAN Bangkalan mengenai busana adat Sakera Marlena. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kesadaran penggunaan busana adat Sakera Marlena, persepsi harga, dan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian pada siswa MAN Bangkalan. Hasil temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran budaya, nilai simbolik, dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian busana adat Sakera Marlena. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan kesadaran merek pengguna busana adat Sakera Marlena dan pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui pendekatan eksplanatori. Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian berada pada kategori sesuai, dengan demikian keseluruhan kesadaran penggunaan busana adat Sakera Marlena juga berada pada kategori baik. Secara eksplanatori, keputusan pembelian yang dipengaruhi oleh kesadaran merek (X1) dan harga (X2) masuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

The rise in the socioeconomic status of society has increased awareness and demand for quality healthcare services. Consequently, the healthcare service industry, particularly hospitals, must meet these needs by improving their facilities and service quality. Lukas General Hospital (RSU Lukas) faces several challenges, especially in outpatient services, such as patient dissatisfaction with certain services, lack of facilities, and competition with other hospitals offering similar services. These challenges may ultimately affect patient loyalty and their intention to revisit RSU Lukas Bangkalan. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and facilities on patients' intention to revisit, with patient satisfaction serving as a mediating variable at Lukas Hospital, Bangkalan. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires distributed to 140 patients and hospital visitors and analyzed using Partial least square (PLS), including tests for outer and inner model coefficients and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that service quality and facilities significantly influence patient satisfaction, which subsequently affects patients' intention to revisit. Patient satisfaction was found to mediate this relationship, showing that the more satisfied patients are with the services and facilities provided, the greater their likelihood of revisiting the hospital. This study concludes that improving service quality and hospital facilities is a critical factor in enhancing patient satisfaction and loyalty. Future studies are recommended to explore additional factors, such as cost and accessibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of production costs, promotion costs, and sales on net profit in cosmetic and household goods sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2023 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population consisting of six companies that meet the purposive sampling criteria. Data were obtained from the company's financial statements published on the IDX. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results of the study show: (1) Production costs do not have a significant effect on net profit. (2) Promotion costs have a negative and significant effect on net profit. (3) Sales have a positive and significant effect on net profit. (4) Simultaneously, production costs, promotion costs, and sales have a significant effect on net profit with an R² value of 0.970, indicating that the three variables are able to explain 97% of the variation in net profit. These findings provide practical implications for companies in optimizing sales strategies and promotion cost efficiency to increase profitability.

Abstract

One phenomenon increasingly popular among students today is the use of paylater services. To use these services wisely, students need adequate financial literacy and a user-friendly application. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and ease of use on the intention to use paylater applications, as well as the moderating role of cognitive dissonance.This research employs a quantitative approach with 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 4).The results show that financial literacy and ease of use have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use paylater services. However, cognitive dissonance does not moderate these relationships, likely because students use paylater for small transactions, which do not trigger internal conflict.

Abstract

Nana Wahyu Dharmala, The Influence of Accountability, Transparency and Community Participation in Managing Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) Funds in Sumberdem Village. Under the guidance of Aprilina Susandini, SE., M.SM. This research was motivated by the widespread cases of corruption in Village Funds by government officials and also the lack of information or transparency in the use of village funds. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of accountability, transparency and community participation in managing APBDes funds. This type of research uses quantitative methods using primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used in this research used the Purposive Sampling method with 77 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research using the T test show that the accountability variable has an influence on the management of APBDes funds, Transparency has an influence on the management of APBDes funds, and Community Participation has no influence on the management of APBDes funds. The results together (F test) show that the variables of accountability, transparency and community participation have a significant influence on the management of APBDes funds.
