Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Personal Selling and Direct Marketing, either simultaneously or partially, on tourists' revisit interest in visitors to the Sreseh Mangrove Spot tourist attraction in Marparan Village. This research is quantitative research with the variables personal selling, direct marketing and tourist interest in returning to visit. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in this research was 67 people. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with certain criteria. The results of the research show that a) Personal selling has a partially positive and significant effect on tourists' interest in returning to visit Sreseh Mangrove Tourism, b) Direct Marketing has a partially positive and significant effect on tourists' interest in returning to visit Sreseh Mangrove Tourism, c) Personal Selling and Direct Marketing has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on tourists' interest in returning to Sreseh Mangrove Tourism.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of financial performance between Conventional Commercial Banks and Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia using the REC and EVA methods in 2018 – 2022. The aspect examined in this research is the Risk Profile aspect which is measured using the NPL and LDR ratio. The Earnings aspect is measured using the ROA, NIM and BOPO ratios. The capital aspect is measured using the CAR ratio and using EVA measurements. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method so that 7 BUK and 7 BUS were selected as research samples. The research results prove that: (1) Bank BCA Tbk and Bank BCA Syariah show significant differences in the NPL, LDR, ROA, BOPO, CAR and EVA ratios, while the NIM ratio does not show a significant difference; (2) Bank Mega Tbk and Bank Mega Syariah show significant differences in the NIM and EVA ratios, while the NPL, LDR, ROA, BOPO and CAR ratios do not show significant differences; (3) Bank BJB Tbk and Bank BJB Syariah show significant differences in the NPL, ROA, NIM, BOPO and EVA ratios, while the LDR and CAR ratios do not show significant differences; (4) Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah show significant differences in the BOPO and EVA ratios, while the NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM and CAR ratios do not show significant differences; (5) Bank Victoria Internasional Tbk and Bank Victoria Syariah show significant differences in the NIM and CAR ratios, while the NPL, LDR, ROA, BOPO and EVA ratios do not show significant differences; (6) Bank KB Bukopin Tbk and Bank KB Bukopin Syariah show significant differences in NPL ratios, while the LDR, ROA, NIM, BOPO, CAR and EVA ratios do not show significant differences; (7) Bank BTPN Tbk and Bank BTPN Syariah show significant differences in the NPL, LDR, ROA, NIM, BOPO, CAR and EVA ratios.

Abstract

Every company must have goals and targets to achieve. However, every company activity that will be carried out always requires funds, both funds to finance operational activities in each of the company's daily activities and funds to invest in the long term. The funds used for business continuity are expected to achieve the company's goals, namely obtaining maximum profits. The profits obtained by a company can be a benchmark for assessing the success or failure of a company's management. This research aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, receivables turnover and inventory turnover on ROE. This type of research is quantitative research. The results of this research are that cash turnover has no effect on ROE. Receivables turnover has an effect on ROE, Inventory turnover has an effect on ROE, Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover and Inventory Turnover simultaneously have a significant positive influence on ROE.

Abstract

This study has an objective to analyze the effect of work-life balance and workload on employee performance at PT. Dock and Shipping Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample of this study consisted of 100 employees selected randomly. The results of the data analysis show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that employees who are able to manage the balance between their work and personal lives tend to have better performance. On the other hand, high workload is found to have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Employees who have excessive workloads tend to experience decreased performance due to fatigue and stress. This study suggests that the company needs to pay attention to policies that support work-life balance, such as work time flexibility and employee welfare programs to improve employee performance. Moreover, effective workload management is also important to ensure employees do not experience overwork which can reduce productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Mastery of Digital Information Technology and Management Knowledge on Gojek Driver Performance in the Surabaya Oktouber Community. This research uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The total population is known to be 300 people and the result obtained using the slovin formula is 75, so in this study the sample set is 75 driver. Data was collected through questionnaires and tested with data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. All of these tests were carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 21 for Windows program. The results showed that mastery of digital information technology has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers. Management knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers. And mastery of information technology and management knowledge together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the Surabaya Oktouber community.

Abstract

Rapid developments in the snack food industry, especially tempeh chips products, have been seen in recent years. Increasingly tight business competition makes brand image and product quality the main factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Tight competition in the tempeh chips market, especially in Malang City, is the main challenge that has caused a decline in sales. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Rohani Tempe Chips in Malang. This research uses an inferential statistical approach with 96 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique, focusing on consumers who have purchased Rohani Tempe Chips in Malang City. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The research results show that: Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Rohani Tempe Chips in Malang through brand image.

Abstract

 This study aims to explain how the transformation of culinary MSMEs in the digital era is a strategic step in developing the creative economy, which plays an important role in improving the welfare of culinary MSME family actors in Sampang Regency. This study was conducted using an interactive qualitative approach. While the selection of informants was carried out using the purpose sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the development strategies that can be applied by culinary MSMEs; I Application of Digital Technology in Culinary MSMEs through e-commerce platforms, delivery service applications, social media and digital marketing. 2. Creative Economy Development Strategy through product innovation, collaboration and partnerships and customer experience 3. Improving Family Welfare seen from increasing income, improving quality of life, sending children to higher education, economic stability, self-development. This strategy is important so that culinary MSME actors can survive and develop in the long term. Based on the research results, it is known that this strategy can really be implemented and improve family welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, asset structure, and total asset turnover either partially or simultaneously on firm value during 2016-2020. This study uses quantitative research using secondary data obtained from Coal Mining Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted in a quantitative descriptive manner using secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study has a population of 22 with 18 samples. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method by considering certain criteria. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The variables used in this study are capital structure, asset structure, and total assets turnover as independent variables, firm value as the dependent variable. The results of the t-test show that the Long-Term Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect, the Fixed Asset Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect, and the Total Asset Turnover has a positive and significant effect. The results of the F test show that the Long-Term Debt to Equity Ratio, Fixed Asset Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover simultaneously have a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

egional Secretariat of Sumenep District, is the Regional Government which is the organization of governmental affairs, by the local government and the DPRD according to the basis of autonomy and the duty of assistance with the principle of autonomousness in the system and principles of the Union State of the Republic of Indonesia in the UUD of the State of Indonesia. The regional secretariat office of Sumenep district should have good official performance. Starting with the work discipline of the staff, and the work motivation required by the staff. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline and motivation on the performance of the staff of the Regional Secretariat of Sumenep District. The aim of this study is to find out the Impact of Work Discipline and Motivation of Work on performance of employees of the regional secretariat of the Sumeneb District, partially and simultaneously. The study uses a quantitative method with a survey of respondents from the Office of the Regional Secretariat of Sumenep District. Technique of data collection of 67 respondents using Slovin formulas. Data collection methods through interviews, questionnaires and library studies. The data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicolinerity test, Heteroskedastisity Tests, Double Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Tests. The results of the study are: (1) Partially Working Discipline (individual) has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the staff of the Sumenep District Secretariat with a t-value of 5,173 t table 1,66864 as well as a level of significance of 0,000 0,05 with a beta value of 0,450. (2) Partially working motivation of the Secretariat of Sumenip District with a counting value of 5,618 t Table 1,66864, and a significant level of 0.000 0.05 with a Beta value of 0.489.

Abstract

This study aims to determine marketing strategies in increasing product sales volume at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Sub DC Pamekasan. The approach used in this research is qualitative, through interviews and direct observation. using the SWOT analysis technique. The results of the research show that the marketing strategy carried out by PT. Indomarco Adi Prima has carried out the strategy appropriately and correctly and the SWOT analysis calculations listed in the carteseus diagram show that PT. Indomarco Adi Prima is in quadrant 1 position, namely growth where the company can develop, maintain and improve the quality of existing products so that people continue to trust PT. Indomarco Adi Prima products. The recommended strategy that can be implemented by PT. Indomarco is a growth oriented strategy, meaning that PT. Indomarco's sales strategy is in good condition so that it is possible to continue to expand, enlarge or widen the target market and achieve progress by taking advantage of the strengths and opportunities possessed by PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Sub DC Pamekasan.
