This study aims to observe, observe how the implementation of classroom management inSD Mutual 2 Magelang City. The research method used is a qualitative method withobservations and interviews in the school environment. The results of this study indicatethat the classroom management at SD Mutual is very good, with neatly arranged roomsand decorations that make children enthusiastic about learning. The implementation inmanaging classes in schools is by making the class full of student work, prioritizing studentactivity during the teaching and learning process, using a skills approach in learning sothat students can master skills in managing the class, by rolling out student seatingarrangements who are already able mastering learning is moved to the back seat whilestudents who have not mastered learning are moved to sit in the front to focus more on thematerial being conveyed, create learning media from student skills and students who worktogether to achieve learning goals that create a classroom atmosphere and atmospherelearning to be fun and conducive.

This study aims to see the extent of the use of learning platforms and the impact of usingvarious learning platforms. The research method used a survey method with the subjectbeing the teacher of SD Negeri Purwosari, Secang District. Based on the results of thestudy, the use of the learning platform is still not optimal and causes several obstaclesduring online learning. These obstacles come from both teachers, parents and students.Teachers who lack innovation and only use the Whatsapp and Youtube platforms, studentswho have difficulty understanding the material, teachers who have difficulty evaluatingor assessing learning, and parents who complain a lot about online learning. Based on theresearch results, optimizing the use of online learning platforms is able to improve goodclassroom management during the pandemic.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation on student learningoutcomes at SD Negeri Sanggrahan 2 for the academic year 2020/2021. Motivation iseverything that can affect success in learning activities. Learning will be difficult to reachan optimal point without motivation. This study uses a descriptive correlation which iscarried out to study the problems of fourth grade elementary school students in knowinghow much the level of motivation influences student learning outcomes in elementaryschool in grade IV SD Negeri Sanggrahan 2 as a sample in this research. In collectingdata, it can be done by using an instrument questionnaire of the motivation variable andstudent test results as the average variable for the achievement of student success. thedata processing is done by calculating the statistics and the average correlation. The datashows an explanation of the high level of reliability and the magnitude of the influenceof learning motivation on learning outcomes where calculated = 3.26 and table = 1.73,with a significant level of 0.05 meaning Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, and so theconclusion is that there is an effect of motivational outcomes on learning outcomes inelementary school.

Learning motivation in learning is very important to note because it is one of the maincomponents. Learning motivation is low because students are not interested or enthusiastic inparticipating in lessons, especially lessons that require a high level of understanding, one ofwhich is Citizenship Education (PKn). In lessons that require a fairly high level ofunderstanding, the teacher should be able to package the learning well so that students do notfeel bored, such as using a fun learning model for students so that learning motivation willincrease and achievement will also increase. One of the fun learning models, especially forCivics Education lessons, is the Team Game Tournament Type Cooperative Learning Model(TGT). This model is suitable for lessons that require students to have a good understandingbecause in this model students are also asked to understand the material but packaged in adifferent way. games so that the material can be remembered by students. A teacher must alsohave creativity and innovation in managing the learning process, for example in applyingsuitable models, methods, and strategies to support the learning process. Especially in lessonsthat require students to become lessons that are considered boring such as Civics so that theteacher's task is to manage the learning process as attractively as possible which makesstudents excited to follow the learning process.

The purpose of this study is to see how group guidance combined with symbolic modelingtechniques affects the importance of adhering to health protocols covid-19. This study wascarried out on pt teenagers. Nusantara Plantation IV Plantation of Sosa II Emplasmen.This study is a Pseudo Experiment with a One Group Pretest and Posttest research design.Purposive sampling was used to select study participants. As many as six teenagers weresampled. The data collection method employs a scale of awareness of the importance ofadhering to health protocols covid-19. ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) data analysistechniques are used with the spss 24 for Windows program. Adolescents between the agesof 15 and 17 were studied. The findings of this study revealed that using symbolic modelingtechniques to guide groups influenced the increase in awareness of the importance ofadhering to health protocols. covid-19. When the statistical Parametric One Way Anovatest results show p=0.000<0,05 and the probability result is less than 0.05, Ho is rejected.This study's findings also revealed a difference in the percentage increase in posttestexperimental groups (15.62% ).

This research examines the English idioms found in the novel The Lion the Witch and TheWardrobe and their translation. The aim is to classify the kinds of idiomatic expressionand their Indonesian translation. This research uses descriptive-qualitative method. Dataare the sentences which contain English idioms and their translation. Data sources are thenovel The Lion, the Witch, and The Wardrobe and its Indonesian translation (Sang Singa,Sang Penyihir dan Lemari) limited from chapter one to six. The technique of collectingdata was documentation. The technique of analysis data used comparison method. Theresult shows that the types of idiom found in this novel namely irregular form clearmeaning, regular form unclear meaning, and irregular form unclear meaning and they aretranslated accurately in Indonesian in the same types of idiom. From 35 analyzed datasource of chapter one until chapter six in the novel contain idiom, 54,29% data belong tothe first type, 37,14% data belong to the second type, and 8,57% data belong to the thirdtype of idiom. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the gestalt game technique to improvethe honest character of teenager.This study uses the One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The samples taken inthis study were 11 teenagers consisting of one experimental group. Sampling using randomsampling technique. The method of collecting and using an honest character questionnare.The data analysis Paired sample t-test.The results of this study indicate that the gestalt game technique is effectiveforimproving the honest character of teenager. This is evidenced by the results of the pairedsample t-test with a probability value of sig (2-tailed) 0,001<0,05. Basedon the results of theanalysis and discussion, there is a difference in the average score of the honest characterquestionnaire 9,80%, from the gestalt equation that is effective for improving the honestcharacter of teenager.

Multicultural Education lacks a solid foundation since it appears to be a reaction to socio-political developments rather than the outcome of philosophical principles from the Philosophy of Education. Multicultural Education lacks defined concepts, methods, andorientations due to its confusing ontological, epistemological, and axiological frameworks.This article is based on a review of the literature on Political and Social Philosophy,which was then reflected in the Philosophy of Education structure. The result is aPhilosophical Foundation for Multicultural Education that is more oriented on the fieldof education while maintaining the basic notions of multiculturalism, which are foundedon political and social sciences.

This study aims to examine the effect of group counseling with a solution focused briefcounseling (SFBC) approach to improving students' interpersonal communication.In this study using the One Group Pretest and Posttest designs, the designused one group of subjects with one type of treatment, namely the experimental group.The population in this study were students of class 2 KMI, amounting to 15 students.Thenumber of samples in this study were 8 students who had low or moderate pretestscores.Determination of sampling using purposive sampling technique, namelydetermination based on predetermined objectives or characteristics. The method ofanalysis in this study used a parametric paired sample t-testThe results of this study indicate that group counseling with a solution focusedbrief counseling (SFBC) approach has an effect on improving students' interpersonalcommunication. This is evidenced by the results of the paired sample t-test with aprobability sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 <0.05. And with the difference in the mean scoreofquestionnaire 23.35% interpersonal communication from the results pretest andposttest. This proves that group counseling with a solution focused brief counseling(SFBC) approach can improve students' interpersonal communication.
