<![CDATA[This study aims to find out that the use of the Reciprocal Teaching method can improve students' reading comprehension skills in grade VII-A during the COVID-19 period at SMPN 3 Masbagik, Wanasaba district, East Lombok district. The research was carried out for 3 months starting from October to December 2020. The form of this research was classroom action research. From the results of the first cycle, it can be seen that the students' reading comprehension ability averaged 63.5 while in the second cycle there was an increase to 77.73. This situation shows that the improvement of students' reading comprehension learning using the Reciprocal Teaching method can be said to be successful, although individual mastery has not been fully achieved but class mastery has increased from 67% in the first cycle to 90% in the second cycle.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to determine the extent to which the supervision carried out by the principal followed by the provision of guidance/treatment to the target teachers can improve the competence of these teachers in applying learning models in the classroom. In this school action research (PTS) it was conducted in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to increase teacher competence by achieving ideal standards. In the first cycle, the increase in teacher competence after classroom supervision was carried out after coaching on the use of several new learning models reached around 33.33% in the second cycle, it could increase to 100%. The average score obtained after class supervision was carried out in the first cycle was 63.00 and increased in the second cycle to 83.33, meaning that there was an increase of 20.33. The results of this school action research show that coaching principals can improve teacher competence in developing learning by applying learning models in their respective classes.Keywords: Teacher Competence, Class Supervision]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a school action research (PTS) which raises about how teachers can use problem-based cooperative learning models in the learning process in the classroom with the intention of increasing their performance in learning carried out in class and the evaluation is carried out through continuous mentoring activities of the principal. This school action research activity was carried out at SDN 4 Sikur for 3 months, starting from January to March 2021 by going through cycle stages. The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to find out the extent to which continuous mentoring carried out by school principals followed by the provision of guidance/treatment to target teachers can improve the competence of these teachers in classroom learning. In this school action research (PTS) it was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to improve teacher performance by achieving ideal standards. In the first cycle the increase in teacher competence after classroom supervision after continuous coaching has only reached about 66.67% in the second cycle it can increase to 100%. The average score obtained after class supervision in the first cycle was 63.30 and increased in the second cycle to 83.33, meaning that there was an increase of 20.03 and the level of completeness as a group/classical in the first cycle reached 66.67% and in the second cycle increased to 100%. The results of this school action research show that coaching/assistance in the academic supervision of the principal can improve teacher performance in utilizing the problem-based cooperative learning model.]]>

<![CDATA[This research will be carried out in group B of the Integrated PKK Kindergarten Mayang Nira Selong, Selong District, East Lombok Regency, for the 2020/2021 academic year. This classroom action research is planned to be carried out for 4 months from January to April. This Classroom Action Research is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle is carried out in 3 meetings in 2 weeks. So in 2 cycles will be carried out for 4 weeks. Each meeting is held in 2 hours of lessons with 30 minutes of each lesson. The application of picture word card games can improve activities and communication skills through picture word card game activities for children in group B of the Integrated PKK Kindergarten Mayang Nira Selong. This increase can be seen from the acquisition of children's activity scores, teacher activities and class average scores as well as classical completeness levels in each cycle which have increased in cycle I and cycle II.]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this classroom action research (CAR) are. knowing the improvement of early reading skills through picture card playing activities in group B. Early Childhood Education TK Harapan Kelayu, Selong District 2016/2017. In this class action research (CAR) was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to increase student learning mastery classically, namely in the first cycle by 60%, it could increase to 100% in cycle II. The results of this classroom action research show that learning by applying pictorial letter cards can improve the quality of learning and student learning mastery in language skills subjects with completeness reaching 100%.]]>

<![CDATA[This classroom action research is intended to determine whether the jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class IX.3 students of SMPN 1 Masbagik in the even semester of the 2020/2021 school year. This research was conducted in three processes, namely classroom observation, the implementation of the first cycle and the implementation of the second cycle. Starting from classroom observation to find out what initial steps are to be followed, the implementation of the first and second cycles is carried out, then it is investigated whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes after applying the jigsaw type cooperative learning model. Data on student work was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods with the aim of drawing conclusions about the effectiveness of this study. The results of this study showed an increase in classical completeness by 70% in the first cycle to 100% in the second cycle.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this classroom action research (CAR) is to find out the extent to which students' learning outcomes in Mathematics are improved by applying the Problem-Based Learning Method. In this classroom action research (CAR), it is carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it is proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes by achieving the classical mastery that is set at 85%. Classical completeness 62.5% obtained in the first cycle, can be increased in the second cycle to 85.4%. In terms of student activity, there was also an increase, namely in the first cycle, the moderately active category increased to an active category. The results of this action research indicate that the application of the Problem-Based Learning Method can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics with completeness reaching 100%.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this action research is to determine the extent of the influence of managerial supervision in improving the performance of principals at the target schools in the Masbagik district for the 2021-2022 school year. In this action research was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to improve the performance of the principal by achieving the ideal standard. From 63% in Cycle I, it could increase to 89% in Cycle II. The results of this action research indicate that the supervision of supervisors through managerial supervision is effective in improving the performance of school principals in the fostered schools of East Lombok Regency.]]>
