Abstract

Assessment is the process of collecting information or evidence through measurements, interpret, describe and interpret the evidence of measurement results. This research aims to describe the feasibility assessment instrument developed to measure the ability of affective, cognitive and psychomotor learners Geomatics Skills Competency Class X SMK 2 Samarinda the subject matter of height difference measurements using a waterpass. This research is the development of research in the form of an assessment instrument based on the curriculum of 2013. The method used is the Research and Development (R & D). Steps being used is the stage and the potential problems, the data collection phase, the stage of product design, design validation stage, stage design revisions, and test phase of the product. Items will be generated in this study is the assessment instruments in the subject matter of height difference measurements using a waterpass. Feasibility instruments are measured based on the validity, reliability and practicality of the instrument. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of the validity of the assessment instruments affective look for 97.22%, 91.67% increase in construction validation, validation language by 86.67%. Cognitive assessment instrument validation looks for 87.50%, validating the content of 81.67%, 87.50% increase in construction validation, validation language by 86.67%, and validation practicality of 87.50%. Psychomotor assessment instruments amounted to 87.50% face validation, validation of the content of 85.42%, 89.58% increase in construction validation, validation language by 81,67%, and validation practicality of 81,25%.

Abstract

The learning that was done by the teacher during cycle I and cycle II showed good performance. The teacher begins to apply a variety of teaching methods and techniques, the teacher tries to stimulate student activity and creativity, the teacher presents learning English integrally, the teacher does not only communicates about the completion of a subject matter but also pays more attention to students' mastery abilities. This can be seen in the aspect of suitability response of instructions. There was an increase in stage I with a score of 70 to 75 in stage II and 85 in stage III, there was also a significant change in the aspect of students' active role in learning activities which increased from 75 in stage I to 90 in stage II and 100 in stage III. This also influences aspects of student responses regarding the application of the project based learning approach with successive scores of 90, 95 and 100 in stage III.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Integrated Marketing Communication on Nasi Kulit Malam Minggu to: a) Advertising on Nasi Kulit Malam Malam Minggu, b) Public Relations on Nasi Kulit Malam Malam Minggu, c) Personal Selling on Nasi Kulit Malam Malam Minggu, d) Sales Promotion on Saturday Night Rice Saturday Night Leather, e) Direct Marketing on Saturday Night Skin Rice. This study uses the concept and theory of Integrated Marketing Communication which consists of Advertising, Public Relations, Personal Selling, Direct Marketing. This research approach is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used was in-depth interviews. Integrated Marketing Communication for Nasi Kulit Malam Malam Minggu is by advertising on social media Instagram and Facebook, using media partners, brand partners, influencers, cabbage, activities on social media pages and websites, press conferences or direct coverage by inviting media partners, and participating in events. in Public Relations activities, offering and selling products directly through staff in the field on personal selling, conducting sales promotions on online delivery applications and also certain seasonal promos on holiday events, maximizing social media to provide information related to existing promotions on direct marketing carried out.

Abstract

The aim of this research are: (1) to produce learning materials and media for vocational basic competence, (2) to know teachers responses of produced learning materials and media, and (3) to know students responses of produced learning materials and media. The method used in this research is Research and Development method with 7 stages, namely: (1) potential and problem, (2) information collecting, (3) product design, (4) validated design, (5) product revision, (6) implementation of product, and (7) analysis and reporting. The subject of this research are year X TAV1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Samarinda. The product from this research is learning materials and media for vocational basic competence with standard competence make of audio recording in studio of include basic competence namely: (1) explain the process of duplication, (2) operated recording instrument, and (3) take care of recording instrument. The result of teacher questioner show that the percentage of teacher responses is 76,67%, it means that the learning materials and media was good to be used by teacher for teaching learning material. The result of student questioner show that the percentage of student responses is 85,12%, it means that the learning materials and media was very good to help student to understand the learning materials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning achievement taught by cooperative learning methods in the subject of machine electricity and energy conversion. This type of research is classroom action research. The subject of this study where 32 students of mechanical engineering class X TP. Data was collected using a written test. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative. The results of this study are the methods applied by making the class a total of 16 students. Students are required to learn to speak, the teacher appoints a student to explain a material, the material is determined and taken from a learning media slide. Students explain to classmates, if the student's explanation cannot be understood by all students, the teacher explains it until the material can be understood. All students will have the opportunity to advance to explain the material. Cycle I there is an increase in student learning achievement by 8.89%. Cycle II, there was an increase in student learning achievement by 2.92%. Cycle III there is an increase in student learning achievement by 4.46%.

Abstract

This study discusses the Broadcasting Strategy implemented by 90.8FM OZ Radio Jakarta radio station in the Evening Class Program. OZ Radio Jakarta has a vision of becoming a role model radio station in Jakarta and nationally, but competition in the competitive radio industry requires them to take strategic steps. Moreover, OZ Radio Jakarta, which had stopped operating, had to be faced with the development of the current digitalization era. In this study, the theory of Broadcasting Strategy is used which includes aspects of program planning, Compability Strategy, Habbit Formation Strategy, Mass Appeal Strategy, and Conservation of Program Resources Strategy. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and collects data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Purposive sampling technique was used in determining research informants. The results of the study show that through the Evening Class Program, OZ Radio Jakarta has succeeded in presenting relaxed chats that are in accordance with the lives of the target audience, in a simple and relaxed format. The success of the program is measured through the growth of listeners and interactions from social media and directly. Through implementing the right strategy, OZ Radio Jakarta has managed to consistently attract listeners and maintain a loyal listener base. The Kelas Malam program has helped this radio station rebuild its existence after it had stopped operating for a while. Overall, this study illustrates how OZ Radio Jakarta succeeded in implementing an effective Broadcasting Strategy in achieving their goals as an influential radio station in Jakarta and nationally. This made the researcher interested in conducting research with the title "Strategy for Broadcasting the Evening Class Program at 90.8FM OZ Radio Jakarta in Attracting Listener's Interest".

Abstract

Media pembelajaran pada era digital dapat meningkatkan kualitas serta memberikan kemudahan bagi guru dan siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Salah satu media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi adalah ChatGPT (Generative Pre-Training Transformer) yaitu sistem kecerdasan buatan yang memungkinkan interaksi percakapan menggunakan teks. ChatGPT dapat merespons pertanyaan manusia dalam bentuk teks yang diketik pada aplikasi tersebut. ChatGPT dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran yang kompleks, membantu menjembatani kesenjangan dalam pemahaman, dan meningkatkan efektivitas belajar. Aplikasi ini banyak diminati oleh guru dan siswa karena jawaban yang diberikan terstruktur dengan baik bahkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah dalam waktu yang singkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka atau library research yaitu suatu pendekatan dalam penelitian yang melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap literatur atau referensi. Penelitian ini mencoba mengulas implementasi ChatGPT dalam pembelajaran yang diawali dengan prosedur menggunakan aplikasi, kelebihan dan kekurangan, serta penggunaan prompt agar guru bersama siswa dapat menggunakan media tersebut secara efektif. Dengan demikian penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjawab relevansi, informasi yang lebih akurat, dan cara menggunakan ChatGPT dalam pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran dengan cara yang tepat dan efektif serta pengembangan kompetensi bagi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

The purpose of Research Development of Electric Motor Installation Learning Media Using This Android-Based Project Based Learning Model is to produce Electric Motor Installation Learning Media Using a valid and practical Android-based Project Based Learning Model. The type of research used in this research is Research and Development Research and Development (R &D) with 4-D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The subject of this study is Android-based Learning Media with Project Based Learning Model in Electric Motor Installation Learning, respondents of this media trial are students of grade XI TITL and grade XI teachers in Electrical Motor Installation Subjects majoring in TITL at SMK Negeri 2 Samarinda. Research instruments are validation questionnaires and questionnaires of practicality of learning media. The results of the response analysis showed that the average value of each validator was declared valid, then the results of practicality obtained the average practicality value by students with practical categories. And practicality results by teachers of subjects obtained value with a very practical category, thus The Learning Media installation of Electric Motor Using the Android-based Project Based Learning Model is declared valid and practical and worthy to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

This research aims to see how Islamic Business ethics, product quality, and price influence customer loyalty toward Wardah cosmetics. The research utilizes a quantitive methodology, and the data collection method is the distribution of an online questionnaire through the Google form platform. The questionnaire will be distributed to one hundred consumers of Wardah cosmetics in Bandung city using a technique of purposive sampling. The data will be analyzed utilizing multiple linear regression. Based on the research findings, it can be partially understood that islamic business ethics significantly influence consumer loyalty, with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. However, product quality does not significantly impact consumer loyalty, as its significance value is 0,301 > 0,05. Price significantly impacts consumer loyalty, with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, there is an influence of islamic business ethics, product quality, and price on consumer loyalty, with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning by applying the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model which was measured by using an increase in the percentage of students who scored above the KKM (Complete) in each cycle. The research that has been done includes Classroom Action Research (PTK) and data collection techniques using qualitative and quantitative techniques. Existing data, obtained from the results of observations, interviews, documentation and field notes. This research has been done in 2 cycles. The method of measuring learning outcomes is carried out using tests, namely pre-test and post-test which are carried out in each cycle. Based on existing data, there is an increase in the percentage of students who get the predicate complete in each cycle. In the pre-test at the beginning of the first cycle, there were 32.2% of the total number of students who completed the school's KKM scores. At the end of the first cycle, namely the post-test results, there were 35.8% of the total number of students who completed and the post-test results at the end of the second cycle were 92.9% of the number of students in class XII BDP 3 who received the Completed predicate above the KKM score. It can be said that the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class XII BDP 3 SMK Negeri 9 Samarinda.
