Abstract

This research aims to know Project Based Learning to increase biology learning outcome to the students of X ATPH SMK Negeri 9 Samarinda in the even semester in the school year 2022/2023. The research subject are 38 students, research objects include biology lesson learning outcome. The research is carried out into two cycles consists of four (4) stages, those area: 1) Planning, 2) action realization, 3) Observation and evaluation, and 4) reflection. Cycle one (I) is carried out the main respiration system, while cycle two (II) is given the main reproduction system, for cycle one and two are planned (six) hours lesson (three times face to face teaching and learning process). The result of biology learning is also increases from cycle one to cycle two with the average 70.53 becomes 85.26 with the total percentage 55,26 % becomes 94,74 % the result of biology lesson is also increasing from cycle one to cycle two. So the conclusion of this research is that PjBL can increase of biology to the students of X ATPH SMK Negeri 9 Samarinda.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to define problems such as geographic listener segmentation, demographic listener segmentation, psychographic listener segmentation and behavioral listener segmentation. The theory used in this research is Kotler's theory of listener segmentation strategies (Warter Gustim 2015). This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data produced in this research is in the form of interviews, field observations, documentation and other supporting documents. Oz Radio focuses on listeners in the Jabodetabek and South Jakarta areas in geographic segmentation, with the aim of accommodating local preferences and building strong connections with listeners. In demographic segmentation, Oz Radio targets ages 20 to 40-50 years in Jabodetabek and ages 18 to 35 years in Jakarta, with a focus on young people. In a behavioral segmentation strategy, Oz Radio attracts listeners with an interest in sidestream music and unique listening experiences. This overall segmentation strategy allows Oz Radio to build relevant and meaningful relationships with various listener segmentations in the ever-evolving digital era.

Abstract

The textile commodity is one of the long-term priority sectors of the manufacturing industry, as the textile industry is a relatively reliable sector. However, the value of textile exports fluctuates every year. This study aims to analyze the factors or determinants of the export value of textile commodities in China, Germany, India, and Indonesia in 2010-2019. The data used in this study is panel data, using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression analysis method. The independent variables in this study are exchange rates, gross domestic product (GDP), foreign direct investment (FDI), inflation, and competitiveness represented by Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA). The results of the analysis show that exchange rates, GDP, FDI, and RCA have a positive effect on the value of textile exports. While inflation has no significant effect on the value of textile exports. Based on the Hausman test conducted, it is known that the regression model obtained does not contain heteroscedasticity problems.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Islamic attributes, accessibility and destination image on tourists' interest in visiting tourist attractions in West Bandung Regency. This research is part of quantitative research using a survey method, namely through the distribution of Google forms. Sampling in this research used a purposive sampling technique, the research sample was 170 respondents. The analysis in this research uses the structural equation modeling method and is processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research, namely the variables of Islamic attributes, accessibility and destination image, were proven to have a positive and significant influence on tourists' interest in visiting tourist attractions in West Bandung Regency. The Islamic attribute variable is a factor that has a big influence on tourists' interest in visiting.

Abstract

TEGUK is known as a typical street-foot thai tea boba drink that was established in 2018, it can be said that TEGUK has similar competitors. But now TEGUK has succeeded in building innovation in the FnB field with all the diversity and is active in disseminating information through its digital platform in maintaining and building a positive image. TEGUK has had a community, collaborated with well-known brands, entered the Shopee award nomination to successfully expand abroad. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an Effect of Cyber Public Relations on Teguk's Image (Survey of Visitors to Teguk Outlets in South Tangerang). The theories used in this study are Cyber Public Theory with the dimensions of Transparency, Internet Porosity, The Internet as an Agent, Richness in Content and Reach and Image with the dimensions of Perception, Cognition, Motivation and Attitude. This study uses a quantitative approach, survey method using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 758 who were TEGUK consumers. The sampling technique used Convenience Sampling with a total of 84 samples. The data obtained through IBM SPSS software that the analysis indicates Cyber Public Relations has an impact on TEGUK's brand image, while the rest is due to factors outside the study. In the hypothesis test, resulting in tcount 19.345 ttable 1.661, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a significant influence between Cyber Public Relations on TEGUK Brand Image.

Abstract

Business competition in the scope of service providers such as Event Organizers (EO) in the current era is very strong. Every company competes to offer various kinds of advantages. In facing this competition, PT Neo Expo Promotionndo held roadshow events to several cities in collaboration with UMKM through the IFBC 2022 exhibition. The aim of this research is to find out how event management is carried out by PT. Neo Expo Promotionndo in building the company's image. The theory used in this research is event management theory from Joe Goldblatt, namely Research, Design, Planning, Coordination and Evaluation. Nimpoeno's Image Formation Theory, namely Perception, Cognition, Motivation and Attitude. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this research began with research by conducting random interviews with a number of franchise business actors. Design, using two strategies, above the line and below the line. Planning, creating an event timeline. Coordination, coordinating events. Evaluation, the results are quite satisfying that the IFBC 2022 event has had a positive impact on the cast participants. The formation of Nimpoeno's image, namely Perception, Cognition, Motivation and Attitude at the IFBC 2022 event, resulted in visitors feeling satisfied with the series of activities that provided education about franchises, which in the end they were interested in buying franchises, and had a positive impact on the participants because of the transactions that occurred and comprehensive series of activities. The conclusion from this research is that good event management can build a company's image.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the motivation of students to take part in PJOK learning at SMK Negeri 9 Samarinda. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a survey method. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire instrument. The population in this study were all class X BDP 1 dan 2 students at SMK Negeri 9 Samarinda using purposive sampling, with a total of 60 students. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis with percentages. Based on the overall research results of 60 students, of which in the "very high" category there were 4 students (6.66%), in the "high" category there were 19 students (31.66%), in the "medium" category there were 16 participants. students (26.66%), the "low" category was 18 students (30%), and the "very low" category was 3 students (5%). It was concluded that the motivation of students to take PJOK at SMK Negeri 9 Samarinda with an average of 63.73 was in the medium category.

Abstract

Investment is an investment activity that is used to increase income or obtain a number of benefits in the future. Investment activities are highly recommended in Islam, because investment can make a major contribution to society if used productively. This is stated in various verses in the Qur'an. However, not all investments are allowed in Islam, there are limits set in making investments, where the investment made must be in the halal sector, not containing usury, gambling, speculation, and does not contain elements of gharar and maisyir.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the halal label on interest in buying over-the-counter medicines with religiosity as a moderating variable in the communities of Bandung City. This research used 120 respondents as samples. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is the Structural Equation Modeling method and for data processing using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results obtained are that the halal label has a significant effect on purchase intention, religiosity has a significant effect on purchase intention, while religiosity is not able to moderate the relationship between the halal label and purchase intention.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a country that has vast land and a fertile tropical climate, has great potential in agricultural trade, one of which is horticulture. This research analyzes competitiveness and factors that influence one part of horticulture, namely vegetable and tuber commodities. We found that Indonesian vegetable and tuber products registered under the HS-07 code still have weak competitiveness, especially in the export markets of large countries in the agricultural sector such as China, the United States, Thailand. We also found that Indonesian vegetable and tuber products are significantly positively influenced by the GDP per capita of the countries where Indonesia's main vegetable exports are exported and by inflation based on the consumer price index in the countries where these vegetables are exported. Other variables such as the real effective exchange rate, economic distance, and average tariffs have a negative effect on the export value of Indonesian vegetable commodities which are included in the HS 07 code.
