Abstract

KWT is a self-help group that grows from, by, and to the community. The group of farm women served as the medium of teaching for each member to enhance knowledge, skill and attitude to grow and develop into independent farm enterprises through use and access to existing sources of information and technology. A group of farm women (KWT) is one of the containers for female farmers, KWT differs from other farm groups, in its development KWT is directed to have a productive effort on a domestic scale that USES or processes on both agricultural and fisheries products. KWT belimbing is the association not only asa place to gather but also asa tool for learning and also asa reasoning member for addressing problems in the agriculture sector. Up to now, more than 10 registered housewives in hj umar gang area, the shaab parung have become members of KWT belimbing. With many members in KWT this proves that housewives in kwasan not only focus on her work asa housewife but also participate in other beneficial activities.

Abstract

This article discusses the dynamics and challenges of Pancasila Education in the Era of Globalization. The data collection method was conducted through literature exploration using a literature review approach. The main focus was on the role of Pancasila education in facing various challenges. The data collection process consisted of searching relevant sources, determining subsections, examining references, extracting key points, and providing a comprehensive exposition of subsections. Pancasila education is not only an ideology but also the identity and foundation of the nation. In the era of globalization, where technology plays a significant role, wise digital literacy must be instilled in Pancasila education. The success of this education is measured in terms of cognitive, affective, and behavioural aspects. The younger generation must be able to apply the values of Pancasila in their daily lives. The involvement of families, educators, the government, and society as a whole is necessary for the success of Pancasila Education. With this approach, the young generation of Indonesia will be prepared to face changes, build unity, and uphold the nation's integrity amidst global dynamics. The importance of maintaining unity in diversity and promoting the values of Pancasila in community life is also highlighted in this article.

Abstract

According to data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry for 2021, plastic waste continues to increase to 11.6 million tons and ranks second after food waste. Other data from Mordor Intelligence, the use of plastic has increased since COVID-19, and there are 200,000 tons of waste that Indonesia produces every day—the type of plastic "packaging" with the most dominating extrusion process in the plastics industry. The government program on the use of single-use plastic has reduced waste by 15.03% but is still far from the target of a 30% reduction in waste and a 70% reduction in marine plastic waste by 2025. Single-use plastic is suppressed by imposing additional fees or purchasing shopping bags from buyers. Bioplastic business owners must find ways to continue producing bioplastics to help reduce plastic waste in Indonesia. Another obstacle in developing the bioplastic business is the selection of machines to help manufacture bioplastic products. One of the things that the bioplastics business can optimize is the selection of renewable machines for developing bioplastic products. Therefore, the research author on Increasing Profits in the Bioplastics Business (Case Study on Brand HeySooca). This study aims to determine the process of selecting renewable engines to increase business profits. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using literature studies and direct observation of the HeySooca business being run. The study results show that selecting renewable machines can increase the profits of the HeySooca bioplastics business.

Abstract

Poverty is still a problem for the Indonesian people, the article is that there is no right solution for alleviating it. Plus the criteria for poor that are difficult to determine are a challenge for the government to synergize with each other in updating its data. In this case, the Ministry of Social Affairs provides an opportunity for students to directly contribute to the implementation of DTKS verification and validation activities as a strategy to empower the community. For the upland village community, which is difficult to determine, the solution given by the author regarding the criteria for poverty which is difficult to determine is to look at the geographical conditions of an area and also the background of the community so that the criteria for poverty are not the same between one region and another.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the competency of bun styling which includes improving cognitive and psychomotor aspects of students in learning chignon styling through the application of a project based learning model in Class XI Beauty Counseling at SMK Negeri 3 Samarinda. The research method applied is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of Class XI Cosmetology at SMK Negeri 3 Samarinda for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 29 students. The research procedure includes four stages: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The four stages are carried out in two cycles. The results showed that the application of the project based learning model could improve cognitive outcomes through tests of material understanding which also increased, from the pre-cycle the class average value reached 70.69, then increased in cycle I to 80.00 and increased again to 83.97 in cycle II. Then the results of the psychomotor domain through student skills tests also experienced an increase from the pre-cycle class average value reaching 73.50, increasing to 80.52 and increasing again in cycle II by achieving a class average value of 83.97.

Abstract

This study discusses the relevance of remedial learning with students achievements in Islamic religious education at SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda, the research is included in the type of field research using quantitative analysis. The results showed that: Remedial study in class XII Motorcycle Engineering SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda is in the high category with the value 79, is in the interval of 78-81. Learning outcomes of Islamic education students of class XII Motorcycle Engineering SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda is in the high category with a value of 88, located at intervals of 87-89. Results of analysis on the inferential statistics i.e. test T, derived Thitung hypothesis test result (t0) = 7.98 > of this = 2.09. So, H0 on reject and H1 accepted. It can thus be concluded that, using a simple regression formula, there is an influence of remedial learning on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education in class XII Motorcycle Engineering SMK Negeri 6 Samarinda.

Abstract

This article aims to see how project-based learning can be applied to teaching descriptive writing to students of SMK Negeri 9 Samarinda. The learning was carried out on 35 students in class XI BDP 2 SMK Negeri 9 Samarinda with an emphasis on project initiation according to students interests and then spesifically focused on how to write descriptive writing as part of the big project. The result shows that through project-based learning, students’ intrinsic motivation could be maintained during the learning process due to two main reason; the existence of project that match their interests in which they could imagine the end result of, and the discussion and brainstorming that not only kept students motivated but also give positive feedback. PBL which is also carried out in descriptive writing also shows that students can acquire the expected 4C skills, namely creativiy, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. The writing teaching model that focuses on SFV (sensory, figurative, and vivid words) also makes it easier for the students to be able to write in a more structured manner.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes, especially in the subject of audio and video processing techniques, are not good because students do not want to listen to the lessons given by the teacher and do not want to do the assignments given by the teacher. This study aims to improve student learning SMK Negeri 2 Samarinda. Kemmis and McTaggart's 4-stage classroom action research model was adopted to achieve this goal. Respondents who participated were 32 students from class XII TAV 1 SMK Negeri 2 Samarinda. The instruments used are teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets and cognitive test instruments. The teacher activity observation sheet uses a 4- point Likert scale, the student activity observation sheet uses a check list, and a multiple-choice cognitive test. All data were analyzed using descriptive percentage technique. The results showed an increase in teacher activity from a score of 67.2 (good enough) in cycle 1 to 74.2 (good enough) in cycle 2. Student activity increased from a score of 77.5 (good) in cycle 1 to 83.5 (good) in cycle 2. The average grade increased from 84.2 (Medium) to 85.6 (High) in cycle 2. The number of students who achieved completeness at the end of the cycle reached 100%. So, the recitation method effectively improves student learning outcomes for class XII TAV 1 SMK Negeri 2 Samarinda.

Abstract

The definition of early childhood (AUD) in general is children aged 0 to 6 years included in the golden period, so children aged 4-6 years are a critical period for children, because during this period the process of maturity of physical and psychological functions that are ready to respond to circumstances and environmental stimulation in children. This period is the beginning of the development of physical motor, cognitive, language, social, emotional, independence, art, religious and moral values of children. Therefore, we need a condition that can provide encouragement according to the needs of children, so that the growth and development of children is achieved optimally (Ministry of National Education, 2010). Early childhood education (PAUD) is the best and most appropriate period in laying the foundations of religious and moral values. One of the basic attitudes that must be possessed by children to become good and true human beings is to have good attitudes and moral values, both in the family and in the community. Although the role of parents is very large in building the moral and religious basis for their children, the role of Early Childhood Education educators is also not small in laying down the basic moral and religious values for a child (Hidayat, 2007:38).

Abstract

This study aims to increase students' interest in learning through the application of Project Based learning learning models in the Audi Video Engineering class at SMK Negeri 2 Samarinda. This research is a classroom action research conducted from April to June 2022. The subjects of this research are class X Engineering students. Audio Video 2 at SMK Negeri 2 Samarinda totaled 10 people, consisting of 10 males. The data in this study were collected using a learning outcome test which was assessed based on indicators of interest in learning the concepts of basic electronics. The completeness of student learning outcomes is by comparing the basic score with the Daily Test I and Daily Test II on the basic material of electronics. After conducting research with two cycles, the application of the Project Based learning learning model can increase interest in learning audio video techniques where at the end of the first cycle of action there are 6 students who have completed or 68.42% with an average student learning outcome or student understanding of 69.08, then increased in the second daily test with the number of students who completed 8 or 84.21% with the average student learning outcomes or concept understanding increased to 82.89 at the end of the second cycle of action. understanding of how the basics of electronics work for students of class X audio video engineering at SMK Negeri 2 Samarinda.
