Abstract

ABSTRACT Data classification in the system is widely used in various fields of information technology, data classification is obtained by analyzing objects based on the level of similarity and mapping the characteristics that are protected in the object based on the specified cluster. The use of classification in this study by use texture patterns contained in data by use K-Means Clustering algorithm and Naive Bayes Classifier. The K-Means Clustering algorithm is the process of grouping data based on the same characteristics, while Naive Bayes Classifier use probability and statistic calculations. This study aims to analyze data through texture patterns and the level of accuracy generated through K-Means Clustering algorithms and naïve bayes classifiers. Testing data on textures based on extract parameters with contrast and correlation classifications in GLCM (Gray-Level Co-Occurrence Matrix) methods and calculating the distance expressed in pixels with angle intervals of 0º, 45º, 90º, and 135º. Texture imagery is classified into three clusters by comparing accuracy values obtained. The accuracy value resulting from testing using the K-means Classifier algorithm is very good with an accuracy value of 100% and the accuracy value resulting from testing using the Naive Bayes Classifier method is very good with an accuracy value of 100%. Abstract

This paper discusses the analysis in evaluating the risk management of hospital building construction using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model as a method for analyzing the level of risk in relation to controlling the quantity and quality of each structural work item. There are at least 7 (seven) factors considered as AHP inputs, namely time, method of implementation, labor, equipment, materials, administration, cost, and design. This study method includes data collection methods and analytical methods. For data collection, this study uses a questionnaire method which contains questions related to technical and non-technical factors used to assess work effectiveness from a risk management perspective. The results of the analysis of hospital construction risk management show that the highest level of risk occurs in the material and environmental aspects. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research discussing about decision support system analysis in determining concrete and composit road construction compared to asphalt construction for the case of roads in North Maluku Province. This study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method or model as a method to analyze the feasibility of concrete and composit construction compared to asphalt construction. There are at least 7 (seven) factors that are considered as AHP inputs, namely road conditions, technical pavement, ecomonical/cost, duration/method of construction, availability of equipment, environmental conditions, and availability of materials. This study method includes data collection and analysis methods. For data collection, this study uses a questionnaire method that contains questions related to technical and non-technical factors that are used to assess the feasibility of a road for selecting a type of road pavement with flexible or rigid pavement. The construction feasibility of concrete and composite pavements is better than that of flexible asphalt pavements on road constructions, with the following sub-criteria conditions; roads that have bends and inclines, lower road maintenance costs, excellent weather and environmental resistance, less dense traffic, easy work execution and can be done at any time, do not require a lot of AMP and equipment, and asphalt availability can't fast time. The alternative of road pavement type is effective as a weight value of 33.78% with using the composite pavement construction. Abstract

Abstract Package delivery systems in Indonesia, especially in big cities, are currently less efficient in terms of delivery speed and are not environmentally friendly, besides that traffic congestion conditions are the most significant thing, therefore in this study a drone was made as a package delivery tool by air as breakthrough of traffic jam that can lift a package or document with a 1000 gram weight that will get to the destination faster than using package delivery using motorized vehicles by land. This research uses a developmental research method to design a drone that is in accordance with certain specifications, then the following stages are carried out: collecting data and information, determining frame design, determining hardware specifications, assembling all hardware, wiring electrical equipment, setting up mission planner software, flight tests without loads, flight tests with certain loads, collecting test data. As for the control communication system, it uses a telemetry that is connected in real time between the ground system equipment and the equipment in the air or air system. From the test results obtained drones that can work well. Abstract

Abstract Atmospheric pressure is one of the weather parameters that have an important role in meteorological services, especially inflight transportation. Atmospheric pressure sensors must be calibrated regularly to ensure the measurement results. The increasing number of atmospheric pressure sensors makes it impossible to calibrate in the laboratory because it can result in meteorological service downtime. Portable calibrators can be used to overcome this problem, by utilizing peristaltic pumps, solenoid valves, and microcomputers. The PID control is programmed on the microcomputer to control the speed of the peristaltik pump and the cycle of the solenoid valve to generate air pressure according to the set point determined automatically using the PID control. Abstract

ABSTRACT BMKG has a role to disseminate geo-hydrometeorological information in the fields of Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics. The dissemination process requires data from BMKG operational equipment spread across 183 Technical Implementation Units (UPT) throughout Indonesia. The recorded data must be collected and disseminated using a communication network. The existing network monitoring system currently at BMKG uses the PRTG monitoring application but can only be accessed by central employees. Thus, a system that can be accessed by regional employees to see the condition of the communication network in each UPT is needed, so that it can support operations. This paper discusses monitoring system and communication network metadata design with notifications using telegrams that can be adapted for operations at BMKG called NetTa (Network Metadata). The system consists of a network monitoring dashboard, provider rental metadata dashboard, network monitoring notifications via Telegram bots. The system operates in real time and can be accessed from anywhere using a smartphone and PC. The results of functional testing show that monitoring system of all existing features on the system can be accessed according to the design. Abstract

Abstract BMKG is one of the government agencies that provides Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysic observation data, sent from each Work Unit or Site Sensor. One of the communication media used is VSAT. The Ku-band channel is one of the frequencies used by the BMKG for communication and data transmission. The Ku-band channel has a weakness for propagation, namely rain attenuation. It is necessary to calculate the effect of rain attenuation on the Ku-band channel, in order to obtain efficient power by each earth station. Model ITU-R P.618-5 is one of the rain attenuation prediction models and is generally used for frequencies up to 30 GHz. One of the BMKG station locations that uses the Ku-Band channel is Mopah Merauke Station. With rainfall data of 80.2 mm/hour in Mopah Merauke, ITU-R P.618-5 produces a rain attenuation of 17.86 dB. Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the most important parts of a linear accelerator is the RF System. Two different input signals can produce distortion which can cause problems in intermodulation. Effect of RF power performance on noise as well as performance evaluation so as to produce a clear and strong signal without significant distortion or transmission loss.The Inphase quadrature analog modulator demodulator can achievec with 900 phase shit signal to I and Q inputs, the carrier signal using a variable oscillator or VCO with a single 50 MHz output. 16 Bit of ADC and DAC module optimized as input or output with I/Q analog modulator demodulator. In this paper, ADISIM RF simulation is used to display the results of the RF system design, with two parameters namely Spurios Free Dynamic Range) and IMD (Two Tone Intermodulation Distortion) for Transmitter and one parameter namely Noise Figure (NF) for Receiver. Abstract

Abstract With changes in technology and the increasing internationalization of manufacturing, production has become the main approach for benefiting from globalization and being able to bridge income gaps with the industrial world. In making Wide Flange (H-beam) at PT. X found several product defects such as dimensions not according to shop drawings, holes not centered during assembly, number of holes not according to drawings, undercuts, and porosity. To improve the quality of the Wide Flange (H-Beam) product at PT X, it is necessary to take corrective steps for product defects that occur. One of the continuous quality improvement programs to overcome product defects that occur with the DMAIC stages. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the sigma level and DPMO value of the company is 50.331 with a possible damage of 47,893 pieces. After analyzing using a Pareto diagram, it was found that the type of defect, the number of holes that do not match the drawing with a percentage of 29% and holes not centered during assembly with a percentage of 32%, is the most common. And based on the results of the FMEA analysis, one of the causes of defects in the hole not being a flashlight during assembly is improper installation with an RPN value of 144 and the cause of the defect in the number of holes not conforming to the drawing is not following the drawing with an RPN value of 140. Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of industrial technology is very rapid. This often also causes room noise to increase. For that we need a system for sound isolation or absorption using soundproof material. Noise pollution in the form of noise can interfere with and damage hearing and is a serious threat to the quality of environmental comfort. To solve this problem, various types of sound-absorbing materials have been developed. The quality of the sound-absorbing material is indicated by the value of (coefficient of absorption of the material to sound), the greater , the better it is used as a sound absorber. The purpose of this study was to determine the volume variation of the water hyacinth stem fiber composite to the amount of sound attenuation and to determine the bond structure between the matrix components and the composite filler. The research method uses polyester resin R-108, with a catalyst material of 2%, composite fibers arranged in a woven roving from water hyacinth stems in the form of molds with 5% alkaline solution (NaOH) for 2 hours at each volume variation of 20%, 30%. and 40%. Tests Sound attenuation test and SEM test were conducted to determine the bond structure between fiber as a filler and Polyester Resin as a binder (matrix). The result of the research is that the composite material meets the absorbent with a value of greater than 0.2. The maximum Noice Absorption Coefficient (NAC) value is 0.343 at 40% filler volume with a frequency of 140 Hz. The bond matrix looks quite good against the filler.
