Abstract

Many women from the north coast of Lamongan work in the vegetable trading sector because this sector is able to provide a regular source of income. Apart from that, the vegetable farming sector also provides enormous opportunities for the involvement of women because the jobs that work in the circulation of vegetable farmers are very young. This research focuses on the role of women in their work that runs in the agricultural sector and whether the role they build can make a bargaining position in family decision-making. This research was conducted at a vegetable market located in Sendangharjo Village, Pambon and Sedayu, Lamongan. In this study used a descriptive qualitative approach, the data obtained using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the data was analyzed through several stages starting with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Then triangulation of data was carried out to test the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the role of women fish traders who have an incomprehensible sense of why they have to work is very influential in improving the family's economy. At the level of access and control, women have made progress, even though men tend to be in a superior position. For those same people, they have been mutually dependent and supported in their roles between husband and wife

Abstract

Internal audit is an important procedure performed to assess internal controls in financial institutions, particularly in cash management and tellers. The purpose of this audit is to provide protection to the bank's financial assets and ensure that an effective supervisory system is in place. In this study, the authors evaluated the effectiveness of internal audit in detecting and preventing fraud, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The methods used include qualitative and quantitative analysis to collect relevant data and support the research findings. Systematic implementation of internal audit can improve the security and reliability of bank operations. Internal auditors play an important role in identifying risks and providing significant improvement recommendations. This research also emphasizes the importance of training for auditors to improve their ability to perform their duties, thus adding value to the organization. Thus, internal audit serves not only as a control tool, but also as an important line of defense in maintaining the integrity of bank reports and operations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the halal certification program on the sales of MSMEs in the food sector in Gresik Regency. The halal certification program itself is a form of government effort to protect its citizens who are predominantly Muslim from food and drinks that are forbidden by God for consumption by Muslims. The halal certification program is mandatory for MSME actors, especially in the food sector, including in Gresik Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were MSME actors in the food sector who had been halal certified in Gresik Regency. While the sample in this study was determined by the slovin method from the population. The problems that are sought to be answered through this study are: a) How is the halal certification program for MSME products in the food sector in Gresik Regency? b) How are the sales of MSME products in the food sector in Gresik Regency? and c) Is there an effect of the halal certification program on the sales of MSME products in the food sector in Gresik Regency? Data were collected through distributing questionnaires using the non-probability sampling technique, purposive technique. The results of the study showed that the halal certification program had an effect on product sales.

Abstract

Marketing Mix is a marketing activity that is integrated and mutually supports each other. This means that the marketing mix is used by the company to achieve its goals in the target market. Meanwhile, Sharia Marketing is a strategic business discipline that directs the process of creating, offering and changing value from an initiator to its stakeholders, which in the entire process is in accordance with the contract and principles of muamalah (business) in Islam. So, the purpose of this research is to measure the desires/interests of a customer based on interest in a gold investment product by implementing marketing carried out by employees. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. Research methodology is a rational, empirical and systematic way of scientific thinking used by researchers in a scientific discipline to carry out research activities. The results of this research show that: The implementation of the Marketing Mix at BSI KCP Surabaya Diponegoro 2 is included in the good category, as evidenced by the results of descriptive statistical analysis of 89% and customer interest in gold investment is also in the good category of 88%. Based on the T Test results, the calculated t value was 3.856 and the Sig. of 0.001. So, because the calculated t value > t table is 3.856 > 2.048 and the Sig. namely 0.001 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that partially there is an influence between (X) and (Y). Based on the R test results, the R Square value analysis results were 0.347. This value shows that the effect of implementing marketing mix on customer interest is 34.7%.

Abstract

Ramadan is a special month for Muslims around the world, including Indonesia. During the month of Ramadan, Muslims will fast and increase their worship and good deeds. However, the month of Ramadan can also provide opportunities and challenges for the business world. especially for female entrepreneurs so that female entrepreneurs need to understand the cultural and religious context that surrounds the month of Ramadan, while still adapting to the ever-changing dynamics of business. This involves culturally sensitive marketing strategies, adjustments to operating hours, and innovations in offering products or services that suit consumer needs during the fasting month. In this study, a descriptive qualitative approach was used, data was obtained using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Furthermore, the data was analyzed through several stages starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Then data triangulation was carried out to test the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that women have great potential to achieve their success. Although faced with various challenges and obstacles such as changes in consumption patterns and limited time, women can take advantage of opportunities by implementing smart and innovative strategies. Some strategies that can help women face challenges and maximize business opportunities during the month of Ramadan include: a deep understanding of consumer needs and preferences during the month of Ramadan, flexibility in adjusting operating hours and marketing strategies, creativity in developing products and services that are in line with the Ramadan theme.

Abstract

Halal certification has an important role in micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in poultry slaughtering businesses. This certification refers to the recognition that the product meets Islamic sharia standards, which is very important for Muslim consumers. A poultry slaughterhouse is a place where the process of slaughtering animals such as chickens, ducks, geese, and others that are processed for meat occurs. This poultry slaughterhouse is usually equipped with various facilities to ensure that the slaughtering is carried out hygienically and in accordance with food safety standards. In this case, halal certification is very important, because it can be used as a reference in ensuring that all meat production processes are in accordance with Islamic sharia principles. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of halal certification and mandatory halal certification for Poultry Slaughtering businesses, this study is expected to make poultry slaughtering business actors aware of the importance of halal certification in micro, small and medium enterprises in the poultry slaughtering business. One of the poultry slaughterhouse s in Poter Village, Tanah Merah District, which is the main place for slaughtering poultry to be studied. The research methodology used is qualitative with a field research approach, involving interviews and direct observation at the research location.
