Abstract

Halal certification has an important role in micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in poultry slaughtering businesses. This certification refers to the recognition that the product meets Islamic sharia standards, which is very important for Muslim consumers. A poultry slaughterhouse is a place where the process of slaughtering animals such as chickens, ducks, geese, and others that are processed for meat occurs. This poultry slaughterhouse is usually equipped with various facilities to ensure that the slaughtering is carried out hygienically and in accordance with food safety standards. In this case, halal certification is very important, because it can be used as a reference in ensuring that all meat production processes are in accordance with Islamic sharia principles. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of halal certification and mandatory halal certification for Poultry Slaughtering businesses, this study is expected to make poultry slaughtering business actors aware of the importance of halal certification in micro, small and medium enterprises in the poultry slaughtering business. One of the poultry slaughterhouse s in Poter Village, Tanah Merah District, which is the main place for slaughtering poultry to be studied. The research methodology used is qualitative with a field research approach, involving interviews and direct observation at the research location.

Abstract

This research explores the application of sharia business ethics in rapidly growing e-commerce. Although e-commerce makes transactions easier, it presents challenges to ensure compliance with sharia principles such as honesty, fairness and transparency. This study uses a qualitative approach based on Islamic literature to identify technologies such as blockchain and sharia fintech proposed to reduce the risk of sharia violations. This research emphasizes the importance of strict regulations, effective supervision, and the application of sharia values ​​in e-commerce to increase consumer trust and create a sustainable business ecosystem in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This article explores the relationship between the Islamic concept of ownership and the implementation of green economy principles in the modern era. In Islam, ownership is not an absolute individual right but a trust (amanah) that must be managed responsibly, emphasizing the welfare of the community and environmental sustainability. This aligns with the green economy's focus on environmental sustainability and social justice. By analyzing QS. Al-Baqarah: 188 and QS. An-Nur: 33, the article highlights how these verses advocate for the responsible management of natural resources without causing harm to the earth, prioritizing sustainability. Additionally, the concept of maqashid al-shariah, which emphasizes the protection of wealth and life, serves as a foundation for the implementation of green economy principles. Wise management of natural resources, as advocated in Islam, can provide a robust framework for fostering a sustainable economy. By integrating Islamic principles into resource management, a green economy rooted in Islamic values offers an alternative to achieving sustainable prosperity for humanity and environmental preservation for future generations.

Abstract

This study discusses the economic verses in the Qur'an as a guide to Islamic trade, with a thematic interpretation approach. The scope of the study includes the principles of trade such as justice, honesty, prohibition of usury, and recommendations for halal transactions. The aim is to formulate the concept of Islamic trade based on the values ​​of the Qur'an that are relevant to modern economic practices. The study uses a qualitative method with thematic analysis of the verses of the Qur'an, supported by classical and contemporary interpretations. The results show that the Qur'an provides holistic guidelines in trade, emphasizing ethics, balance, and social responsibility. The conclusion of the study confirms that the application of Islamic economic values ​​can create a fair and sustainable trade system

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between customer financial literacy and understanding of the financing system implemented at Sharia Pegadaian in Indonesia. Financial literacy, which includes knowledge, skills and attitudes towards financial management, plays an important role in supporting wise financial decision making, especially in the context of Islamic financial services. This study uses library research. The research results show that customers' financial literacy levels still vary, with several main obstacles such as a lack of understanding of sharia contracts and sharia-based financing mechanisms. Statistical analysis shows a significant positive relationship between financial literacy and understanding of the sharia financing system. These findings emphasize the importance of structured educational efforts to increase financial literacy, especially among people who have not been optimally served by formal financial institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential for bankruptcy or financial distress in food and beverages sub-sector companies with the 2019-2023 research period using the altman z-score method. This research is a quantitative type of research using secondary data, the sample companies used are food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Based on the existing criteria determined by the author, a total of 4 companies that match the existing criteria or benchmarks and the method of sampling using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique uses the altman z-score method. The results of this study indicate that there are two companies that are in the healthy category and there are two companies that are analyzed equally into the category of bankruptcy or distress in each year of research, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. Because all the results of the calculation of the two companies in each year produce numbers below the cut off value of 1,81 in accordance with the altman z-score method that applies to both companies experiencing financial distress. And the other two companies, namely PT Akasha Wira International Tbk and PT Mayora Indah Tbk, entered into a healthy condition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profit sharing, promotion, and service quality on members' decisions in making mudharabah savings transactions at BPRS Pamekasan. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 100 respondents from a total population of 3,711 customers, selected through the Slovin formula and incidental sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the factors that influence customers' decisions in choosing mudharabah savings products. Based on the results of the partial test (t-test), the profit sharing variable showed a t-value of 2.354 which was greater than the t-table of 1.660. This shows that the profit sharing variable has a significant effect on members' decisions in making savings transactions with mudharabah contracts at BPRS Pamekasan. Furthermore, the promotion variable obtained a t-value of 2.415> t-table 1.660, which also shows a significant effect on members' decisions to make transactions. This indicates that the promotional strategy carried out by the bank can influence customer preferences in choosing savings products based on mudharabah contracts. Meanwhile, the service quality variable shows a t-value of 2.393, which is also greater than the t-table of 1.660. These results indicate that service quality has a significant influence on members' decisions in making mudharabah savings transactions. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) show that the F-value of 7.263 is greater than the F-table of 2.70. This means that simultaneously, the profit sharing, promotion, and service quality variables have a significant influence on members' decisions in making savings transactions with mudharabah contracts at BPRS Pamekasan. This finding shows that the success of Islamic financial institutions in attracting customers' interest in savings products does not only depend on the amount of profit sharing, but also on the effectiveness of the promotion and the quality of service provided. These three factors simultaneously form positive customer perceptions of Islamic savings products

Abstract

In achieving quality productivity, the role of human resources is crucial in assessing their ability to adapt to the times, which are full of innovation and fierce competition between companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance in companies. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, utilizing academic sources such as Mendeley and Google Scholar. The findings reveal that compensation has a positive impact on employee performance. Additionally, motivation was found to have a positive effect on employee performance. Similarly, job satisfaction was also found to have a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan penerapan label halal yang dilakukan UD.Agung Jaya dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan pengembangan usaha petis udang. Pokok dari masalah penelitian ini adalah pentingnya label halal sebagai jaminan untuk kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk petis udang yang dipasarkan, memperlihatkan  dampak positif sertifikat halal mengalami peningkatan pendapatan. Dengan menerapkan label halal di UD.Agung Jaya juga mendorong inovasi produk baru salah satu nya varian petis udang dengan varian bawang putih, selain mengambangkan produk baru UD.Agung Jaya juga berhasil memperluas jaringan distribusi dari 10 toko menjadi 16 toko. Dengan bertambahnya pendistribusian produk ini juga mudah di jangkau lebih banyak pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi investasi, return, risiko, dan imbal hasil terhadap minat masyarakat untuk berinvestasi di Kota Lhokseumawe yang sesuai syariah.  Investasi pada reksadana syariah. menjadi alternatif yang menarik bagi masyarakat luas yang ingin hidup sesuai prinsip syariah tanpa terkecuali.  Tantangan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat partisipasi masyarakat terhadap instrumen investasi syariah, meskipun potensi pasarnya masih besar.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada masyarakat Lhokseumawe, yang dianggap sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan metode Slovin.  Analisis data menggunakan regresi garis berganda dengan software SPSS. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, variabel literasi investasi, pendapatan, risiko, dan imbal mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sentimen masyarakat secara umum. ketika berinvestasi dalam peraturan syariah.  Secara bersamaan, variabel ini juga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minimum investasi.  Semua ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan literasi investasi dan pemahaman terhadap risiko dan ketidakseimbangan dapat mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dalam investasi berbasis syariah.  Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kesadaran tentang uang syariah di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah Lhokseumawe.
