Abstract

Sinergitas Alumni dan Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan dalampemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat adalah artikel yang berupaya menjawabpertanyaan bagaimana sinergitas alumni dan Pondok Pesantren Sunan DrajatLamongan dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, dengan mengulas dari sisisinergi para alumninya dan masyarakat pada umumnya dalam program pemberdayaanekonomi sangatlah penting karena pondok pesantren saat ini dituntut menampakkankolaborasinya sehingga pesantren tidak hanya mampu meluluskan santrinya pahamilmu agama saja, namun juga dituntut memiliki pengetahuan yang luas, kemampuanmanajerial serta keahlian yang sifatnya entrepreneurship sebagai media simbiosismutualis antara alumni dengan pesantren. Penelitian ini merupakan field researchdengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis. Teknik pengumpulandatanya menggunakan interview, obsevasi dan dokumentasi tentang program-programyang bersinergi dengan para alumninya dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi. Kemudiandata-data tersebut diolah dan dianalisis dengan pola diskriptif-induktif. Hasil penelitianini menunjukkan adanya implementasi sinergi oleh pesantren dengan para alumninyapada pemberdayaan ekonomi. Dengan sinergi tersebut memberikan ruang yang luasbagi pesantren untuk bisa mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya begitupulasebaliknya, implikasinya tercipta sinergi saling menguatkan antara alumni denganpesantren. Bentuk-bentuk pemberdayaan bisa dilihat pada terciptanya pola hubunganantara Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan dengan alumni melaluipemberdayaan ekonomi dengan model teori triple helixs.

Abstract

The tourism industry plays an important role in the global economy as it is considered as one of the contributing factors to employment growth and economic growth in any country. In Karanglo Sukorejo Village, Pasuruan, there are tours where the majority of the people are Muslim, so there is a need for an understanding of tourism in accordance with sharia rules and principles. Therefore, researchers conducted research with the title "The Potential for Development of Halal Tourism in Improving the Community's Economy (Study Object: Halal Tourism of Dates Gardens, Karanglo Sukorejo Village, Pasuruan). The purpose of this study is first to explore the potential for developing halal tourism in date plantations and secondly the impact of developing halal tourism on date plantations in improving the economy. community economy. The type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. While the research tools used by researchers in this study were observation, interviews and documents. From the results of the study it is known that the existence of halal tourism in date palm plantations has a positive impact on the economy of the local community because the development of this halal tourism area opens up job opportunities and also creates new jobs, especially for local communities.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the application of Islamic economic principles in the online buying and selling of dropshipping systems carried out by PPTQ Al-Hasan Ponorogo students. This type of research for field research using qualitative methods. The techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. After the data has been collected, it will be analyzed qualitatively descriptively. The results of this research include the following: 1) The application of Islamic economic principles has not been fully implemented well and female students have little understanding of Islamic economic principles and they do not know the principles of Islamic economics, 2) supporting factors make it easier for students to start an online business with a dropshipping system, they can start a business anywhere, it's easy to find consumers. The inhibiting factor is the limited operation of cellphones when you want to sell all the time, you don't know the stock of goods from consumers, 3) the impact of buying and selling online with the dropshipping system has two impacts, namely positive and negative

Abstract

Judging from the continued increase in the number of students at the Qomaruddin Islamic Boarding School, it will always be accompanied by the increasing needs of the students that must be met, starting to increase the number of students will indirectly have an impact on the increase in several businesses. Kopontren business development is one way to improve the economy at the Qomaruddin Bungah Gresik Islamic boarding school. This research aims to determine the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the management of the Qomaruddin Kopontren business using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach starting from observation techniques after which data analysis is carried out from interviews and other sources. The results of this research indicate that the application of business ethics at Kopontren Qomaruddin generally works well in conventional or general business settings, whereas in the perspective of Islamic business ethics it goes well following the guidelines for Islamic business ethics but there is an interest system run by the Qomaruddin Kopontren which contains elements of usury which is forbidden in Islam. So that the application of Islamic business ethics has not been fully realized.

Abstract

Fundraising or fundraising is important so that civil society organizations can take part in a sustainable manner. Fundraising Lazismu UMG has grown rapidly, currently it has been able to help more than 200 mustahik. Lazismu UMG continues to be determined to make various innovations so that it can help more people in need. This study aims to determine industry analysis, fundraising competitors and the internal conditions of Lazismu Muhammadiyah Gresik University from the perspective of the Ten Types of Innovation method. Furthermore, to find out what innovative tactics can be chosen so that Lazismu Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik can increase donation revenue. Research data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Interview 1 leader of Lazismu UMG, 3 volunteer members, and 2 competing zakat institutions. Based on the implementation of the research, the results of the analysis of the Business Model Canvas Lazismu UMG were obtained. From this research it was also found that Lazismu UMG data had implemented 3 tactics of the Ten Types of Innovation namely Collaboration, Simplification Experience and Superior Product. In addition, this study found two new tactics that are suitable for use by Lazismu UMG, namely Brand Extension and Personalized Service

Abstract

Consumption activities or efforts to fulfill the needs that humans want, one of which must make a sacrifice by giving up something of value or value with something that they want. In other words, there are many activities that we carry out, including those that we often do, commonly called buying and selling. Islam sees the concept of buying and selling as a tool to make people more mature in their way of thinking and carrying out various economic activities. This research aims to answer, describe and analyze the research problem formulation which consists of: 1) What are the objects of consumption, (2) What are the consumer behavior assumptions?, (3) What are the principles of consumer behavior, (4) Consumer satisfaction criteria The research method used in this research is the literacy study or library research method. Literacy studies are written summaries of articles from journals, books and other documents that describe theories and information both past and present, organizing literature into the required topics and documents. The results of this research concluded that: Consumption is not just an activity of eating or drinking, but is an activity of using goods or services that can directly satisfy individual human needs. Thus, consumption can be concluded as an activity to fulfill needs in order to achieve satisfaction. Assumptions. Consumption must prioritize aspects of morality and social responsibility. Consumption is controlled by at least five principles, namely: Justice, cleanliness, simplicity, generosity and morality. Factors that influence satisfaction. Consumer: Product, service, emotional, cost and price.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of the application of Sharia values and service quality on customer satisfaction (study at Bank BSI KCP Bojonegoro Sumberrejo). The population of this study was customers of Bank BSI KCP Bojonegoro Sumberrejo, with a saturated sample of 30 respondents. The analytical methods used in this study are validity tests, reliability tests and multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the variable application of Sharia values did not affect customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, partially the variable of service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And simultaneously the variables of the application of sharia values and the quality of service have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Schools become producers of individuals who are intellectually capable and skilled. School is a formal educational environment, as well as forming students' personalities whose aim is to achieve 3 factors, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. This research aims to answer, describe and analyze the research problem formulation which consists of: How is Financial Management in Educational Institutions?, (2) What are the Principles of Financial Management in Educational Institutions?. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research is a type of research whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. Qualitative research methods are used to obtain in-depth data, data that contains meaning. Therefore, qualitative research does not emphasize generalization. The type of research used is field research, namely research going into the field to make observations about a phenomenon in a natural state. The results of this research concluded that: (1) The aim of financial management in educational institutions is to maximize company value, (2) the function of financial management in educational institutions is the main activity that must be carried out by those responsible in certain fields. (3) Financial Management plays a big role in running a company or educational institution because a good financial system will produce good products too.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid development, especially with increasing consumer awareness of halal products. This also drives up the demand for halal products, especially halal food and beverage products, which are the primary needs of Muslims. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of halal certification, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for food and beverage products at Rocket Chicken Yogyakarta Branch. In this research, Rocket Chicken is considered to be a very potential research object because it is one of the developing types of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which operates in the culinary sector. The method used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression model by taking 66 respondents with the help of data processing using Eviews 10 software. The results of this research prove that halal certification and price have a significant influence on food and beverage purchasing decisions at Rocket Chicken Branch Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, separately, only the product quality variable was not significant. Therefore, MSMEs at Rocket Chicken Yogyakarta Branch must obtain halal certification, pay attention to product quality and price to increase consumer purchasing power for their products.
