Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine what variables can influence work ethic. Some of the variables that will be studied are Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Compensation. To test the hypothesis, this research uses descriptive and causality techniques along with multiple regression. This research involved 81 employees of PT Voksel Electic Tbk Cileungsi at staff level. The data for this research comes from primary data distributed to employees via a Likert Scale questionnaire. Convenience sampling is used. The empirical results of the research show that the work ethic at PT Voksel Electic Tbk is influenced by work motivation, while the work environment and compensation have no effect on work ethic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of Perceived Ubiquity, Perceived Informativeness, and Perceived Personalization to Mobile App Usefulness of Tourism Marketing to Domestic Travelers in Banten Province. The research design used in descriptive research and causality research, in which variables are measured with 5 points Likert scale. This research used primary data which collected by questionnaire. The sampling in the study was accidental sampling and used 100 respondents. The research data is processed with IBM statistic19 as a tool. The result of this research has shown thaton the other hand, Perceived Ubiquity, Perceived Informativeness, and Perceived Personalizationhave any influence toward Mobile App Usefulness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of Liquidity, Leverage, Sales Growth, Firm Age, and Firm Size on Profitability. The object of research used is the infrastructure sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2022. This study uses secondary data and the sample used infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2022. The research method used is purposive sampling and there are 20 companies that meet the research criteria out of a total of 42 companies, resulting in a total sample of 120 samples. The research analysis is done using multiple linear regression method with panel data. The results showed that Liquidity, Sales Growth, and Firm Size have a significant positive effect on profitability, while Firm Age, and Leverage have a significant negative effect on profitability. High liquidity increases the company's ability to meet unexpected losses or cash needs without having to sell investments prematurely. Increasing sales growth indicates that the company performs well, therefore it can generate high revenue, which in turn leads to higher profitability, which in turn will ultimately make the company considered highly profitable. Then, a large company allows the company to achieve better economies of scale, access better markets, and increase investor and customer confidence. So that in the end it can increase the company's profitability.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Attitude toward e-WOM, Customer Panic Buying Activity, and Brand Switching on Customer Satisfaction among Enervon-C users in Jakarta. In this study, secondary data and primary data were used, secondary data was obtained through journals while primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires and obtaining 187 respondents from Enervon-C users in Jakarta. Using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained are that Attitude toward e-WOM, Customer Panic Buying Activity, and Brand Switching influence Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this researchis to determine influence of Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Brand Association, Brand Loyalty on Purchase Decisions among Lazada e-commerce users in Bekasi City using primary and secondary data obtained using the results of distributing questionnaires with 5 Likert scales online.The design of this research uses descriptive and causal research. There were 250 respondents involved in this research. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, because of certain characteristics, each unit in the sampling population used in this research is primary data where questionnaires are distributed to respondents. The method for analyzing data uses the Structural Equation Model using the WarpPLS version 7.0 program. The results of this research are that Brand Awareness has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions. Perceived Quality has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decision. Brand Association has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions. Brand Loyalty has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of Customer Knowledge, Customer Orientation, Customer Advocacy, and Customer Engagement on Customer Loyalty among Bank Mandiri Savings customers in Jakarta. The data collection technique used in this research was through a survey. Data analysis uses quantitative research and uses a causal research design. The sampling method is non-probability sampling, with purposive sampling technique. Where each variable measurement uses a 5 point Likert scale. This research uses primary data, where all sample data obtained through distributing questionnaires totaled 142 respondents and the data obtained will be processed using SPSS 25 (Statistical Program for Social Science) software. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. It is hoped that this research can provide input to banking companies, especially Bank Mandiri, which is the object of this research, so that they can increase their market share in the banking industry in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand satisfaction on brand loyalty through emotional brand attachment and brand love among Samsung smartphone customers in DKI Jakarta. The sample consists of 239 respondents who meet the criteria. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and using a Likert scale for measurement. This study employs a purposive sampling technique and is analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results indicate that brand satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty among Samsung smartphone customers in DKI Jakarta, both directly and through emotional brand attachment and brand love. Therefore, marketing strategies that focus on emotional aspects and the development of long-term relationships with customers are crucial for building strong brand loyalty. Abstract

The objective of this research is to empirically test and analyze the impact of managerial ownership, debt policy, return on asset, firm size, and free cash flow on dividend policy. This study also aims to confirm the consistency of the current research findings with previous studies. The research focuses on companies listed in the consumer non-cyclicals sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2012 to 2022. Purposive sampling method is utilized to select 10 companies that meet three criteria, and the panel data regression technique is applied to analyze the sample. The results of this research indicate that the variables of managerial ownership, return on asset, and firm size significantly influence dividend policy, while debt policy and free cash flow do not significantly influence dividend policy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Sensory Experience, Emotional Experience, Social Experience and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction among consumers of Kulo coffee shops in Bekasi City. This study uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively and used a causal research design. The sampling for this research was purposive sampling using 254 respondents. This research data was processed using WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results of this research prove that sensory, emotional, social, service and satisfaction influence loyalty. It is hoped that this research can help provide input or suggestions for the coffee shop business, especially the kulo coffee shop which is the object of this research, so that it can increase its market share in the coffee shop business in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and job stress on employee turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ located in Nambo Udik, Cikande District, Serang Regency, Banten.The research was conducted using descriptive and causality research.  The population used was 73 employees and the sample used was 60 permanent employees using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires using a Likert Scale. Based on the result of data analysis and hypothesis testing, this research shows that job satisfaction has an effect on employee turnover intentions, organizational commitment and job stress has no effect on employee turnover intentions at PT. XYZ.
