Abstract

Siswa kurang memiliki motivasi dalam belajar sehingga hasil belajar siswa kurang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inquiry-discovery terhadap hasil belajar IPA-Biologi pada materi struktur dan fungsi organ tumbuhan siswa kelas VIII-A SMP Negeri 239 Jakarta Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023. Untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini, maka peneliti menggunakan metode eksperimen. Desain penelitian menggunakan teknik pretest dan posttest group desain. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh harga t= 4.474 sedangkan harga ttabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dan dk = 24-2 = 22, maka diperoleh nilai ttabel = 2.074 ternyata harga thitung = 4.474 > 2.074 atau thitung > ttabel sehingga Ho ditolak, dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inquiry-discovery berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPA-Biologi pada materi struktur dan fungsi organ tumbuhan siswa kelas VIII-A SMP Negeri 239 Jakarta Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023.. Saran yang dapat diajukan peneliti adalah hendaknya guru menerapkan model pembelajaran inquiry-discovery dalam kegiatan pembelajaran IPA-Biologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individulization (TAI) dengan materi pokok ketenagakerjaan, (2) untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-A SMP Negeri 1 Huruna dengan jumlah 22 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh persetase ketuntasan dan ketidaktuntasan siswa setiap siklus, dimana pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan siswa sebesar 54,54% dan persentase ketidaktuntasan sebesar 45,46% sehingga rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 67,22. Sedangkan pada siklus II persentase ketuntasan siswa sebesar 90,90% dan persentase ketidaktuntasan sebesar 9,1% sehingga rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II adalah 80,22 hasil memuaskan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individulization (TAI) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Peneliti memberikan saran, hendaknya model pembelajaran ini digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran karena mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing a problem-based learning model in enhancing questioning skills among students of class X IPS at SMA N 1 Sosopan, who were previously observed to be less active and interested in economics learning. The research method employed is classroom action research consisting of two cycles. The research process includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data was collected through observation of student activities during the learning process. The research findings indicate an improvement in students' questioning skills from Cycle I to Cycle II. In Cycle I, only 9 students or approximately 36% were actively asking questions, while in Cycle II, this number increased to 13 students or around 52%. This suggests that problem-based learning successfully enhances students' questioning skills, with more than 60% of students demonstrating adequate questioning abilities in Cycle II. Therefore, it can be concluded that problem-based learning is effective in increasing interaction and engagement among students in economics learning in the classroom.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research aims to evaluate the improvement of learning outcomes in the Economic Growth subject among students of grade XI-IPS at SMA Negeri 2 Toma through the implementation of Problem Based Learning. The research method employed is classroom action research, which involves a series of stages from planning, implementation, observation, reflection, recommendations, to the evaluation of students' learning outcomes. The research findings indicate that students' activities in implementing the stages of the Problem Based Learning model in the economics subject, particularly in understanding the Concepts and Factors of Economic Growth, experienced a significant improvement, reaching over 75%. This improvement is also reflected in the number of students who successfully achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), which increased by 25.16%. Additionally, the average learning outcomes of students increased from 69.89 in Cycle I to 80.89 in Cycle II. Furthermore, students' responses and attitudes towards the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model were highly positive, demonstrating the effectiveness of the model in enhancing the quality of learning.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the learning motivation of students by applying the Discovery Learning model in class X1-IPS 2 at SMA Negeri 1 Tukka and to evaluate its enhancement. The research target is 25 students of grade XI IPS-2 at SMA Negeri 1 Tukka. The method employed is Classroom Action Research (CAR), comprising 2 cycles with 3 meetings each. Evaluation is conducted at the final meeting of each cycle. Results indicate an increase in student learning motivation from 40.67 before using Discovery Learning to 63.267 in cycle I and 75.33 in cycle II, with an increase of 13.79%. Student activity observation also shows improvement, from 60.14% to 68.88% in cycle I, and from 70.83% to 89.27% in cycle II, categorized as "very active". These findings indicate the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning model in enhancing students' learning motivation and engagement in the geography learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Economics among students of the eleventh-grade Social Sciences program at SMA Negeri 1 Toma through the implementation of the PBL cooperative learning model. The research method employed is action research involving 21 eleventh-grade Social Sciences students as the research subjects. The research is conducted in two cycles by collecting data through learning outcome tests, which are then analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results indicate that the implementation of the cooperative learning model effectively enhances students' learning outcomes significantly. The average learning outcomes of students increased from 76.77 in the first cycle to 82.97 in the second cycle, indicating an improvement of 6.22 points. This improvement reflects a significant enhancement in students' learning achievement from the category of fairly high in the first cycle to high in the second cycle. Consequently, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model has a positive impact on enhancing students' learning outcomes in Economics at SMA Negeri 1 Toma.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate methods to enhance the learning outcomes of creative economic subjects among 9th-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Pasaribu Tobing through the implementation of a problem-based learning model. The research findings indicate an improvement in student engagement throughout the stages of the Problem-Based Learning model in the subject of Social Sciences (Creative Economics), with nearly all types of activities exceeding 70% from Cycle I to Cycle II. Student learning outcomes showed improvement with the utilization of problem-based learning models. The increase in learning outcomes is evident from the rise in the number of participants achieving the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), which increased by 24.14%. The average learning outcomes score was 69.66 in Cycle I, which increased to 80.69 in Cycle II. Furthermore, students' responses and attitudes towards the implemented problem-based learning model were highly positive.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Laia in Hilimondrege Raya Village. This type of research is quantitative research that is causal in nature. The sample in this research consisted of 100 consumers. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction at UD. Laia in Hilimondrege Raya Village. In this research, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely: Y = 24.008 + 0.565 on consumer satisfaction. Then simultaneously there is a positive influence between the independent variable service quality (X) on the dependent variable consumer satisfaction (Y) using the SPSS 21.0 For Windows Evaluation Version program, obtaining an R Square value of 0.612 or 61.2%. The results of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained a t value of 5.128 > a t table value of 1.661 with a degree of freedom of 98 (100-2) at = 0.05 because 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that service quality influences consumer satisfaction at UD . Laia in Hilimondrege Raya Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to characterize Tri Hita Karana's moral principles as they appear in the H. Rhoma Irama album "Keramat". This study use content analysis as a qualitative tool. The findings of this study demonstrate that there are five moral values: (1) the value of honesty; (2) the value of discipline; (3) the value of caring for others and paying attention to them; (4) the value of respecting others; and (5) the value of fairness. Therefore, it may be claimed that one of the moral precepts present in the lyrics of many sacred songs is the moral precept of respect for other people. Suggestions (1) Teachers and music enthusiasts can learn a lot from this about overcoming obstacles in life. In addition, this holy song by H. Rhoma Irama has significant queries for all of us since it highlights how crucial it is for kids to obey their parents, particularly the mother who gave birth, reared, and took care of us all. The researcher proposes that listeners and admirers of this song should incorporate the five moral principles into their daily lives so that they can safeguard others no matter where they are; (3) the purpose of this research is to encourage readers to delve deeper into other albums to find more inspiration. It also serves as a resource for other scholars who bring up pertinent study topics.

Abstract

Fenomena berkurangnya jumlah mahasiswa setiap semester atau setiap tahun di Universitas Nias Raya, Teluk Dalam Nias Selatan, telah mendorong peneliti untuk mengetahui penyebab mahasiswa tidak lagi melanjutkan kuliah. Berhenti atau putus kuliah dapat diartikan sebagai perilaku meninggalkan perguruan tinggi sebelum lulus atau tidak menamatkan pendidikannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan penyebab seseorang mahasiswa putus kuliah atau berhenti kuliah, dengan mengidentifikasi penyebab mahasiswa tidak melanjutkan perkuliahannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada responden yang tidak melanjutkan kuliah. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori Charles Darwin. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa seseorang putus kuliah atau tidak melanjutkan kuliah karena daya juang rendah sehingga tidak dapat bertahan.
