Abstract

The research aims to determine students' learning motivation in Integrated Science-Biology learning at SMP Negeri 6 Susua. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach. This research data was analyzed using data reduction, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of this research concluded that what causes students' lack of motivation to learn is students' lack of attention to the subject matter (concentration), concentration is meant to focus all attention on the learning situation and lack of concentration can cause students to have difficulty learning. Lack of student participation and response when participating in teaching and learning activities (reaction). Reactions in learning activities require the involvement of physical and mental elements, as a form of reaction, so that learning must be active and students are slow in understanding the material (comprehension) and this results in low student learning outcomes. Suggestions for future researchers, the results of this research can be used as relevant research material.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of documented information about Nias culture, one of which is the maluaya dance. The maluaya dance, which was performed at funeral ceremonies for the nobility, is gradually losing its sustainability. This is because the implementation of the maluaya dance can only be carried out at funerals for the nobility (Si'ulu) and people who are classified as well-off, for the intellectual group (Si'ila) not all can carry it out because apart from looking at the family's abilities, they also have to fulfill several requirements. . The aim of this research is to determine the cultural semiotic meaning of the maluaya dance, the procedures for its implementation, the equipment and clothing used in the maluaya dance. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Based on the research results, the maluaya dance has two meanings, namely a discursive meaning and a presentational meaning. The researcher advises readers not only to know about the existence of the maluaya dance culture, but also to know the meaning contained in it and as one of the traditional cultural heritages of Nias, it is an obligation to preserve the culture that has been passed down from generation to generation.

Abstract

Learning difficulties or learning disabilities, also known as learning disorders or learning disabilities, are disorders that make it difficult for the individual concerned to carry out learning activities effectively. The factors that cause learning difficulties are not easy to determine because these factors are complex. This research aims to analyze students' learning difficulties in learning biology in class X SMA Negeri 1 Gomo for the 2022/2023 academic year. The approach used in this research is to use a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research that describes existing data, analyzes and interprets it. The research results that researchers obtained when carrying out research activities were as follows: the completeness of school facilities was still incomplete regarding biology subjects and most students found it difficult to learn scientific language so that this could result in students still getting grades above the KKM. The conclusion of this research is that: Based on the results of the research and discussion discussed in the previous chapter, the conclusion of this research is that students experience several difficulties in participating in teaching and learning activities in the classroom, especially in Biology subjects, such as laboratory rooms. not available, microscopes, projectors and several other facilities that support these learning activities. The reason why students find it difficult to learn scientific language is that students are less interested in studying and the books or teaching materials used only focus on one book, namely books published in the 2013 curriculum, so that students' involvement in learning is not fully able to follow it well. Based on the results of this research, the suggestion in this research is the need for school principals and related agencies to provide complete school facilities and infrastructure to support the continuity of learning activities well.

Abstract

This research aims to produce scientifically based products on circulatory system materials that are valid, practical and effective. This type of research is the development of a 4-D Model, namely defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The research method used in this research is research and development. Based on the results of the development of scientific-based LKPD on the circulatory system material for class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Lahusa, it can be used by teachers and students in teaching and learning activities, showing very valid results. This can be seen from the results obtained, namely the results of the validator (Lecturer) test with an average score of 87.49%, the results of the practicality test by the teacher with a score of 4, stated to be very practical, the practicality test by students with an average 3.87, stated to be very practical, testing students' effectiveness during the learning process using LKPD was categorized as very effective, student motivation results with an average score of 94.59% in the very high category and student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain showed very good results with average 84.5. So, it can be concluded that the development of scientific-based LKPD on scientific-based circulatory system material is declared valid, practical and effective and can increase student motivation and learning outcomes. The suggestion in this research is that science subject teachers should be able to use learning LKPD as teaching materials in the teaching and learning process because it can simplify the teaching and learning process activities and can increase student motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between students' learning interest and their academic achievement in Biology among Grade XI MIPA students at SMA Negeri 1 Telukdalam in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population consists of 108 students. Sampling was conducted using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique, resulting in 52 students selected as the research sample. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires to measure students' learning interest and documentation of Biology learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using correlation statistics and t-test. Based on the statistical analysis, the calculated t-value was 4.9796, while the t-table value at a 5% significance level with 50 degrees of freedom was 1.67591. Since the t-calculated value is greater than the t-table value, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between students' learning interest and their Biology learning outcomes. In other words, the higher the students’ interest in learning, the better their academic performance in Biology tends to be. Suggestion: Schools and teachers are encouraged to enhance students’ learning motivation and implement effective teaching strategies that foster learning interest, such as interactive methods, engaging educational media, and consistent positive reinforcement to help improve student outcomes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by experiencing deficiencies in financial and capital aspects, experiencing obstacles or deficiencies in aspects. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of creative economy development through the social youth community (MMB) of Botona'ai Village, Tugala Oyo District, North Nias Regency. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the research found are the role of village government in Developing a community-based creative economy, the government's desire to make creative villages, adequate quality of human resources. Advice is It is expected that creative industry players, as those who are directly involved in the development of the creative economy, are expected to develop design innovations and can maximize technology to promote products that have been produced so that marketing can reach a wider area and make Botona'ai Village, Tugala Oyo District, North Nias Regency known by the wider community as a creative village.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui apakah penerapan model pembelajaran Inquiri Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS dengan jumlah siswa 18 orang. Model pembelajaran Inquiri Learning Tipe Group Resume adalah model pembelajaran secara berkelompok dimana siswa yang berperan lebih aktif belajar dari beberapa topik yang ditentukan oleh guru yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam belajar IPS Terpadu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan SMP Negeri 1 Onohazumba dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VIII Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 18 orang terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Tiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan ditambah satu kali pertemuan pemberian tes hasil belajar. Hasil belajar siswa tidakmeningkat pada siklus ke-1, ternyata persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa belum memenuhi target yang diterapkan sebesar 71%. Maka dilanjutkan pada siklus ke-II 91,9%, dengan kategori sangat baik. Hal ini dapat meningkat karena siswa mampu membangun tim dengan baik. Kesimpulan melaui model pembelajaran Inquiri Learning merupakan pembelajaran yang di arahkan untuk membangun tim dan melibatkan peserta didik dalam meninjau ulang materi dari pelajaran sebelumnya.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran merupakan suatu wujud rencana yang terurai di bidang pemasaran untuk memperoleh hasil yang optimal penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Toko AMD Bazar serba 35.000 Telukdalam dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Jenis dan sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, strategi yang diharapkan adalah strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial dan selain itu juga menerapkan 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan bahwa memiliki strategi-strategi dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan yaitu: Strategi Produk terdapat berbagai macam variasi produk dan kualitas yang bagus dengan sistem penjualan yang berbeda-beda. Strategi harga memberikan Harga yang cukup terjangkau dan tidak mengambil keuntungan yang lebih. Strategi Tempat yang strategis sehingga mudah dijangkau oleh konsumen.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini adalah pada tahun 2020-2021 pelaksanaan dana Desa belum sesuai dengan perencanaan karena kurang diprioritaskan dalam pembangunan desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan dana Desa Bukit Burasi Di Kecamatan Hilisalawa’ahe. Jenis penelitian adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban telah dilakukan secara efektif sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat desa Bukit Burasi di Kecamatan Hilisalawa’ahe yaitu pembangunan fisik mulai dari tahun 2020-2021 telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah Pengelola dana desa Bukit Burasi di Kecamatan Hilisalawa’ahe pada tahun 2021 diprioritaskan pada BLT atau bantuan langsung tunai kepada masayarakat, sehingga pembangunan WC umum, gudang air, pembangunan parit, pembangunan rehabilitas jalan raya tidak mencapai target. Saran pada penelitian ini yakni (1) Diharapkan pembangunan desa sangat perlu diperhatikan pada skala pembangunan yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya, seperti pembangunan fisi baik balai desa, gedung TK, gapura sehingga membuat masyarakat semakin nyaman atas musyawarah yang telah dilaksanakan. (2) Diharapkan pada tahun 2021 pengelolaan pengguanaan dana desa perlu melakukan penataanusahaan yang efektif dalam penempatan dana desa seperti pembangunan gedung anak PAUD secara fisik.

Abstract

The background to the problem of this research is that students are less active in participating in the learning process and student learning outcomes are low. The aim of the research is to determine the application of comprehensive learning strategies to improve student learning outcomes in Civics subjects in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Susua. This research uses the type of Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were 20 class VIII students. Student learning results show that in cycle I the average student score was 63.25, the number of students who completed was 8 people with a completion percentage of only 40%, while there were 12 students who did not complete with an incomplete percentage of 60%. In cycle II, the average score increased to 76.75, all 20 students completed with a completion percentage of 100%. The conclusion of the research is that implementing thorough learning strategies can improve student learning outcomes in Civics subjects in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Susua. Researchers provide several suggestions, namely: 1) Teachers should apply thorough learning strategies to Civics subjects, because this strategy can activate students. 2) Students should always be active and directly involved in the learning process in each subject. 3) When conducting research, future researchers should plan for a longer time so that the research results obtained are more.
