Abstract

Abstrak Perancangan ini dilatar belakangi hasil pengamatan dalam menambah angin dalam roda kendaraan dengan menggunakan cara manual, hal ini sangat tidak efektif dan efisien. Seiring berjalannya perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini yang sangat cepat dan semakin maju, hal ini menimbulkan minat penulis untuk membuiat alat yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, maka dirancanglah kompresor menggunakan mesin freezer. Permasalahan dalam perancangan ini adalah: 1). Bagaimana merancang kompresor menggunakan mesin freezer? 2). Bagaimana respon masyarakat adanya alat kompresor menggunakan mesin freezer ?. Metode pengembangan yaitu alat kompresor yang awalnya cuma ada di bengkel-bengkel kini dirancanglah dengan menggunakan mesin freezer, guna mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengisi angin kendaraan roda dua. Hasil kesimpulan 1) Hasil penelitian ini sangat cocok digunakan untuk pemakaian dalam menambah angin roda dua, selain bodinya ringan, dan Tinggi kompresor ini 65 cm, panjang 38 cm dan lebar 28 cm. 2) Respon positif yang didapatkan dari pembuatan alat ini menyatakan kemudahan dalam penggunaannyaa, menyatakan kemudahan dalam perawatan, menyatakan bahwa model dari alat yang dibuat simpel dan mudah dibawa kemana-mana, dan menyatakan alat dapat digunakan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Abstract

This study focuses on the selection of bricks based on criteria. Many types of bricks have been marketed, but the many criteria and lack of knowledge and information about the types of bricks makes it difficult for customers to choose bricks. One alternative solution to solve this problem is to use a decision support system using the SAW method to make it easier for customers to make decisions about choosing bricks according to their wishes. The SAW method is used to determine the highest score from the ranking results, there are existing alternatives by calculating the predetermined criteria and weights. by using an application that can be updated according to customer needs. The results of implementing a Decision Support System using the SAW method help customers make decisions about choosing bricks more easily.

Abstract

This research was conducted to control inventory at PT.XYZ, which is a company engaged in ready-mixed concrete industry. The company has only used conventional methods in procuring raw materials. Based on the data observed over the past year, the company has incurred cost wastage on raw materials due to excessive ordering. The method used in this study is the economic order quantity (EOQ) and period order quantity (POQ) to determine the optimal ordering size and period by minimizing the total inventory costs that include ordering and holding costs. The study was conducted by collecting ordering and inventory data over the past year and analyzing the data using EOQ and POQ methods. The results showed that by applying the EOQ method, the company spent a total of Rp. 219.870.807 for all raw materials, while with the POQ method, the company spent a total of Rp. 373.361.217 for all raw materials. This indicates that the EOQ method produces lower total costs compared to the POQ method.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the flow of material movement to produce the layout of the signpost production facility at PT. Sarana Lalu Lintas, to reduce the distance of movement and material handling cost (OMH). The problem faced in the initial layout was the process flow in the production of signs that were not well arranged. The distance between spaces is far apart. Due to the distance between spaces, this has resulted in considerable material handling costs. The Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) are carried out based on the degree of proximity between facilities and then a proposed layout is made. A redesign of the layout of the laboratory facilities was carried out to lower the distance of movement and the cost of handling materials. The results of the study using ARC and ARD obtained a decrease in the distance of movement to 1,350 meters and material handling costs (OMH) of Rp2,199,717. Efficiency produced in the proposed layout was 37.16%.

Abstract

PT. Adi Reka Mandiri (ARM) is one of the Local Electronic ManufacturingServices that produces finished goods such as STB (Set Top Boxes), NetworkRouters and Smartphones. One of the products is Smartphone products, there arestill many defective products that are not in accordance with company standards.The percentage of smartphone product defects in the period January 2022 - June2022 reached 0.57%, exceeding the tolerance for product defects in the company,which was 0.1%. The types of smartphone product defects include LCD Crack, LCDBlack Spot, Speaker No Sound, Battery Leaking, Camera Fail, and FingerprintFail. This study aims to analyze the causes of defects and provide recommendationsfor improvements to improve quality. The method used is SPC (StatisticalProcessing Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). The stages inthe research began with collecting data, analyzing data with SPC, determining RPNvalues using FMEA, and recommending improvements. The results of the researchshow that the most dominant product defects are LCD Black Spot (47%), LCDCrack (22%), and Camera Fail (15%), the three defects account for 84%. The causeof disability is caused by human, material, and machine factors. The highest RPNvalue is 432 on a cracked LCD due to a lack of machine settings. The improvementrecommendation is to perform each configuration before assembling a new type.

Abstract

The mobility of the course of the production process of a mining company will increase if the means of transportation used are better. PT BSE Bayung Lencir as a provider of Dump truck transportation equipment has three fleets, including the Dump trucks of Renault, Scania and Mercy. In the Dump truck fleet there are many that are damaged so that they cannot operate and cause losses, both in terms of repair costs and due to the non-operation of the fleet. The Dump truck brand that experienced the most damage was the Mercy brand with 34 cases. Therefore, it is necessary to plan a preventive maintenance schedule for Dump truck engines so that PT BSE Bayung Lencir's consumer needs can be met and the costs incurred can be kept to a minimum. The stages in the research began with collecting data, analyzing data using the Age Replacement Method. after treatment with the AgeReplacement method, the right treatment time to do is every 24 days at a cost of Rp. 16,726,146, - the cost before determining the treatment time is Rp. 24,500,000, - thus the profit earned is Rp. 7,773,854, - So the company can make savings of 31%.

Abstract

Generator hidrogen adalah suatu alat yang memanfaatkan reaksi kimia air dari sumber energi listrik, perubahan energi ini biasa disebut elektrolisis air, pada generator hidrogen ini dapat berfungsi untuk memisahkan kandungan H2 dan O2 pada air yang kandungannya H2O. Kompor berbahan bakar hidrogen merupakan salah satu pilihan alternatif yang bisa digunakan untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga. Namun untuk saat ini belum banyak orang yang menggunakan jenis kompor tersebut, sehingga untuk menarik minat serta untuk meringkas tempat maka dibuatlah kompor yang dirangkai dengan rangka sehingga akan memudahkan operator dalam penggunaan. Dengan dibuatnya rangka ini diharapkan akan dapat meringkas kebutuhan luas area dari kompor hidrogen yang sudah ada. Bahan rangka yang dipilih adalah besi siku yang memiliki ketebalan 3mm dan dirangkai dengan sambungan las serta disusun membentuk sebuah rak untuk tempat kompor dan juga generator hidrogennya. Untuk distribusi pembebanan dilakukan secara merata sesuai dengan jumlah beban pada setiap bagian rangka. Tegangan tarik yang diperoleh pada sambungan las kampuh sebesar 1,27 N/mm2. Tegangan geser yang diperoleh pada sambungan las sudut sebesar 1,807 N/mm2.

Abstract

The production process is said to be efficient and effective if the process does not produce waste or waste, but in reality a company in carrying out its production process cannot be separated from waste. PT. Mandiri Jogja Internasional is an industry engaged in manufacturing, with production in the form of leather products, namely leather bags, leather shoes, leather wallets and others. In the process there is still waste as indicated by the large number of raw materials in the process of work scattered on the floor, there are still tools and materials that have not been considered by employees for storage, there is waiting time for sewing work, and there are old raw materials that have not been used. The existing waste must be minimized and eliminated so as not to harm the company. This study uses lean manufacturing with value stream mapping and kaizen to minimize waste and implement 5s. The results obtained by waste that often occur in the leather bag production process are overprocessing 3, transportation 1.8, waiting 1.5, defects 1.5, inventory 1, unnecesary 0.6 and overproduction 0. There are Non Value Added Activities (NVA) ) of the entire product manufacturing process is 157s from the analysis of the current state value stream mapping and value stream activity which has the largest percentage is value added with a percentage of 46%, while for non value added with a percentage of 29.10% and the smallest percentage is necessary but non-value added by 22.53%. Abstract

Sistem Informasi Surat Online Realtime pada Organisasi Badan Wakaf solusi teknologi informasi untuk mempercepat proses pengelolaan surat dan tugas secara efektif dan efisien. Sistem memungkinkan pengguna untuk menerima surat dari setiap unit secara real-time. Sistem dirancang untuk memudahkan proses pengelolaan tugas dari setiap unit, untuk dapat meminimalkan kesalahan, meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi biaya operasional pengiriman surat fisik. Notifikasi otomatis, arsip digital, dan sebagai tugas pada bagian atau unit merupakan fitur sistem ini. pengguna dapat memantau dan melacak status surat secara real-time, proses tindak lanjut surat. Implementasi sistem pada badan wakaf melibatkan beberapa tahap, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan sistem, uji coba dan peluncuran sistem. Tahap analisis kebutuhan mencakup identifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan pengguna, sedangkan tahap perancangan sistem melibatkan desain dan pemodelan sistem. Tahap pengembangan sistem melibatkan pengkodean dan pengujian sistem, sedangkan tahap uji coba dilakukan untuk memastikan sistem berjalan dengan baik sebelum peluncuran. Diperlukan pelatihan untuk pengguna agar dapat menggunakan sistem dengan benar dan efektif. Dalam implementasi sistem informasi perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan sistem oleh pengguna. Faktor-faktor ini termasuk keamanan dan privasi, kemudahan penggunaan, dan dukungan dari manajemen. Harapannya untuk efisiensi pekerjaan dan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan proses permintaan dari unit di bawah yayasan badan wakaf.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi saat ini begitu pesat sehingga peralatan sudah menjadi kebutuhan pokok pada lapangan pekerjaan, hal ini tentunya dapat di cegah dengan ada`nya antisipasi berbagai resiko antara lain kemungkinan terjadinya penyakit, ilmu system rangka dan otot manusia yaitu ilmu yang mempelajari bagian bagian dari kerangka tulang dan otot. Mengacu pada permasalahan ini di lakukan analisis terhadap 2 orang operator produksi paving di Pt.Duta Beton Mandiri dengan menggunakan metode nordic body map setelah di lakukan pengolahan data dari pengisian kuesioner NBM di dapatkan hasil skoring sebesar 65 untukn operator 1 dan 65 untuk operator 2. Yang mana terjadi resiko dalam kategori sedang.
