Abstract

The background of this research refers to many companies that cannot identify about the system effect and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) values, and cannot implement the right system continuously. So that, this research is to investigate some factors that influence the OEE values. The objective of this research were to investigate the effects of preventive maintenance to OEE and to decide whether of availability, performance, quality that most contribute to OEE values at PT. Astra Honda Motor. The design of this research applies case study to examine all hypothesis in this study. The methods used in this study was simple and multiple regression between independent variables and dependent variable. Data analysis used in this research were collected from preventive maintenance activity data and machining crank case production data. There were 91 average data of preventive maintenance activity and usable for analyzed by simple regression and 578 average data of machining crank case production completed and usable for analyzed by multiple regression. The result of research indicated that the first, preventive maintenance has no significant impact to OEE values. The second, availability give more contribution to OEE values than performance and quality.

Abstract

We argue that creating novel ventures consists of inductive analogical or metaphorical reasoning, which generates a platform for the creation and commercialization of novel ventures andfacilities the comprehension and justification of a vent lire. We argue that such inductive reasoning is shaped by two determinants (the applicability of prior entrepreneurial experience and the motivation to resolve uncertainly and acquire legitimacy) that interrelate to predict and explain pattern of analogical and metaphorical reasoning by which novice and experienced entrepreneurs construct meaning for themselves as well as others in the early stages of creating a venture

This research is descriptive and correlational research is to describe the characteristics of respondents and aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The research was conducted at the Bureau of Human Resources University of Trisakti by respondents as many as 32 people and using correlational and regression analyzes. The study found that the quality of the software (Xl) and user participation (X2) either individually or group have a strong influence and positive impact on user satisfaction (1J as the user s system. From this study several conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) there is a strong and positive relationship between software quality variables (Xl) to the satisfaction of the user m with r values of 0.584, (2) there is a strong and positive relationship between the variables user participation (X2) with user satisfaction (Y) with r value of 0.721 (3) The regression model obtained is Y = -2.125 + 0.304 software quality (Xl) + 0.397 user participation (X2), (4) regression models can state that the variable quality of the software and user participation is jointly affect user satisfaction as users of the system. It is shown from ANOVA test results were obtained Fcount of 22.642 with a significance level of F = 0.000 which is much smaller than 0.05, (5) The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.610 implies that, 61.0% user satisfaction can be explained by a variety of software quality and variety of user participation, while the rest is explained by other factors.

This study attempts to analyze post-purchase consumer regret and investigates the influence of impulse behavior to post purchase regret. The sample was collected and analyzed from 244 respondents of convenience store shoppers in ages in Greater Jakarta region. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS were used for data analysis and hypotheses testing. Results indicate that there is a significant effect of the impulse buying behavior in the four variables; the role of salesperson, sales promotion, the participation of reference groups and payments made by debit card. As a result, this study addresses concerns about disappointed consumers after making an impulsive purchase. This study emphasizes the importance of friendly and ready to help the consumers in sales person’s role to encourage consumers to make impulsive purchases. Furthermore, reference groups have an effect on impulsive buying behavior, and the tendency of consumers to shop more is high when accompanied with a mutual friend. In addition to sales person and reference group, promotions made by the store can also attract consumers and encourage them to make purchases impulsively. Additional value that can encourage the purchase of impulsive payment system is by using a debit card instead of credit card. In further research, the convenience store consumers do not make purchases in large quantities so payment using credit card does not give a significant effect while consumers can use a debit card in lieu of cash. Other research results show consumers regret after making an impulsive purchase. The negative consequence of consumer disappointment is that consumers become disloyal even spreading negative word of mouth. Thus, the company needs to explore these impacts in more detail and determine the factors that can reduce consumer disappointment This study examines the factors that cause and impact impulse buying behavior.
