Abstract

Local own-source revenue has an important role in supporting local government funding sources to finance all regional operational and development needs, and other forms of public services. Therefore, to increase local revenue, the government must optimize which sectors can contribute. One of the efforts to increase local own source revenue is by optimizing the potential in the tourism sector. The tourism sector will contribute to local own source revenue through tourist attraction fees and restaurant taxes. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the number of tourist attractions and restaurants on Local Own –Source Revenue in the Regency/City of Lampung Province in 2011-2020. The data in this study is secondary data obtained through the Central Bureau Statistics and the Lampung Provincial Tourism Office. This study uses panel data regression analysis with the program used, namely Stata14, and uses hypothesis testing on a significance basis of 0.05 or 5%. The results of this study indicate that (1) tourist attractions do not have a significant influence on Regional Original Income in Lampung Province (2) restaurants have a significant influence on Local Own-Source Revenue in the Regency/City of Lampung Province. In addition, from this study, it can be seen that the variable number of tourist visits and restaurants has an effect on Local source revenue. The data in this study is secondary data obtained through the Central Bureau Statictic (BPS) and the Lampung Provincial Tourism Office. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with an analysis method using panel data regression with the program used, namely Stata 14, and uses hypothesis testing on a significance basis of 0.05 or 5%. The results of the tests conducted in this study are that there is no significant effect where when tourist attractions increase it does not result in an increase in Local Own – Source Revenue. Restaurants have a significant influence on Local Own – Source Revenue in the Regency/City of Lampung Province in 2011 and 2020. This shows that restaurants are one of the indicators of increasing Local own-source Revenue  in  the Regency/City of Lampung Province

The study is quantitative descriptive research. The research method applied is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) based on input-oriented model with the Variable Return to Scale approach. Output is poverty rate. Three inputs used are education, health, and social protection expenditures per capita. The results show that out of the 23 regencies and cities in Aceh Province, only five regencies and cities are relatively efficient, there are Aceh Utara, Bireun, Banda Aceh, Lhokseumawe, and Aceh Tamiang. The data used in the study are Gross Regional Domestic Product, number of workers, number of inputs and outputs, number of final demands, and the number of primary inputs of East Nusa Tenggara in 2020 sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis method used is a quantitative analysis of the East Nusa Tenggara Input-Output Table in 2020 which was compiled from the update of the East Nusa Tenggara Input-Output Table in 2017. The results of the analysis show that the grain milling industry sector and the food and beverage industry sector have high output, income, and labor multiplier values or are above the average multiplier value of all economic sectors. Therefore, these two sectors can be considered as leading processing industry sectors in encouraging the growth of the processing industry sector to continue to make a major contribution to the economy

This research has two objectives, namely (1) measuring the SGDs index and (2) analyzing the role of development actors using the Quadruple Helix model which is a collaborative cooperation concept with a network that connects academics, government, industry and society, each of which will carry out appropriate development functions. based on common interests. The SDGs index is a composite index of the HDI which is a combination of economic and social pillars, IKLH to measure the environmental pillar and IDI is an indicator for the pillars of governance and law in Indonesia. The government's role in the SDGs is in accordance with its function as an allocator, distributor and stabilizer as measured by the variabels Ratio of Regional Government Expenditure to GRDP, Ratio of Regional Tax to GRDP, Inflation level and Regional Financial Effectiveness, while the role of the private sector is measured by the amount of Private Investment, Banking Credit and Per Capita Consumption Expenditure. The role of universities in achieving the SDGs is shown by the large Gross Participation Rate (APK) of universities and community indicators in society measured by the performance of micro and small businesses. The estimation method used is panel data analysis covering 33 provinces in 2016-2020, and the best model chosen is random effect. The dependent variable is the Sustainable Development Index, and the dependent variables include; Regional Government Expenditures, Tax Ratio is the ratio of regional taxes to Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Inflation, The level of effectiveness of regional, The amount of bank credit per province, Private Investment, Performance of Micro and Small enterprises, and Gross Participation Rate. The estimation results show that regional financial indicators significantly influence the SDGs index, while indicators of the role of industry show that the banking sector has not been significant in financing the implementation of the SDGs, while the performance of Micro and Small Enterprises has a significant positive influence on the SDGs Index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine The Monetary Policy Transmission Channel In Indonesia With A Single Target of Inflation For The Period 2016:08 - 2022:12. The research method used the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) for the period August 2016 until December 2022. This study uses secondary data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and CEIC (a company providing financial and macroeconomic indicator data). The results of this study show that inflation responses to the shock of variables in the Monetary Channel, Interest Rate Channel, and Inflation Expectation Channel is not very much. Viewed from the result of the Impulse Response Test and Variance Decomposition, the three channels for monetary policy transmission (monetary channel, interest rate channel, and expectation channel) must be more effectively implemented in Monetary Policy decision-making in Indonesia. The interest rate channel is the most effective channel among the three channels. The results of the Impulse Response test and Variance Decomposition prove that inflation responses to the shock of variables in the Interest Rate channel are the strongest and have the least time lag and variance of those variables. The most suitable variable used for an operational target in an interest rate channel is BI-7-Days-Repo-Rate (BI7DR). Based on comparation of the other two variables (deposit rate and interbank money market rate), the results of the Impulse Response test and Variance Decomposition show that BI7DR shock obtains strong and quick inflation responses.
