Abstract

This study aims to determine the "Analysis of Murabahah Operations on Gold Savings Products Against the Profits of Customer Trust Funds at Bank Syariah Indonesia (Case Study of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Panyabungan)". This research was conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Panyabungan. The method in this study uses qualitative methods with the form of data research (field research). The results showed that operations on gold savings products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Panyabungan use murabahah contracts, but also wadi'ah and istishna' contracts, and the analysis of murabahah operations on gold savings products on deposit fund profits at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Panyabungan shows that murabahah contracts are used in sale and purchase transactions on gold savings products with this savings model has special characteristics that make it unique.

Abstract

The area of smallholder oil palm plantations is directly proportional to the amount of waste produced, the Maslahah Theory plays a role here as a way to overcome it. However, with the waste of palm oil skewers on CV. Agro Hijau Aek Torop can make palm oil skewer waste that was once considered waste into a staple material with economic value. This study aims to find out how the impact of the use of oil palm sticks on increasing the income of the community's economic welfare in Aek Torop District. This study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and then supported by literature studies. Results and research show that waste from palm oil produces finished goods of economic value such as bags, plates, serving hoods & baskets and thus can have a positive impact on the surrounding community by opening new jobs for the surrounding community so that it can increase community productivity and reduce the unemployment rate.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Ijarah financing on Bank Syariah Indonesia's net profit from 2021-2023. Using a quantitative approach and secondary data from the bank's monthly reports (2020-2023), multiple linear regression analysis was performed with Eviews 12 software. Results indicate that Mudharabah financing does not affect net profit, while Musyarakah financing does, and Ijarah financing does not. Collectively, these financings significantly influence the net profit, accounting for 50.4% of the variation, with the remaining 49.6% due to other factors.

Abstract

The decline in the customer's business triggers non-performing financing where the customer is not good at managing his business so that he cannot fulfill his obligations to pay existing financing, and the lack of prudence in analyzing customer data is also a negligence for the bank so that it increases the amount of non-performing financing every year. This research was conducted in order to find out what factors cause non-performing financing, and how the settlement strategy is in bank aceh syariah. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the case under study, namely the settlement of problematic financing in a mortgage auction through KPKNL. While the data source of this research uses primary data, namely those obtained during interviews and observation activities to related informants, while secondary data is in the form of documents and previous literature. The results of the study found that the factors causing problematic financing are internal factors, namely the bank itself, and external factors that exist in the customer service. And the settlement carried out by Bank Aceh Syariah is by deliberation, billing, rescheduling, re-requirement, rearrangement, and execution of collateral.

Abstract

Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan produsen buah naga terbesar. Sekitar 80% pasokan buah naga di Indonesia berasal dari Banyuwangi. Desa Sukorejo yang terletak di Kabupaten Banyuwangi, sebagai salah satu penghasil buah naga, memanfaatkan lahan pertanian seluas 273 hektar khusus untuk budidaya buah naga. Dalam melakukan budidaya, inovasi terus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi. Salah satunya penggunaan lampu neon berwarna kuning yang dinyalakan pada malam hari untuk meningkatkan frekuensi jumlah panen. Akan tetapi, jumlah lampu neon yang banyak akan mengonsumsi listrik yang besar dan penggunaan listrik yang besar juga mengonsumsi biaya yang besar pula. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian masyarakat ITS menerapkan sistem panel surya yang terintegrasi battery storage guna menunjang penerangan lampu pada lahan pertanian buah naga. Dengan adanya sistem ini, penggunaan listrik dari PLN akan berkurang karena sebagian akan disediakan oleh panel surya dan battery storage. Pelaksanaan pengabdian terbagi menjadi 4 tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan peninjauan lokasi, tahap pengadaan alat-alat, tahap instalasi PLTS yang terintegrasi dengan battery storage, dan tahap penyuluhan kepada masyarakat Desa Sukorejo terkait sistem yang digunakan. Dampak yang diberikan kepada masyarakat adalah pengurangan biaya operasional melalui penggunaan energi baru terbarukan, sekaligus menjadi model pertama dalam pemanfaatan energi baru terbarukan mengingat besarnya potensinya di Desa Sukorejo.

Abstract

The role of financial institutions in developing the community's economy, particularly within the Sharia economy, is continually evolving to address the opportunities and challenges presented by the digital financial era. Financial institutions must strengthen their operations and services to enhance their contributions to the Sharia economy. In this context, students are encouraged to actively save at Islamic banks, as doing so represents an effective approach to financial management. This research employs a quantitative method, utilizing questionnaires distributed to students from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UINSU for data collection. The results indicate that the trend towards a halal lifestyle, along with advancements in digital technology, significantly influences the decisions of Generation Z students to utilize Islamic banking services. Public interest statements The findings of this study suggest that the growing interest of Generation Z in Islamic banking, driven by their commitment to a halal lifestyle and the influence of digital technology, presents a significant opportunity for the growth of the Islamic economy in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to determine potential marketing strategies to increase the number of customers in the online mitraguna financing product of Bank Syariah Indonesia, Kisaran sub-branch office. This research uses qualitative research methodology. In qualitative research, the findings are analyzed and then reported by the researcher. In this study, two different types of data were used, namely primary and secondary. Interviews were used to obtain primary data, while publications from relevant financial institutions as well as relevant scientific literature were used to collect secondary data. The results of the data analysis resulted in the largest threat weight of 0.092538, the largest opportunity weight of 0.571429, the highest weakness weight of 0.210526, and the highest strength weight of 0.421053. The average overall score of the Internal Factor Evaluation matrix is 2.736842, but the average score of the External Factor Evaluation matrix is 2.952381. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy that needs to be implemented lies in quadrant V, namely the strategy of maintaining and maintaining by obtaining 5 alternative strategies that are expected to contribute to the Bank Syariah Indonesia Kisaran sub-branch office to increase the number of online mitraguna financing customers.

Abstract

The development offinancing of the Islamic banking can not be separated from the role of the accounts officer who became mostimportant marketing personnel on the financial product. By running the functions and role of an account officerat Islamic banking financing the improvement can be realized. It was proven that the increase in 2013 amountedto 80,85% of the total disbursements of Islamic banking or Rp 135, 58 trillion invested in financing activities.Growth is directed to financing the real sector in the form of financing (mudarabah and musharakah), accountsreceivable (murabaha, istisna, and qardh), and in the form of ijarah financing. The development financing in 2013still dominated murabahah receivables amounting to Rp 80,95 trillion or 59.71% followed musharakah financingthat amounted to Rp 25,21 trillion (18.59%) and mudarabah financing amounting to Rp 11,44 trillion (8.44%), andqardh receivables amounting to Rp 11,19 trillion (8.25%). Factor of quality accounts officer was instrumental insupporting the development of Islamic banks, and on the one hand improve the ability of the real sector inemployment.

Abstract

The rapid growth of Islamic banking makes it necessary to measure the performance of Islamic banks using Islamic values as the basis. One method that can be used to evaluate the performance of Indonesian Islamic banks is the Islamicity Performance Index (IPI) method. This study aims to measure the financial performance of Indonesian Islamic Banks. This research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data used in this study is the ratio of profit sharing ratio, zakat performance ratio, equitable distribution ratio, Islamic income vs non Islamic income ratio, Islamic investment vs Non- Islamic investment Ratio taken from the annual financial statements of Bank Syariah Indonesia Syariah in 2021-2024. The results of this study indicate that the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia has not met all sharia standards. Of the 5 IPI ratios used, only 3 ratios consistently meet sharia criteria, namely the profit sharing ratio, Islamic investment vs. Non- Islamic investment ratio and Islamic income vs. Non- Islamic income ratio. While 2 ratios namely Equitable Distribution Ratio (EDR) and Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR) do not meet the sharia criteria of IPI because there are still elements that are not in accordance with sharia principles.
