Abstract

Permasalahan pembelajaran PPKn pada peserta didik kelas IX SMP IT Baitussalam Prambanan Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 yakni 1) pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang belum optimal, 2) pembelajaran monoton dengan ceramah dan penggunaan LKPD, 3) peserta didik yang belum memiliki keaktifan yang merata, 4) dan pemanfaatan ICT yang baru sebatas penggunaan media power point sebagai alat presentasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PPKn dengan dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan pemanfaatan google slide, baik dari sisi aktivitas belajar peserta didik, secara afektif dan psikomotor, serta meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.Desain penelitian ini yaiti penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan keberhasilan guru dalam menerapakan model pembelajaran PBL dengan pemanfaatan google slide.Hasil penelitian dari dua siklus yang dilakukan menunjukkan peningkatan dan keberhasilan guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran dengan pemanfaatan google slide terlihat skor keberhasilan siklus I mencapai 93% dan 100 % pada siklus II. Aktivitas belajar peserta didik meningkat dari 77% pada siklus I dan 86%pada siklus II. Karena pembelajaran PPKn dengan model pembelajaran PBL dan pemanfaatan google slide dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang aktif dan hasil belajar yang baik, maka diharapkan guru dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL dengan pemanfaatan google slide pada mata pelajaran PPKn. Sehingga kualitas pembelajaran PPKn menjadi lebih bermakna dan guru dapat lebih sering dalam berinovasi dengan berbagai metode yang dapat membuat pembelajaran PPKn menjadi menyenangkan.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran dapat mempermudah guru untuk berinovasi dalam menyampaikanmateri pelajaran, karena siswa mudah menerima dan menyerap pembelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Discursus Multy Reprecentacydi kelas XI SMK BNKP Daro-Daro Balaekha Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas.Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 33 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I sebesar 66,66% dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 100%. Peningkatan rata-rata persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar telah mencapai kriteria keberhasilan tindakan ≥75%.Kesimpulan penelitian adalah dengan penerapanmodel pembelajaran Discursus Multy Reprecentacydapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di kelas XI TKJ SMK BNKP Daro-Daro Balaekha.Peneliti memberikan beberapa saran, yaitu 1) Hendaknya dalam pembelajaran guru menerapkan model pembelajaran Discursus Multy Reprecentacy dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas khususnya pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan 2) Hendaknya dalam pembelajaran guru harus memperhatikan keaktifan siswa dalam belajar sehingga mampu mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena adanya masalah dimana dalam pelaksanaan tugas pokok serta fungsi aparatur pemerintahan desa idala jaya kecamatan maniamolo masih kurang dalam pelaksanaan tugas serta fungsinya masing-masing. Hal kecil namun dapat membuat sebuah masalah terhadap desa tersebut. Oleh sebab itu peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk menemukan mengapa pelaksanaan tugas pokok serta fungsi aparatur pemerintahan desa tidak berjalan dengan baik dan mengapa pelaksanaan administrasi pelayanan bagi masyarakat tidak berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui mengapa pelaksanaan tugas pokok serta fungsi aparatur pemerintahan desa idala jaya tidak berjalan dengan baik dan mengapa pelaksanaan administrasi pelayanan bagi masyarakat tidak berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ini telah ditemukan oleh peneliti yaitu pelaksanaan tugas pokok serta fungsi aparatur pemerintahan desa tidak berjalan dengan baik karena aparatur pemerintahan desa idala jaya kurang dalam pengalam kerja, fasilitas yang masih kurang memadai dan lebih mengutamakan kepentingan pribadi ketimbang kepentingan umum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada: (1) aparatur pemerintahan desa idala jaya kecamatan maniamolo harus lebih konsisten dalam melaksanakan apa yang menjadi tugas pokok serta fungsinya sebagai pemerintahan desa dan hendaknya diberikan pelatihan supaya tugas pokok dan fungsinya sebagai aparatur pemerintah desa dapat berjalan dengan baik. (2) hendaknya aparatur pemerintah desa mampu memberikan pelayanan secara cepat kepada masyarakat yang memiliki kepentingan dalam pengurusan berkas di desa, dan bisa terselesaikan dengan baik tanpa menunggu lama.

Abstract

Criminal law is a bad law, if a criminal sentence is imposed on someone, it will experience such a heavy misery, criminal law is no longer relevant to its implementation and what is most feared in criminal law is its implementation by law enforcers who have the authority which is still being influenced. by political interests. The paradigm of criminal law adopted is the paradigm of modern criminal law, which is not retributive. In this study, there are several problem formulations, namely first, what makes criminal law a bad law? second, what is the paradigma of modern criminal law? and in this study has a normative research method.

Abstract

This research aimed at analyzing the implementation of PPKn learning in the character building of eleventh grade TKJ at SMK Negeri 1 Toma. This research was designed by using qualitative approach. In analyzing the data, researcher used the theory which was proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely: data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions. In this study, there were two sources of the data, namely primary data and secondary data that were obtained from eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Toma. The results of this research were found by analyzing the process of implementing learning and through interviews. The implementation of learning carried out by the teacher in class has included character values. It can be seen from the learning process, PPKn is a core subject in instilling student character. Based on the research results that have been found by the researcher, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning process which carried out by teachers at eleventh grade TKJ in SMK Negeri 1 Toma has included character values. The character formation that has been instilled in students is quite good, although it is still not effective due to factors from students who still do not understand character, lack of civics lessons, and lack of self-awareness of these students. To minimize the obstacles that exist in character building, namely giving students an understanding and examples of disciplined character values, as well as fostering awareness in students about the importance of character.

Abstract

The learning process tends to be centered on the teacher, students do not understand the lesson because the learning model used by the teacher is not appropriate, so what is done by applying the Listening Teams learning model can change the learning system which has tended to be monotonous so far, to become more active in learning. This study aims to determine efforts to improve student learning outcomes in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects through the application of the Listening Teams learning model in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 O'o'u 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research uses the type of Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were 27 grade VIII students. Student learning outcomes show that in the first cycle of 62.96% and the second cycle increased to 100%. The average value of cycle I was 63 and increased in cycle II to 78. The conclusion of the study was that through the application of the Listening Teams learning model, student learning outcomes were obtained in the subject of Pancasila and Citizenship Education in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 O'o'u 2022 Academic Year /2023. The researcher gave several suggestions, namely: Schools, especially Pancasila and Citizenship Education subject teachers, should pay attention to learning models, which vary and are adapted to the subject matter being taught. The Listening Teams learning model should be applied to each subject because this learning model requires the activity of students as a whole. Develop further research with longer time planning so that the research results obtained are more optimal and effective.

Abstract

This study is motivated by low student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes through the application of learning methods discussion on subjects PPKn Class XI MIA-B Private High School campus Telukdalam. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the type of research is Class Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this study were students of Class XI MIA-B Private High School Kampus Teluk dalam Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Research object class XI MIA-B with the number of 23 people. The findings of the study using the learning method of discussion showed that the results of processing the value of learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained by 56.52% while the processing of the value of learning outcomes in the second cycle of 86.95%. It can be concluded that the discussion learning method is an effective learning method to improve student learning outcomes. Because the discussion learning method makes students more active in the teaching and learning process. Suggestions offered by researchers, discussion learning methods should be used as an alternative in learning because it can improve student learning outcomes more actively and effectively.

Abstract

This research is motivated by low student discipline. This is due to the lack of strict school discipline, for example students are often late, students often dress impolitely, students often do not attend school, students smoke in the school environment and students often play truant. The purpose of this study was to find out how school culture in improving student .discipline in class XI SMK Negeri 1 Lolowa'u. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive .approach. Data were collected using observation, interviews and documentation. The results .showed that school culture can improve student discipline through the habits and regulations that .exist in the school. Students are obedient and obedient to the values that are believed to be their responsibility. Through school culture such as school rules and activities formed by the school, it can improve student discipline and the formation of good student character. The conclusion of the research is that school culture is very important in providing encouragement to students so that students remain .enthusiastic in having good behavior and studying well so as to produce disciplined students. Suggestions, teachers are expected to pay more attention to student discipline in the school environment and outside school through activities or regulations that exist within the school, teachers are expected to continue to work with parents in improving student discipline.

Abstract

Nationalism is an understanding (teaching) to love the nation and its country or the awareness of one nation, which actually together achieves, maintains and maintains and serves the identity, integrity, prosperity and strength of the nation, the spirit of nationalism. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Civics teachers in instilling a spirit of nationalism in SMP 1 Onohazumba students at the Southern State Council and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the role of the civics teacher in introducing national blessings in . students Research methods with qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniquesusing the steps of data reduction, data display, inference and verification. material validity using observation, triangulation, peer review persistence through discussion. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's role in instilling a spirit of nationalism in students is to set an example and lead especially in ceremonies and morning meetings. Barriers to the role of the PPKn teacherin instilling a national spirit in students is the lack of national spirit education material according to the curriculum, so teachers must look for other material related to instilling a national spirit, for example. for example the material about the pillars of the state. One of the supporting factors for the teacher's role in introducing a sense of nationality among students is the existence of counseling activities aimed at each student, where students are invited to find out the nature and character of these students one by one. Regarding the suggestions that researchers can give, namely always trying to improve activities related to the national spirit by providing instructions on the benefits of the activities practiced so that students understand the meaning of national spirit and attitude.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the increase in student learning outcomes through the application of the Brainstorming Learning Model in the Citizenship Education Subject in Class X SMA Negeri 1 Toma in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research is a quantitative research carried out according to the Classroom Action Research (PTK) model, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Based on the results of the implementation of learning and research discussion it was concluded that the results of the percentage of students' learning completeness in cycle I only reached 61.76% with an average student learning outcome of 68.88 in the sufficient category. For the results of Observation of Teacher Respondents in Cycle I was 75% in the good category, while the results of observations of learning activities in cycle I were 53.33 in the poor category. After reflecting on cycle I, cycle II was carried out, that is, during the implementation of learning took place in cycle II, the percentage of student learning completeness was 100% with an average student learning outcome of 92.88 in the very good category. For the results of observing the learning activities of the teacher respondents in cycle II was 92.85 in the Very Good category while the results of observing the implementation of learning activities in cycle II were 94.44% in the Very Good category. Based on the research findings, the researcher can conclude that using the Brainstorming Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes, and can also improve the quality of learning. From the results of the research conducted, the researchers provide suggestions that it is better if the teacher in carrying out learning, especially in civics education subjects, applies the brainstorming learning model so that learning becomes more optimal and learning outcomes can be more improved.
