Abstract

This study aims to assess the effect of antecedent of relational quality such as satisfaction, trust, and commitment in consumers' loyalty Travel Bureau in Jakarta. This study used 252 consumer respondents Travel Bureau in Jakarta. Research variables have good reliability and validity, the concept model and hypotheses were tested with LISREL 8.80. The results showed satisfaction has a positive influence on confidence; Satisfaction has a positive influence on commitment; Trust had a positive effect on commitment, and confidence positive effect on loyalty; Loyalty consumers will be well established by the quality of the relational ties are good also (Satisfaction, Trust and Commitment). Theoretical implications of research that can be obtained that consumer loyalty are well formed if guided by satisfaction, trust, and commitment to the travel bureau. Travel Bureau constantly has to develop the ability to enhance the relational ties to consumers in order to create sustainable loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how macroeconomics variables, such as interest rate (BI rate), inflation, exchange rate rupiah, GDP per capita and the money supply, influence the demands of equity funds in Indonesia. This study use time series data from 2001 through 2011quarter by using multiple linear regression model and Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The result of this study indicates that Net Asset Value of equity funds in Indonesia has increased in 2002 — 2004 in the period of the study. It is influenced by 4 strong macroeconomics indicators in Indonesia along with the improving economic of the country. Downward trends of interest rate happened in early 2002 until 2005 has encouraged investors to search another alternative investment instrument, so that the demands of equity funds increased.

Abstract

The objective of research is to analyze about the influence of service delivery system to type C hospital image in Makassar. This analysis data used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to observe about interrelatedness between some variables.The population in this study is 225 persons of hospital medical patient in type C hospital in Makassar and spread to 75 hospital patients in Stella Maris hospital, 75 hospital patients in Akademis Jaury Yusuf Putra hospital, and 75 hospital patients in Grestelina hospital. The research result show that service delivery system composed of physical support and contact personal are significant and positif influence to type C hospital image in Makassar.

Abstract

A quality product starts from supplier as natural resources and human resources for manufacturer. Relationship between the seller and the buyer can give advantage for customer. Suppliers’s skill and ability to share information to the buying company as well as information exchange between supplier and buying company will affect cost for the buying company and will be beneficial for their future relationship. There are two types of cost that can be affected by the relationship between supplier and the buying company, namely: (1) acquisition cost and (2) operational cost. The objective of the research is to determine and to analyze the affect of supplier communication towards customer firm cost in manufacturer. Data collected from 200 buying organizations / manufacturers in Jakarta. For analyzing data, the research uses Structural Equation Modeling, statistical technic which enable test between one or several dependent varibles as well as one or several independent variables. The results indicate that: (1) the more often supplier communicate directly (face to face) or communicate in writing with buying company the lower acquisition cost and operational cost for the buying company, (2) it is determined that supplier's sales force is a skilled person who has the ability to explain the product sold thus the buying company has a complete understanding of the product and later will affect the selling process, acquisition cost as well as operational cost for the buying company.

Abstract

To be successful in the market, a company should continuously performs product development. However, quality of a new product has been known to have a very big impact on the success of that new product in the market and profitability of a new product. The quality of a new product is affected by contextual influences. The objectiveof this research is to find out the affecting contextual factors on quality of a new product. Data were gathered from 30 employess and 30 consumers in Jakarta by using a simple regression method. The results showed that.(1)  quality of a new product is positively affected by customer’ influence and quality orientation,(2)  quality of a new product has no effect by its innovation from the company point of view, (3) time pressure has no effect at all on quality of a new product.

Abstract

AbstractPurpose –This study aimed to analyze the effect of supply chain planning of operating performance through  anticipating new technologyDesign/Methodology/Approach: The research design used is hyphotesis testing and samples of this study are employees of PT Sinar Horizon Plastik consisting of 150 respondents. Analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS.Finding - The results of the research showed there were positive and significant influence on the supply chain planning on operational  performance. While the anticipation of the new technology can mediated the  effect of supply chain planning of operating performance. Keyword: suplly chain planning, in anticipation of the new technology, operational performance.AbstrakTujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja operasi melalui antisipasi teknologi baruDesain/Metodologi/Pendekatan: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengujian hipotesis dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Sinar Horizon Plastik yang terdiri dari 150 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) menggunakan AMOS.Temuan - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja operasional. Sementara antisipasi teknologi baru dapat memediasi pengaruh perencanaan rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja operasi.

Abstract

Abstract Purpose – The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Foreign Portfolio Investment and some of macroeconomic variables included gross domestic product, exchange rate, interest rate and inflation rate on stock market growth in Indonesia in the long run. Design/Methodology/Approach  - This study used descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study were secondary data with a time series period 2009 – 2016. To analize the data, several econometric techniques were applied in this study i.e. the unit root test, co integration test and Error Correction Model (ECM).Findings - Results of this study indicate that all variables are significantly effect on stock market growth in Indonesia in the short run and long run, except interest rate. Interest rate only has significant effect in the short run. This result can be reference or consideration for the government in formulating policies to improve the development of Indonesian stock market. Abstrak Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Investasi Portofolio Asing dan beberapa variabel makroekonomi terpilih yaitu produk domestik bruto, nilai tukar rupiah, suku bunga dan tingkat inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan pasar saham di Indonesia dalam jangka panjang.Desain/Metodologi/ Pendekatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan deret waktu kuartalan periode period 2009.1 – 2016.4. Untuk mengolah data, beberapa teknik ekonometrik digunakan dalam penelitian ini, antara lain, unit root test (uji akar unit), uji kointegrasi dan Error Correction Model (ECM).Temuan – Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa semua variabel penelitian mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan pasar saham di Indonesia dalam jangka panjang, kecuali tingkat suku bunga. Tingkat suku bunga hanya mempunyai efek yang signifikan dalam kangka pendek. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan atau pertimbangan bagi pemerintah dalam merumuskan kebijakan dalam rangka mengembangkan pasar saham Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose –The aim  of this research is to ascertain  the existence of self-relevant value and cafe-relevant value to electonic word-of-mouth.Design/Methodology/Approach: The primary data in this study obtained from distributing questionnaires using purposive sampling techniques. The data used are 210 respondents with criteria at least 17 years and until more than 45 years and have bought coffee shop such as Starbucks Coffee, Excelso, Coffee Bean and Maxx Coffee. Dependent variable in this research is electonic word-of-mouth, while the independent variables are self-relevant value (reflected appraisal of self, conspicuous value, self and image congruency) and cafe-relevant value (cafe quality and price fainess).The Quantitative methodology was used in this study. Data quality has passed reliability and validityFindings:The results showed a positive influence between reflected appraisal of self, self image congruency and cafe quality of cafes toward the electric keyword from word of mouth, while on the conspicuous value and price fairness of does not affect the electronic word-of-mouth. There are several managerial implications that can influence consumers to deliver eWOM by taking more attention to self-relevant value and cafe-relevant value. Abstrak Tujuan –Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan adanya nilai yang relevan dengan diri sendiri dan nilai yang relevan dengan kafe untuk kata-kata pilihan elektronik.Desain / Metodologi / Pendekatan: Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah 210 responden dengan kriteria minimal 17 tahun dan hingga lebih dari 45 tahun dan telah membeli kedai kopi seperti Starbucks Coffee, Excelso, Coffee Bean dan Maxx Coffee. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah electonic word-of-mouth, sedangkan variabel independennya adalah nilai self-relevan (mencerminkan penilaian diri, nilai mencolok, kongruensi diri dan citra) dan nilai relevan-kafe (kualitas kafe dan harga tidak mahal). Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Kualitas data telah melampaui keandalan dan validitasTemuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif antara penilaian tercermin diri, kongruensi citra diri dan kualitas kafe kafe terhadap kata kunci listrik dari mulut ke mulut, sedangkan pada nilai yang mencolok dan keadilan harga tidak mempengaruhi kata elektronik dari mulut ke mulut. . Ada beberapa implikasi manajerial yang dapat mempengaruhi konsumen untuk memberikan eWOM dengan lebih memperhatikan nilai yang relevan dengan diri sendiri dan nilai yang relevan dengan kafe.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji praktek tanggung jawab sosial di Indonesia dan hubungannya dengan kinerja perusahaan. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Kumpulan data panel dikumpulkan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2010-2014 untuk mengukur GRI sebagai proksi variabel CSR dan kinerja keuangan (ROA, ROE dan EVA). Regresi data panel berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh CSR terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Hasil – Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa praktik CSR hanyalah pemenuhan kewajiban dan tidak berpengaruh pada kinerjaKeterbaruan/Nilai -  Penelitian ini tidak hanya mengukur kinerja keuangan berdasarkan akuntansi (ROA dan ROE) tetapi juga kinerja berbasis pasar (EVA)  Abstract Proposed – This paper aims to examine the corporate social responsibility practices in Indonesia and it’s relation to firm performance  Design/Methodology/Approach – A panel data set gathered from Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2010-2014 period to measured GRI as a proxy of CSR and financial performance variables (ROA, ROE and EVA). Multiple panel data regression was used to analyze the effect off CSR to firm performance.Result – This result found that CSR practice was only an obligation fulfillment and had no effect on performanceNovelty/Value -  This study not only measured financial performance by accounting-based (ROA and ROE) but also market-based performance (EVA)
