Insight Power (Kekuatan Wawasan) - Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Digital (JUPED)
Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Digital Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Digital (JUPED) terbit pertama pada bulan Februari 2022, yang dikelola oleh Tim Insight Power dan LPPM STIKes SITI HAJAR. JUPED berisi tentang hasil penelitian untuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat atau hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang terkait dengan semua bidang ilmu yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat umumnya. JUPED bertujuan menjadi media untuk mempublikasikan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berkaitan dengan segala bidang ilmu. JUPED terbit 4 (kali) setahun yaitu bulan Februari, Mei, Agustus, dan November. Artikel karya tulisan ilmiah yang ada di dalam Jurnal ini telah ditinjau, dan direvisi. Penulis artikel bertanggung jawab atas apa yang dipublikasi. Redaksi mengundang para Peneliti, Dosen, Mahasiswa, Profesional dan Praktisi untuk mempublikasi karya tulisan ilmiah hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat dibidang yang terkait dengan segala bidang ilmu hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang belum pernah diterbitkan secara resmi. The Digital Community Service Journal (JUPED) was first published in February 2022, which is managed by the Insight Power Team and LPPM STIKes SITI HAJAR. JUPED contains research results for community service or community service results related to all fields of science that are beneficial to society in general. JUPED aims to be a medium to publish the results of community service related to all fields of science. JUPED is published 4 (times) a year, namely in February, May, August, and November. The scientific writing articles in this journal have been reviewed and revised. The author of the article is responsible for what is published. The Editors invite Researchers, Lecturers, Students, Professionals, and Practitioners to publish scientific writings resulting from community service in fields related to all fields of knowledge resulting from community service that has never been officially published. <![CDATA[Baby massage is also known as stimulus touch or touch therapy. It is called touch therapy because it is through this baby massage that there will be comfortable and safe communication between the mother and her baby. This social service is giving baby massage for optimal growth and development. This activity was carried out at the Posyandu BTN Ciereng which is located in Kab. Subang. The purpose of this activity is to increase the baby's sense of comfort, and provide fitness. The results of this activity showed an increase in comfort, fitness, good fine and gross motor skills, and a good baby mood. <![CDATA[The need for Internet access today is very important. The Internet was a good alternative for finding the latest information, articles, and knowledge. Bandwidth sharing or bandwidth management using a mikrotik router on each host/user is an important part for internet service providers to do. Amir Hamzah High School (SMA) is one of the high schools located in the city of Medan. High school in Indonesia today requires skills in the field of networking. Which bandwidth management divides the network quota either at school or in other public places. Bandwidth is the most important part of a network, therefore bandwidth or bandwidth management is very much taken into account in order to create fast and flexible access in order to maximize internet connection according to the needs in each section, it is necessary to have bandwidth management to share the amount of bandwidth needed. bandwidth management is very easy and efficient to be used by every internet service provider because by using bandwidth each host/user will get bandwidth with the same level or size without disturbing the bandwidth of other users/hosts. This activity is an activity that aims to provide basic bandwidth management training to Amir Hamzah High School students where based on the activities that have been carried out, it was found that 44% of students could apply the training material very well while the other 56% could only apply part of the material presented.Keywords: Community Service, Network, Bandwidth, Mikrotik, Highschool]]>

<![CDATA[MSMEs are part of the national economy that is self-reliant and has great potential to improve people's welfare. MSMEs have a significant role in the country's economic growth. The biggest problem is how SMEs can survive, compete and develop because it is related to the achievement of profits and the need for business capital. In order to achieve business goals, MSME actors must pay attention to the optimal selling price of their products. The selling price of products that are too low or too high will make profit not maximized, or will even result in losses. Forum Akademisi dan Praktisi Desa (FAPDes), where Universitas Harapan Medan is one of Education Institutions/University that joins it, provides assistance for Village Superior Products to MSME actors. <![CDATA[This service activity is in the form of counseling related to balance in the elderly to find out balance disorders in the elderly. This activity was carried out at the Ciereng BTN Complex located in Subang. The results of this activity are patients with balance disorders, aged over 52 years and over, as many as 10 people with balance disorders on average are women with balance disorders. Constraints faced in the balance disorder test are more common in women than men. Through the Fukuda test they will find out if they have balance disorders, the Fukuda test is considered abnormal if the deviation to one side is more than 30° and or shifts more than 1 meter. The purpose of the balance test in the form of a Fukuda test is to determine the risk of the elderly experiencing balance disorders. It is hoped that the elderly after knowing the results of this Fukuda test can maintain a healthy lifestyle and reduce activities that can worsen balance disorders. <![CDATA[Staining is one way to do research to identify eggworms. The dyeing technique explains the material and description of the worm egg under the microscope and helps to distinguish it from the surrounding feces. A widely used method for staining histological tissue with hematoxylin and eosin. A commonly used stain for the above colon nematode examination is eosin stain. Rhodamine B dye is used instead of eosin dye to add a reference dye. The method used is experimental and uses eosin-controlled rhodamine B concentration ratios of 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2% to 3%. The worm egg morphology is clearly visible from the outer layer to the inner layer, the field of view of the rhodamine B dye is clearly visible, and the color contrast of the egg is also clearly visible. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that Rhodamine B can be used as an alternative to the dye eosin. <![CDATA[ Midwifery services have been around for a long time. The number of health developments so that there are also many health practices such as midwives. In this case, it is often found or the occurrence of midwifery malpractice is detrimental to the community. According to news reports, many of the practices of certain midwives are not in accordance with the procedures for issuing practice permits, resulting in malpractices that are detrimental to consumers/society. The purpose of this service is to provide counseling to midwives about midwifery practice in terms of legal aspects. <![CDATA[Pregnancy is an event that begins with conception (fertilization) and ends with the onset of labor. Pregnancy is a change to continue offspring that occur naturally and produce a fetus that grows in the mother's womb. Pregnancy causes physiological changes in pregnant women. During pregnancy, there are changes in almost all maternal systems and organs. The percentage of discomfort that appears in pregnant women is 20% leg swelling, 10% leg cramps, 60% shortness of breath, 20% headache, and 70% back pain. A mother's psychological changes will change in each trimester. Changes in the mother's psychological condition occur due to the increase in the hormone progesterone during pregnancy. Pregnancy anxiety 21% of pregnant women have clinical symptoms of anxiety and 64% will continue in the puerperium. Pregnancy exercise is an important method to maintain or improve the physical balance of pregnant women to facilitate a safe delivery process. The purpose of this pregnancy exercise is so that pregnant women can facilitate a safe delivery process. As a result of this activity, pregnant women are very enthusiastic about participating in and hearing the education provided by the committee. 10 pregnant women participated in this activity, but when the pregnancy exercise was taking place 3 people felt tired, then the committee instructed the pregnant women to rest and do breathing exercises. <![CDATA[The purpose of this service activity is to provide information to parents, PAUD teachers about methods of character building in children. Character building is very effective starting from an early age, because early childhood still has an imitation spirit, meaning that if given a good example, it will be good too. The targets to be achieved after the implementation of this activity are parents and PAUD teachers so that character building must begin when children are at an early age. The method in this service activity is the lecture method and interactive question and answer with partners. Overall this service activity went smoothly and received a good response from parents and teachers. The majority of participants hoped that this activity would not stop there, but that there would be more intensive follow-up. <![CDATA[Osteoarthritis, known as a degenerative disease, is one of the most common medical problems and causes symptoms in the elderly and middle-aged people. It occurs in people of all ethnicities, is more common in women, and is the most common cause of long-term disability in patients older than 65 years. WHO reports that 40% of the world's elderly population will suffer from Osteoarthritis, of which 80% have limited joint motion. Exercise therapy used to prevent the occurrence of Osteoarthritis is Calf Muscle Exercise and Stretching Quadriceps which aims to improve the quality of motion and reduce pain in the knee. The result of this activity is that the elderly gain knowledge on how to prevent and treat when they are exposed to Osteoarthritis or knee pain. <![CDATA[Personal hygiene is an effort made by individuals to maintain personal hygiene to avoid disease. In personal hygiene, teeth and mouth need special and good attention according to predetermined procedures. It is very important to pay attention to the teeth and mouth, otherwise, there will be infection and damage to the teeth. Tooth decay in children is also the number one dental problem that occurs among preschoolers. The service is carried out for 1 day, the location of the implementation is in ABA 2 Kindergarten Education, East Kisaran, Asahan Regency, during which time what has been provided by the Kindergarten runs effectively and efficiently. During the service activities, the kindergarten children were enthusiastic and felt happy, and able to give positive results when asked questions. Most of the children were enthusiastic and cooperative in participating in this activity.
