Abstract

The lack of disclosure by families, both parents and children, has indirectly opened the door wider to adolescents' deviant behavior, especially premarital sex. Unwanted pregnancy (KTD) is an example of one impact of having premarital sex. Adolescent pregnancy under the age of 20 has an impact on increasing the number of maternal deaths that occur in the world and in Indonesia. This community service aims to increase youth knowledge about premarital sex with a total of 55 participants. The results of the evaluation during the activity process were that all participants understood the counseling material. The results of the evaluation during the activity process were that all participants understood the educational material. With this counseling, it is hoped that students will be able to increase their adolescent knowledge about the effects of pregnancy, so that they can prevent and avoid pregnancy.

Abstract

Training is a forum for companies to build capable human resources towards a globalization era which is full of competition and challenges. Bariqi (2018) describes several objectives and benefits of training, namely for productivity, quality, workforce planning, morale improvement, indirect compensation, occupational safety and health, prevention of expiration, and personal development. The preparation of this training program has two stages, namely determining the theme of the training and compiling training modules based on the problems that have been determined. The results of this training showed that there were 75% or 27 participants who experienced an increase in knowledge, and 25% or 9 participants who did not experience an increase in knowledge. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge as measured through the pretest and posttest of 50% + 1 participant, so that the training carried out affects the level of understanding of participants regarding professionalism in work.

Abstract

SMK education in Indonesia is carried out to provide opportunities for students to work after graduating from school. Makassar SMTI Vocational School is a level of education directly supervised by the ministry of manpower that is oriented towards the industrial world. Because of this, students need debriefing in the form of career preparation (career ready) to face the world of work. The purpose of this training is to provide provisions for SMK SMTI Makassar students about themselves to prepare for the world of work. The method used is the provision of interventions in the form of training. The results found from this training are students get contributions of knowledge related to work preparation. After participating in the activity, 193 were satisfied with the training conducted.

Abstract

The need for sufficient human resources in the industrial world is of great concern, especially for individuals who are involved in the industrial world, including at the level of education directly supervised by the agency or ministry of manpower with an orientation towards the world of industrial work. The purpose of this research is to provide students with provisions related to self-awareness in order to make it easier for students to know themselves and future goals for career preparation in the world of work. This study uses the psychoeducational method by presenting experts as presenters to provide additional knowledge related to self-awareness. The result of this psychoeducation is that students get additional knowledge in the form of the importance of self-awareness, supporting and inhibiting factors, what benefits can be obtained by cultivating a sense of self-awareness, as well as tips for increasing self-awareness. 95% of the 193 participants were satisfied with the self-awareness psychoeducation (workshop).

Abstract

Communication that exists between rehabilitation staff at the Wirajaya Center in Makassar and deaf PPKS (Recipients of Social Welfare Services) can be said to be ineffective due to a lack of understanding by rehabilitation staff regarding sign language. This sign language training aims to help rehabilitation staff at the Wirajaya Center in Makassar to communicate with PPKS for the Deaf. The training implementation method used is training and mentoring with an active participatory strategy. This training was carried out in 2 sessions, namely November 24-25 at the Wirajaya Pettarani Sentra and November 28-29 2022 at the Salodong Wirajaya Sentra. The results of this training show that the rehabilitation staff who are participants already know and understand the signs of the alphabet and other words, from knowing only 1 to 2 words to knowing a few words. Participants were also able to practice using sign language after being given material and using sign language in providing interventions for Deaf PPKS.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to introduce educational game tools to orphans and school dropouts to equip, develop skills, and add insight and get active, creative and fun learning for early childhood. The target for this service is orphans and school dropouts aged 3-6 years, totaling 33 children in Pidoli Dolok Village, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. Implementation of community service activities using learning communication methods in the form of lectures, discussions, micro teaching and making educational game media tools. The presenter provides learning communication in the form of a lecture. Then, discussions were held with participants regarding the Calistung material through Game Tools. At the end, the children will be invited to learn using the Educational Game Tools that have been provided. The output obtained from this activity is that early childhood is assisted in understanding reading, writing and arithmetic material through early childhood games. The results of this activity can also find out who are early childhood children who are not yet capable of calistung and gain knowledge of calistung after participating in this activity.

Abstract

The need to improve the quality of teachers is something that must be done by educational units. SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro Kab. Pangkep took the initiative to improve the skills of teachers, especially in making information technology-based learning media. The goal is to increase the quality of learning processes and outcomes in schools. The community service implementation team was asked to provide assistance in activities to improve the skills of SMP Negeri 1 Bunggoro Regency teachers. Pangkep in terms of making information technology-based learning media. This training program can meet the needs of the community (teachers) within the scope of SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro Kab. Pangkep in order to improve the quality of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Bungoro Kab. Pangkep, especially in making information technology-based learning media. This training program is also carried out in the context of the success of government programs for teachers so that they are literate in technology and apply it in the learning process which results in the effectiveness of achieving learning objectives.

Abstract

This PPL activity is carried out through guided teaching practices carried out by STIT Ibnu Rusyd Tanah Grogot students at MTs 1 Paser for three months. Implemented by STIT Ibnu Rusyd Tanah Grogot students at MTs 1 Paser for three months. In its implementation, each students make learning tools and learning media in the form of in the form of Daily Activity Plans (RKH), Child Development Assessments, Analysis of Improvement and Enrichment and completing portfolios. Improvement and Enrichment and complete the child's portfolio. Students make educational media by considering several aspects and creative value, effective, efficient and interesting for children. The results achieved in Field Experience Practice activities involve two important things, namely classroom learning practices and making learning tools and learning media. The experiences that students have gained are expected to be new knowledge that can be applied later.
