Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in Elementary Schools is reflected in thematic-integrative learning. Some subjects are combined and integrated into the theme, except PJOK, Religious Education and Local Content. Learning local content aims to develop the local potential of the region through education. Local content subjects in Elementary Schools are developed in accordance with their respective regional policies. Regional languages ​​become local content set in Central Java. There are several obstacles in implementing Javanese language learning in elementary schools. One of the obstacles is students who begin to leave Javanese as a daily language. The implementation of learning is still not meaningful for students, it makes students increasingly not interested in learning Javanese. The various difficulties in learning the local content of Javanese language need to be overcome by various solutions and actions both in terms of learning, as well as government policies and adapted to the implementation of the 2013 curriculum that currently applies. Solutions to overcome these problems are in the hands of principals, teachers and students themselves.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the difference between Round Club Learning Model with Jigsaw Learning Model in PPKn study session. The study was held in State Elementary School Kapuk 14 Pagi West Jakarta on its second semester of the 2016-2017 academic year. The research population of 54 students were all observed using the saturation sampling technique. The research used Round Club Learning Model in Experiment Class 1 and Jigsaw Learning Model in Experiment Class II. The round Club Learning Model was designed for a group work where students in groups help each other constructing the concept to conclude a problem.While Jigsaw Learning Model pushes students to actively help each other in gaining comprehension to achieve maximum result. The analysis result reveals, from data significance test, a result of tcount= 2,83 > 2,009 = ttable with significance level = 0,05 In accordance to the research criterion of H0 rejected H1 accepted, with student achievement average from Experiment Class 1 (V-A) 85,46 and Experiment Class II (V-B) 77,67 it could be concluded that there is a difference in PPKn results from students with Round Club Learning Model compared to students with the Jigsaw Learning Method.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Science Worksheet Based-HOTS on cognitive learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 4 and 5 Jakarta. Design research in this research is Quasi Experimental Design or commonly called a quasi experiment. with the aim that researchers can control all variables that affect the course of the experiment. The independent variable is the use of Science Student’s Worksheet based-HOTS and the dependent variabel is students' cognitive learning outcomes. The research subjects were 62 students, consisting of 34 students for the experimental class, and 28 control class students. The research instrument used to collect data is a test of students' Cognitive Science learning outcomes. Data from the pretest and posttest results were analyzed using independent t-test with a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05). Based on the data from the t-test analysis results obtained for pretest values, t-count ≥ t-table is 1,810 35 2,035 so it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the control class and the experimental class. Whereas for the posttest value, the value of t-table is 10,053 ≥ 2,035, it can be concluded that there are significant differences between the results of the post-test control class and the experimental class. This shows that there is a significant effect of the application of Science Worksheet Based-HOTS to Student’s science cognitive learning outcomes of elementary school students of Class V Muhammadiyah 4 and 5 Jakarta

Abstract

Indonesian government launched Gold Generation 2045 to anticipate demographic bonus that projected to be at the peak in 2030. Character education in preparing students for puberty were critical and potential intervention to build the principles of healty and responsible individual nowaday and in the future. This article aims to review the situastion and conduct SWOT analysis by disscuss as much as 13 articles and some research findings or surveys as well as books. Character education in Kurikulum 2013 have beed developed and still being enhanced to make it affordable and relevant to ideal education principles for Indonesian students. The role of school, family, and community are noteworhy to achieve holistic and integrated education goals.

Abstract

Corruption almost did in all of side government start from underling to elite. It is did massively by scandalist used various manner and type wich very complex without see the status. Therefore, need the effort for extirpate it, especially for elementary school students did prevently. It is effort can did with build anticorruption education in elementary school. This is have purpose for give knowledge, kind, and the manner prevent various corruption form. Anticorruption education is the effort to do awarely for teach anticorruption education. Not only the teacher have obligation for teach it, but also headmaster as a leader in elementary school have important role to build anticorruption education. Curriculum of anticorruption education emphasized on all of lessons such as social studies, natural science, and language. Whereas for give various fasilities the style of student study (visual, auditory, and cinestetic), then teacher could use various models instruction so the activities learning not monotonous and students not bored quickly. The assessment could used on anticorruption education is authentic assessment.

Abstract

In learning activities, learning objectives can be achieved if students are active in learning activities. The form of activeness of learners in learning is seen from how he expresses opinions, responsibilities, and involvement in learning groups. Therefore, teaching materials are needed that can make students active, as a tool in the learning process and can be used as a learning resource. One of them is the Student Worksheet (LKPD). However, the LKPD circulating in schools contains more emphasis on questions and filling in questions without explaining how the answers to these questions are obtained. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an LKPD that aims to find out the stages in making LKPD based on Problem Based Learning in style material in grade IV elementary school, to determine the feasibility of LKPD to be used as teaching material, and to find out students' responses to LKPD based on Problem Based Learning. This research was conducted in Panancangan 2 Elementary School in Serang City with the research subject of class IV students numbering 20 in a limited trial. The type of research used refers to the development model of Borg & Gall Sugiyono modification which consists of 6 stages: (1) Problem Analysis, (2) Collection of information / data, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) Design Revision and (6) Limited Trial. Based on the data analysis it can be concluded that the quality of the developed LKPD is included in the excellent category so that it is feasible to use with a percentage of 95.6% of 2 material experts, 100% of media experts, and 92.3% of linguists. Whereas, for the responses of students the results were 98.4% with very good categories. Keywords: development, student worksheet, science, problem based learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the role playing model in the material of plant parts in the fourth grade of elementary school in science learning. In this case the researcher deepens the science learning material in parts of plants by applying the role playing model, where students will play roles as plants or one part of the plant. The method used by researchers is Classroom Action Research (CAR) by doing two cycles using different actions. After doing two actions on learning, learning outcomes and student activities in learning will increase seen from the average test results starting from the first cycle to the second cycle. In the first cycle the overall average score was 47.6, and in the second cycle 76.8. From the data obtained, it can be seen that in each cycle there is an increase. Thus the model used by researchers in science learning material of plant parts is very suitable to improve student learning outcomes in the learning process to be even better. Abstract

This study aims determine “ learning difficulties in Mathematics Subjects In Polak Bagik 2019 Academic Year. In this study researchers used a qualitative approach because the data obtained in the field are data that produce descriptive data in the form of information or information relatedtoexisting titles not in the form of numbers. The data collection methodes used are the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Inductive data analysis techiques, by means of collecting data, reducting data, presentinfg data and drawing conclusions, and validating the data is done by triangulation and sufficiency of references. The result this study indicate the student have difficulty learning n the operation of mathematical numbers, calculation, understanding problem language and difficuly working on mathematical formulas. Faktor that cause student learning difficulties, come from internal factor and external factors. The teacher strive to overcome student learning difficulties by doing remedial or inprovement, providing and learning motivation.

Abstract

Instructional media especially audio visual media is very lacking in science learning causing students to get low learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of audio visual media on science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN Duri Kepa 05. This study used a pre-experimental design type one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique that will be used by researchers is the nonprobability sampling Purposive sampling model. The number of samples used were 28 students from 31 students of class IV C. Instrument research was a multiple choice test of 30 questions and questionnaires as many as 20 statements. Before the instrument was used first it was tested on 28 students of class VB in SDN Duri Kepa 05. The results showed that the average pretest value was 59.29 and the posttest value was 75.07, for the significance value at the pretest of 0.126, the significance for posttest is 0.082, and the significance of audio-visual media is 0.200, each significant value of more than 0.05. Hypothesis testing with t test obtained a significant value of 0,000 <0,05, which means that there are significant differences, while the value of t is equal to 12,515 which means that the pretest value is smaller than the posttest of 12,515 so it can be stated that audio visual media have positive significant effect on learning outcomes.
