Abstract

JF Legal Network is an integrated enterprise operating at the intersection of the legal and business sectors. Its service portfolio includes accreditation and legal positioning services, specifically comprising Jakad Journals for article editing, Jakad Media for legal publishing and printing services, and a law firm. A significant operational challenge identified within the company is the complexity of its order management process. Currently, the recording of incoming and outgoing orders is conducted manually, which leads to inefficiencies and delays in generating order reports for management. To address this issue, this study proposes the development of a centralized web-based order management application. The system will be developed following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, utilizing PHP, MySQL, and the Laravel framework. The primary objective of this system is to streamline the order recording process, thereby enhancing accuracy and timeliness in management reporting.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of service quality, price discounts, and application usability on customer satisfaction among ShopeeFood users in Surabaya. In the contemporary digital era, application-based food delivery services have experienced substantial growth, with ShopeeFood competing alongside numerous similar platforms in an increasingly saturated market. Understanding the determinants of customer satisfaction has become critical for maintaining competitive advantage in this sector. This research employed a quantitative approach utilizing a survey method. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed via Google Forms to 75 respondents who were identified as regular ShopeeFood users in Surabaya. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26. The findings reveal that service quality does not exert a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Conversely, both price discounts and application usability demonstrate significant positive effects on customer satisfaction. These results indicate that ShopeeFood customers prioritize promotional pricing strategies and user-friendly application interfaces when selecting food delivery services. The study contributes to the understanding of consumer behavior in digital food delivery platforms and provides practical implications for service providers seeking to enhance customer retention through targeted strategic interventions.

Abstract

Waste management has become one of the most pressing urban challenges in developing countries, where rapid population growth and urbanization increase the volume of household waste beyond the capacity of municipal services. This study explores community perceptions of waste management practices in selected urban neighborhoods, focusing on residents’ experiences, attitudes, and challenges in participating in waste reduction and recycling programs. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, and field observations involving 30 residents across three neighborhoods. The findings reveal that while communities recognize the importance of proper waste management for health and environmental sustainability, barriers such as limited infrastructure, lack of consistent education, and weak enforcement of regulations hinder effective participation. Cultural norms, economic considerations, and local leadership also shape attitudes toward waste disposal practices. The study highlights the critical role of community engagement, awareness campaigns, and participatory governance in strengthening sustainable waste management. Policy implications suggest that interventions should integrate local perspectives, build trust with residents, and ensure long-term accessibility of facilities.

Abstract

Early childhood represents a critical period for cognitive, social, and emotional development, where foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, attention, and social interaction are established. High-quality early childhood education (ECE), as underscored by research such as that of Roslan et al. (2022), is pivotal for preparing children for formal schooling and fostering long-term academic and social success. This study investigates the integration of an AI-driven teaching prototype, incorporating interactive, adaptive storytelling agents and gamified learning platforms, within the ECE environment. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving 80 children and 16 educators. The research instruments demonstrated high reliability, with a Cronbach's α of 0.782. Quantitative findings revealed significant improvements in several domains: reading skills (22%), mathematical understanding (17%), attention span (19%), and teacher-reported instructional effectiveness (24%). Qualitatively, the AI prototype was found to enhance student engagement, acceptance, and personalised learning experiences, thereby enabling educators to dedicate more time to providing targeted social-emotional support and individualized instruction. However, the study also identified significant challenges, including disparities in technology access, the potential for over-reliance on AI tools, and insufficient teacher training for effective technology integration. These findings emphasize the necessity for a carefully managed, human-centric implementation strategy. We conclude that while AI-driven tools hold transformative potential for ECE by augmenting pedagogical capabilities and personalizing education, their efficacy is contingent upon equitable access, ethical application, and sustained teacher professional development. Recommendations are offered for policymakers, educational administrators, and teachers to guide the sustainable integration of AI in early learning environments.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Flash Sale Programs (Sales Promotion), Shopping Lifestyle, and Content Marketing on the Consumptive Behavior of Institut Bisnis Nusantara students on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The population of this study consists of all Institut Bisnis Nusantara students who are aware of the Flash Sale program on Shopee, with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire method distributed through Google Forms. Data processing utilized the SmartPLS application through stages of outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that Flash Sale Programs or Sales Promotion and Content Marketing do not influence the Consumptive Behavior of Institut Bisnis Nusantara students on the Shopee e-commerce platform. Meanwhile, Shopping Lifestyle significantly influences the Consumptive Behavior of Institut Bisnis Nusantara students on the Shopee e-commerce platform. These results suggest that students are more influenced by their lifestyle patterns and shopping habits rather than promotional strategies or marketing content. The findings provide valuable insights for understanding student consumer behavior in digital marketplaces and highlight the importance of lifestyle factors in shaping purchasing decisions among young consumers.
