Abstract

An MoU is a legal action of one party (legal subject) to state its intention to the other party for something that is offered or owned. In other words, the MoU is basically a preliminary agreement, which regulates and provides an opportunity for the parties to conduct a feasibility study first before making a more detailed agreement and binding on the parties in the future. The aim of this research is to make an analysis and design of the MoU documentation system that was made and agreed upon. So that some common problems that occur such as disorganized documentation, the follow-up of the MoU is not coordinated, the parties that need information related to the MoU do not get the full information, and the reporting of work programs resulting from the MoU is not accommodated, can be resolved. Approach method to the problems of analyze system development using the End User Development method, which means Computer-based system development strongly engages application users by prioritizing feedback from users during the system development cycle

Abstract

The purpose of the research is design of sales information systems for motorcycle parts sales using microsoft visual studio 2010 and mysql database in CV. GAYA BARU MOTOR Bandung.The method of the research is the descriptive qualitative to find out the facts and actual data that occurred in CV. GAYA BARU, the methods of collection data is observation, interviews, and literature study related to the subject matter. The development method used the Waterfall Model. Design of the sales information system uses the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as programming language with MySQL Database. Sales Information System rans on CV. GAYA BARU has used a computer-based system. Information systems was running have experienced a decline in the quality of information, the responsiveness of data processing takes a long time. To overcome this problem, the authors provide a suggestion to designing a sales information system that is newer, more responsive data processing and can also following the technological developments for the operating system and the devices it uses without forgetting the function of the sales information system.

Abstract

This study aims to introduce the Automated UVC Trolley (AUT) as a disinfectant tool that can be developed well. This study examines the media developed by UPT BPI LIPI to introduce the tool.Which in the use of the promotion field by implementing Multimedia, especially Motion Graphics, has a very good impact on the community, one of which is the introduction of the Company Profile. In this study, researchers used 3 software from Adobe Corporation. namely Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects. Therefore, researchers apply Motion Graphic as a promotional media in the form of products or services because it is considered the most efficient in the field of information and technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how the application of the Zachman Framework in designing a population administration data collection system in Kadaleman village because the current process is still carried out conventionally so that data storage is irregular. In analyzing the system using the Zachman Framework approach with the perspective of Planner, Owner, Designer, and Builder and perspective issues, namely What, How, Where, Who, and When. For system modeling using UML. The data was collected using observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires involving 35 respondents. Measurement of data using a Likert scale, with correlation test analysis using Spearman rho. The implementation of a web-based system prototipe with the results of the usability value test in the system application shows that the system has met the aspects of learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, satisfaction. The results of the correlation analysis of the Zachman Framework model on the system built have a very strong correlation, which implies that the system built through the Zachman Framework approach can be realized and implemented.

Abstract

Currently, there are still many government offices, especially the Rancasari Bandung District office that do not use technology for the presence of Non-PNS employees, resulting in frequent manipulation of attendance data. Presence manually can cause the District to manually recap attendance data in large quantities, and make the process ineffective and efficient. Therefore, this study aims to discuss the Design of RFID Based Non-PNS Attendance Tools and Systems using NodeMCU ESP8266. So this research can make it easier for the Rancasari Bandung District office to make attendance systems for employees more effective and efficient and don’t take much time. This system is integrated with the website so that when employees make attendance, the data is automatically stored directly into the website database.

Abstract

Preparation of curriculum and education program at vocational high school is conducted within five years with evaluation every year, and then adjusted to the needs of industry in the area around the school. The absorption of alumni in the industry can affect the determination of curriculum and education program, the evaluation done by looking up alumni annually determines the next step that vocational high school will be taken in preparing curriculum and educarion program. In addition, alumni absorption can show the quality of vocational high school from the quantity of alumni entering the industry world. For now the absorption data of alumni has not been used optimally, with an objective assessment. Therefore, further research is needed in assessing the absorption of alumni after graduation by tracing the interest of alumni in looking for work. This research uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in tracing the interest of alumni in finding work by knowing the factors that influencing the interest of alumni in industry. By using data of alumni absorption and interview of vocational high school stakeholder, it was found that AHP method can be used in weighting criteria as well as alternative and TOPSIS method as comparison and consideration of the selection of the best alternative. This research had result that combination of AHP and TOPSIS can give the best alternative recommendation. The results that obtained by using AHP and TOPSIS is found that the alternative of private companies is the best choice that alumni is interest in it.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop previous research, namely the implementation of smart devices in the lecture attendance system. In this study, we built a hardware device that can increase efficiency and develop a Lecturer Attendance System at Politeknik Piksi Ganesha. Where the Attendance Information System that was designed previously was still desktop-based and only used to input lecturer attendance only. The concept of Smart Devices is implemented in the form of a lecturer and student presence system using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), which is a technology that can perform many-to-many communication, wireless data transmission compared to conventional barcodes that use optics. With these advantages, RFID technology can also be implemented as a supporting medium in the smooth running of the lecture process. The software development method used is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). This information system of web-based lecture attendance uses PHP and MySql as database by making a reliable RFID reader. By using existing RFID technology, researchers built a special reader (custom) to make it easy for lecturers and students to carry out attendance activities, obtain information related to attendance and make it easy for academic officers to manage lecture administration reports for lecturers and students

Abstract

This research aims to analyze, design and build the implementation of Human Resource Development information system at PT NURO INTELIA PROSPERA JAKARTA. research method used is qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature studies, field studies. The method used in system development is waterfall. From the research conducted, it was found that there are problems in the management of Human Resource Development. The integration data management process is still not globally so it is still not effective in data input procedures, data storage, data search and report creation. Therefore, a Human Resource Development information system is created by using Python and PostgreSQL programming languages as a Database. The suggestions given to deal with existing problems include: 1) Optimizing the Human Resource Development system using a system that has been designed, 2) Developing and updating the system to improve the quality of the system so that it can be used further.

Abstract

Good governance can produced by a solid, responsible, efficient and honest government. To realize good governance, information system is needed to reach civilians. Indonesia renowned for a culture of mutual cooperation named “gotong-royong” and we pride of that. With the utilization of cyber community and crowdsourcing, Indonesian will be able to share information about politicians and even able to determine government policy in a way. To be able to determine government policy, the community should be part of a partnership model, called Quadruple Helix Partners. The Quadruple Helix Partnership is a balance relationship between government, universities, corporates, and the civilian. Development of this mayor/governor election monitoring web portal is inspired from another past product, named Idun demokrasi (Indonesia united demokrasi), which focused in general and presidential election. The Idun demokrasi system is an open information system platform using crowdsourcing approach.
